What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, scheduling Aristocrat services at their casino while strictly adhering to workforce requirements, regulatory notifications, and travel times.
- Apply Remedy (call management system) and Retriever (scheduling tool) for managing and scheduling field resources effectively.
- Coordinate all game transportation with outside carriers using the e2Open (TMS), ensuring smooth movement of completed EGM cabinets to final destinations, including cross-docking requirements.
- Manage Sales and ERP databases to keep all collaborators informed and ensure flawless management of the sales funnel and production requirements.
- Manage all blocking issues and critical issues that arise during the service workflow and commercially built exceptions.
- Lead all aspects of the game scheduling pipeline and forecast to ensure commitments align with monthly forecasts, advancing any discrepancies to key collaborators and proactively managing imminent jeopardy service situations.
- Manage workflow for documentation and required closure paperwork, ensuring seamless service completion and data accuracy.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

Pay Range
$20.99 - $38.97 per hour
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
