Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Setup Manager to join our Aristocrat Interactive team. In this role, you will work with the Delivery Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute all setup activities for new and existing customers. You will ensure timely, accurate, outstanding, and compliant delivery of configurations and integrations while consistently improving processes and upholding excellent collaborator communication.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to define and align setup activities with business priorities and project timelines.
- Lead and coordinate all setup activities for both new and existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prioritize and allocate team resources effectively to meet dynamic business needs and client deadlines.
- Oversee configurations and implementation of all modules, features, and integrations required in setup activities, ensuring adherence to setup specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of setup processes, configurations, timelines, and client-specific requirements.
- Make sure documentation gets updated frequently and is accessible to relevant collaborators for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and resolve setup-related issues, advancing them when needed.
- Continuously optimize setup workflows to improve speed and quality of delivery.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during the setup and babysitting phase to ensure client satisfaction and operational readiness.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) will be advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination project implementation, or a similar role.
- Experience with configuration and integration of software platforms will be considered as advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools tools and workflow optimization techniques.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proactive approach with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote setup.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities and project demands.
