Job Description
This position is responsible for providing insights and analysis to business partners. The role combines technical expertise with the ability to understand business needs to get results. The individual will be multifunctional and assist in data projects from conceptualization to delivery. This position requires a creative approach and detailed understanding of data presentation and dashboard development.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify needs and provide valuable solutions
- Translate sophisticated data and ambiguous requests into clear actionable insights and recommendations
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities.
- Develop & support business intelligence solutions and applications, including reports, dashboards, and datasets
- Develop visualization to make large and/or sophisticated data more accessible, understandable, and usable
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Capable of handling multiple projects while keeping partners informed of progress
- Partner with multiple teams to ideate projects and deliver through an iterative process
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field and 10+ years of experience, or a combination of both preferred
- 3+ years Analytics
- Proven hands-on experience with data presentation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools and in developing, maintaining, and handling dashboards
- Data visualization tools including Tableau, Qlik or Power BI
- Experience with database interface tools, SQL, and programming concepts
- Operational experience with data warehouses, enterprise systems and large-scale reporting tools
- Knowledge and understanding of forecasting and modeling
- Ability to communicate findings to team members concisely
- Teamwork, interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Ability to work autonomously through ambiguous requests and multifaceted environment

Pay Range
$87,082 - $161,723 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
