Job Description
As the Sr. Director of Quality Innovation, you will be in a leadership position with a mission to build, innovate, and support the development of the Global Land Based portfolio. Join the Technology Group developing groundbreaking technology for gaming platforms used in global Casinos. You will develop and implement strategies to build effective and efficient testing processes, delivering the highest quality player experiences for our electronic gaming machines. You will be working in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment, partnering with teams across development, product, project management, studios and engineering to define and deliver product quality standards. You will manage, grow, mentor, and lead a team of quality professionals supporting Land Based teams around the world. This leadership role will be responsible for establishing links and partnering with quality teams and functions across the Aristocrat organization to influence quality standards and enhance test and release effectiveness across the broader organization.
What You'll Do
- Define & Implement Strategy: Develop a forward-thinking, coordinated quality strategy covering hardware, software, and AI pipeline testing.
- Lead Diverse Teams: Manage and inspire engineers across Infrastructure, Build/Release, Automation, and Test to foster innovation and accountability.
- Develop AI Testing Frameworks: Create methodologies for testing non-deterministic systems, ensuring efficacy, reliability, and ethical outcomes in AI pipelines.
- Establish Quality Contracts: Design collaborative agreements with dev and design teams to delegate and enforce testing responsibilities.
- Build for Scale: Develop tools and frameworks that automate testing while enhancing developer productivity and code hygiene.
- Establish necessary partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve Automation Testing and Continuous Integration in projects and testing initiatives.
- Manages the budget for Global Land Based Test Labs globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across the Aristocrat organization to promote alignment of test and quality practices.
What We're Looking For
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading quality disciplines, and initiatives in software development, testing, and operations environments.
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience, preferably with globally distributed teams.
- Experience in leading/managing large, complex, multi-release projects/programs.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry will be a plus.
- Experience building and managing quality and test processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders.
- Expert in multiple software delivery lifecycle processes i.e., Agile-Scrum, Agile-Kanban, Waterfall, Lean

Pay Range
$198,253 - $368,184 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
