Sr. Product Marketing Manager - STT

We’re a foundational AI company whose mission is to make every voice heard and understood. Our end-to-end deep neural network is redefining what companies can do with voice by offering a platform with AI architectural advantage, not legacy tech retrofitted with AI. We believe corporations who harness the power of their audio data will improve the way we all live and work. Together, we’ll unlock unique languages, accents, and dialects all over the world for better communication and better experiences.

Company Operating Rhythm
============================
At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.
Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.
Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.
The Opportunity
Deepgram is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our Speech-to-Text (STT) business. As the foundation of Deepgram’s voice AI platform, our STT API powers mission-critical enterprise applications across industries such as contact centers, healthcare, and retail. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution to strengthen Deepgram’s leadership position, showcase customer success, and accelerate adoption of our next-generation Nova and Flux models and custom offerings.
This is a high-visibility role with immediate impact, where you will translate technical innovation into compelling narratives, equip the sales team to win competitive deals, and ensure Deepgram maintains its edge as the enterprise-grade standard for STT.
What You’ll Do
- Own messaging and positioning for Deepgram’s STT products, highlighting accuracy, speed, scalability, and compliance for enterprise use cases.
- Develop GTM strategies and campaigns that drive adoption of new Nova & Flux model releases and vertical-specific custom models.
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to create competitive battlecards, objection-handling guides, and customer-facing collateral.
- Collaborate with Product to influence the roadmap with market insights, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Build case studies, testimonials, and proof points that reinforce Deepgram’s leadership in STT.
- Enable demand generation with clear value propositions, website content, and SEO strategy tied to “speech-to-text” and enterprise-focused search intent.
- Track performance of STT campaigns and GTM initiatives, ensuring data-driven improvements.
You’ll Love This Role If You
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where strategic partnerships drive business success.
- Enjoy working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and business development.
- Are skilled at crafting narratives that appeal to partners and end customers alike.
- Have a deep understanding of how to position technology solutions in a way that resonates with technical and business audiences.
- Appreciate the value of strong customer relationships and recognize the role marketing plays in reinforcing retention and advocacy.
It’s Important To Us That You Have
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in tech, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business benefits.
- A creative and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive alignment across marketing, sales, and partner teams.
It Would Be Great if You Had
- Direct experience in partner, solutions, or customer marketing with a track record of executing successful go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience in AI/ML, speech recognition, or developer-focused technologies.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Our tech advantage is end-to-end deep learning, but our strength lies in our diversity of people, ideas, and experiences that allow our company to create amazing Voice AI products for people who are true innovators in the field. We believe every voice should be heard—and understood—from our transcriptions to our customers to our employees. Come join our revolution to unlock the power of voice technology for everyone.
