What You'll Do

​

• Carry out technical assessments on requested features and identify the scope of work and dependencies for development requirements.
• Take complete ownership of assigned features from inception, build, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Own major parts of the system, crafting and delivering quality stable solutions.
• Develop fast, maintainable, and quality code.
• Perform software testing, verification, and validation.
• Participate in code review and other code quality processes.
• Offer technical mentorship and support for our collaborators.
• Troubleshoot and debug code to identify software issues.
• Mentor team members to foster their professional growth.

What We're Looking For

​

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or its practical equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in C++.
• Familiarity with graphics programming would be an advantage.
• Experience working with object-oriented development and programming.
• Proven ability to debug and solve complex problems.
• Experience with software engineering guidelines, including design patterns and UML.
• Understanding of memory management and multi-threading processes.
• A passion for solving complicated problems and learning new skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• High level of personal and professional accountability.
• Ability to meet changing demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and customer service skills.
• Capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
