We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team. This is a hybrid role based in Skopje, with 3 days per week onsite.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across a wide range of functions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand business needs, design effective recruitment strategies and deliver an inclusive and engaging candidate experience.

A strong focus of the role is the adoption and optimisation of AI-driven and data-enabled recruitment practices to enhance speed, quality and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across technical, creative and commercial teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria and recruitment approaches that support business goals.
  • Utilise and continuously enhance recruitment tools and technologies, including AI-supported sourcing, screening and talent-pooling methods.
  • Build and sustain high-quality talent pipelines while anticipating market trends and emerging skill needs.
  • Provide a positive, inclusive and transparent candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback.
  • Champion Aristocrat’s employer brand and culture in all talent-market interactions.
  • Guarantee adherence to employment legislation, global recruitment standards and diversity, equity and inclusion commitments.
  • Assess and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Proven ability to source and hire diverse talent across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience with AI- or data-driven recruitment tools, with a strong interest in innovation and process optimisation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to represent Aristocrat’s culture and values.
  • Ability to track, analyse and interpret recruitment data to inform decisions.
  • A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach in an evolving international environment.
