What You'll Do

​

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, offering technical mentorship and support.
• Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of software solutions to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with multiple units to define project objectives and craft original solutions.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, resources, and risks.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to guidelines and coding standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
• Provide technical leadership and direction in the planning and execution of complex projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.

What We're Looking For

​

• 6+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborators.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
