What You'll Do

  • Lead daily SOC Operations and ensure flawless execution of security protocols.
  • Conduct detailed investigations based on security events reported by various platforms and tools.
  • Support MSSP operations by reviewing investigation activities and providing supplemental evidence to establish clear verdicts.
  • Review and resolve phishing alerts reported by users, taking necessary remediation actions.
  • Identify and implement tuning opportunities within various security tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure a cohesive, world-class approach to security operations.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities within the Security Operations team.
  • Develop and carry out automation and reporting for various technologies such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, and SOAR.
  • Mentor and develop team members, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Lead security incidents, providing both procedural and technical direction from detection to root cause analysis.
  • Develop and implement new detection rules and strategies to improve security measures.
  • Provide mentorship and direct support for tool integrations, troubleshooting, and SOC operations.
  • Inspire change and drive progress through effective cross-team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in SOC and Incident Response operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or CHFI are highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in working with SIEM, continuous monitoring platforms, IDS/IPS, network traffic analysis, and endpoint security systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of information security technologies, networking, systems, and authentication methods.
  • Deep understanding of the Incident Response process, phishing, and malware investigations.
  • Outstanding ability to teach and lead through example, adapting to different learning styles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust and think creatively in complex scenarios.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent technical writing skills to document detailed and complex operational procedures.
  • Outstanding communication and cooperation abilities, with the capacity to connect with teams both locally and internationally.
