What You'll Do

• Lead and encourage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of innovative technology solutions, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.
• Build, develop, and implement high-quality software applications and systems.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members, encouraging a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain strict coding standards and ensure efficient performance.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring seamless integration and operation of systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Contribute to the development of long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

​

• More than 6 years of experience in software development and management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven history of guiding and mentoring engineering teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Extensive technical knowledge in software development, including skillfulness in various programming languages.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and guidelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively under pressure.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
