Job Description

To test and ensure quality of HTML5/Typescript based class 2/Class 3 real money digital Games for markets across the Globe and be responsible for ensuring high quality standards of games being delivered.

These games will be hosted as digital apps (iOS, Android) as well as over web.

What you will do:

  • Experience testing mobile, tablet, desktop, OS and browser variations
  • Exposure to JavaScript and type script, HTML5, web technologies to identify bug, its resolution process, product launch lifecycle
  • Handle performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams.
  • Work collaboratively with global team/studio Leads for status updates, guidance and working as one team to deliver defined goals.
  • Participation in after business hours calls as per business need.
  • Troubleshoots and debugs the code to find the root cause of the issues and provide detailed information to the development team.
  • Modifies game code to trigger features as required by testing objectives to achieve desired test coverage.
  • Modifies game code to collect memory metrics, core dumps etc. using the tools and frameworks provided by Platform and/or game development teams.
  • Understanding of Mobile devices and Web applications is a must
  • Suggests ideas to improve the overall testing process in terms of tools, processes, test cases etc.
  • Act as a guardian of workflows, championing team APIs and ensuring smooth processes.
  • Responsible for managing the delivery process and setting expectations for external stakeholders.
  • Handle and manage escalations effectively.
  • Provide support and field questions from regulators as needed.
  • Oversee the portfolio, ensuring game updates align with the requirements of new markets and operators.
  • Prepare and manage pre-release packaging.
  • Ensure that game updates are well-communicated and informed by relevant information.
  • Confirm if font licensing is needed per jurisdiction.
  • Review the legal implications of renaming games for new markets.
  • Provide live issue support for the team lead.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of extensive experience in Manual Black-box testing.
  • Must be proficient with Jira and Test Case Management (TCM) systems alongside strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with gambling games and mechanics, particularly slots .
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in gaming domain is a plus.
