Technical Lead(Game Testing)

What You'll Do

​

• Lead the Software Integrity Test team in functional, compliance, and integration testing of slot games.
• Develop and complete comprehensive test plans to ensure flawless product delivery.
• Work closely with software developers, mathematicians, and tech artists to grasp product architecture and requirements.
• Build detailed test plans with clear objectives, scenarios, and edge cases.
• Identify and mitigate potential impacts of software/hardware changes on game functionality.
• Continuously adapt to evolving processes, tools, and testing methodologies.
• Generate clear, effective defect reports with detailed analysis of issues.
• Drive self-learning to stay updated on domain and market regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow testers to improve test scenarios within various test plans.
• Ensure that the product integrity is maintained throughout the development cycle.

What We're Looking For

​

• 5+ years of technical product experience, with a focus on product testing.
• Demonstrated expertise in gaming products/regulations or a closely related sector.
• Strong core testing skills and the ability to build and complete solid test plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to gain insight into product architecture.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing processes.
• A post-secondary degree in computer science or a closely related technical field.
• Experience in generating clear defect reports and analyzing fixes to ensure product integrity.
• Ability to review code changes, assess impacts, and translate them into test scenarios.
