We’re looking for our first full-time Technical Sourcer to play a critical role in building Metronome’s R&D teams. You’ll design and execute sourcing strategies to identify exceptional technical talent, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and drive the growth of our engineering, product, and design functions.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll have direct influence on Metronome’s ability to scale.
What You'll Do
--------------
- Build and own sourcing strategies across all of Engineering, Product, and Design

- Drive inclusive, innovative sourcing approaches to expand reach and strengthen candidate diversity
- Represent Metronome externally through thoughtful outreach, events, and candidate engagement.
- Track pipeline performance and sourcing metrics to optimize strategy and effectiveness
- Contribute to building scalable sourcing processes, tools, and best practices as we grow
Qualifications
--------------
- 5+ years of technical sourcing experience, in-house at high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure companies
- Proven success sourcing for R&D roles such as infrastructure engineers from earlier career folks to Director level
- Strong ability to design, execute, and refine sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles through talent mapping, network mining, and more
- Skilled at crafting compelling outreach and engaging passive talent
- Expert in tracking sourcing metrics and reporting on pipeline health
- Trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and execs, with excellent communication skills
- Committed to equitable, diverse hiring practices
Bonus
- Previous recruiting agency experience for high growth startups
Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.
The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.
We believe that compensation reflects the expected impact you will have at the company, relative to the market value of your role. We also conduct an annual pay audit to ensure pay is fair, indexed to market value, and that pay takes into account continued performance at Metronome. If you would like to learn more about our philosophy or about why we are all billing nerds, send us a message. We’d love to talk!
