Job Description
Aristocrat is looking for an experienced Warehouse Store person with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement Excellence to focus on managing the efficient Co-ordination of Service Parts Fulfillment, EGMs & Game-Kit Conversions for our Victoria Warehouse.
As a store person, you will be required to facilitate the movement and storage of material with a high degree of accuracy within the Aristocrat Victoria warehouse, including Receiving, Dispatch, Pre-Deployment Preparation, whilst maintaining high-quality housekeeping standards and Inventory Accuracies. Your role will support the field service team, ensuring that they are provisioned to carry out their duties of Preventive Maintenance, remedial maintenance and scheduled Deployment of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and associated products. We seek a great teammate who is motivated, demonstrates initiative, and has an upbeat approach with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
--------------
- Receive Goods Inward with a focus on Service Parts (Replenishments, Faulty Parts & External Repairers), EGMs, and Game-kit Conversions from various Manufacturers, including Aristocrat Technologies.
- Prepare and Test EGMs & Game-kit Conversions as per Work Order Requirements, adhering strictly to Quality First policies and ensuring the accurate completion of Quality Assurance documentation.
- Maintain adequate Inventory levels of Parts to prevent shortages and meet agreed SLAs for Field Technicians and New Installs.
- Manage Returned EGMs, including the removal of Locks and Sorting EGMs based on Customer Owned Storage or Trade EGMs.
- Coordinate the Trade EGMs Disposal process, including Disposal Applications to the Regulator and liaising with various Manufacturers for their Trade Disposals.
- Dispatch Sales Orders, including System Shipping of Aristocrat Sales Orders on Installation of EGMs and/or Game-Kit Conversions, ensuring accurate Revenue recognition for VIC.
- Fulfill Service Parts Orders, including Picking, Packing, and Shipping of goods to field, AIC, and External Repairers.
- Manage Inventory to ensure accuracy is maintained in the Warehouse through regular Cycle Counts and timely System Transactions.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles.
- Apply moderate computer literacy skills with experience in the Microsoft Office package and ERP Systems.
- Exhibit integrity, responsibility, and strong time management capabilities.
- Build positive relationships through clear and respectful communication.
- Maintain 6S lean standards and participate in audits.
- Thrive both autonomously and in collaborative environments.
- Follow all reasonable management directives to meet operational requirements.

What We're Looking For
----------------------
- 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in an electronic service or related industry.
- Experience with hand tools and Mechanically Minded.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Victorian Gaming Industry Employee (GIE) license from the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.
- Forklift License with High Reach Experience.
- Warehouse Management system experience; experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX will be highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Excel and Word.
