The candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of HW Engineering Changes through the ECO Process from introduction to ERB through to deployment of the update. This includes researching, gathering, and documenting data related to the engineering change on the ECO.  

Performs analysis for usage of parts affected and cause/effect of proposed changes, as well as understands lead times, cost of tooling changes, new parts, and/or rework of parts, and disposition of the change.  

They will utilize knowledge of engineering design, manufacturing bill of materials (BOM), tooling, planning, and supply chain, as well as the Engineering and Production Schedules, to establish effective dates for incorporating changes.  

This role will gather a cost-benefit analysis of requested ECO changes and ensure that the implementation of these changes is communicated and understood by the impacted departments within the organization.  

Secures the external (vendor) implementation plan via follow-up with stakeholders, including Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier, and Supplier Quality, to ensure seamless L4 integration or L5 implementation of design update. Works with AME/ERP and Field Services to ensure proper implementation of updates on WIP, Stock, and Field product as needed.  

Monitors and ensures all required ECO implementation signoffs are obtained.  

Works with Compliance and HW to facilitate the ECO submission workflow.

What You'll Do

  • Experienced using a variety of software applications - ECO / PLM specific (SharePoint, Teamcenter preferred),
  • engineering specific (Solidworks preferred), ERP specific (M2K, D365, or MAX preferred),
  • Experienced in an ECO Process – Creation, workflow process, requirements, and implementation/disposition.
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sourcing, Quality,
  • Compliance, Field Service, ERP/Configuration, Marketing)
  • Experience working with and improving process documentation (Visio, process mapping)
  • Apply continuous improvement methodology that improves efficiencies and quality of the ECO process.

What We're Looking For

  • BS in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering), or 5 years applicable experience
  • Previous experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing roles. Preferably, experience working with Gaming Equipment
  • Knowledge of software tools used (Microsoft Office, PLM, Solidworks, ERP systems, Teamcenter, D365 preferred)
  • Effective communication skills (written and oral)

This role will lead the operationalization of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Centre of Excellence by implementing and managing a robust TPRM framework, and working to strengthen governance and oversight of third-party risks across the global enterprise. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across a worldwide business to enhance and standardize third-party risk identification and assessment, promote ongoing compliance, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of TPRM awareness. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise and Third Party Risk.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain a standardized Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework aligned with Aristocrat’s Global Risk Management Framework.
  • Standardize risk assessment methodologies to consistently identify, prioritize, and monitor risks arising from third-party relationships.
  • Strengthen governance and oversight of third-party risks through effective controls, escalation procedures, and ongoing program maturity.
  • Serve as the key point of contact and subject matter expert for TPRM inquiries, supporting internal stakeholders and guiding third-party risk activities.
  • Collaborate globally with stakeholders across Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to embed TPRM practices and ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
  • Monitor and report on third-party risk exposures, emerging threats, and mitigation activities, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Educate and engage internal teams to build a risk-aware culture, promoting compliance, operational excellence, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Support incident response efforts involving third-party breaches or failures, coordinating investigations and follow-up actions.
  • Advise business stakeholders on risk and control considerations, scenario analysis, and integration of risk management into strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure documentation quality for risks, controls, and mitigation plans across the third-party ecosystem.
  • Drive continuous improvement of TPRM processes and tools, leading cross-functional risk-related projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Risk Management, Business, Information Security, Compliance, or related discipline)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in third-party risk management, enterprise risk, or a related field
  • Five years plus of applicable experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience of risk management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in establishing and operationalizing TPRM frameworks would be highly valued
  • Qualifications in TPRM, privacy, information security or risk management would be viewed favorably

  • Especialización en automatización de pruebas: experiencia demostrable en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de frameworks y scripts de pruebas automatizadas (p. ej., con C#, Python, Java o similar).
  • Capacidad técnica: amplios conocimientos de SDLC, metodologías de QA, pruebas de API (RESTful), conceptos de bases de datos (SQL/NoSQL) y prácticas de CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Docker).

The Financial Analyst will be part of the Group Financial Planning & Reporting team for Aristocrat Interactive. Aristocrat Interactive’s iGaming & Sports platform development team is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Intermediate .NET Developer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge software solutions within the iGaming industry.

You will be an integral part of an ongoing project, taking responsibility for designdevelopment, and testing. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with deep technical knowledge in .NET technologies, with a strong emphasis on security.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages
  • Develop technical specifications and system documentation
  • Ensure the development, implementation, and support of applications is completed in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle
  • Analyze system requirements and contribute to the overall system design
  • Deploy fully functional applications
  • Document development and operational procedures
  • Engage in day-to-day communication with Team Lead, attending meetings, and collaborating extensively with QASupport Team, and Product Owner

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years of solid hands-on experience in developing enterprise web-based solutions
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)XMLSOAP, and REST implementation
  • Strong experience with MS SQL Server. Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDBRedis) is a plus
  • Proficiency in web technologies including .NET CoreASP.NET MVCJavaScriptJSONAngularJSjQueryHTML5CSS, and AJAX
  • Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of various enterprise architectures
  • Proven ability to provide mentorshipleadership, and creative solutions to the development team
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience analyzing production issues
  • Experience with test-driven developmentagile development, and a continuous integration environment
  • Familiarity with software development guidelines and performing code/design reviews

Good to Have:

  • Experience with source code management systems (e.g., Git)
  • A strong understanding of software construction principles
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn and comfortable understanding and working with others' code
