Role overview

As a Payment Support Representative, you’ll serve as a vital link between Finance and Dealer Account Management.  In this role, you'll play a key role in preventing and reducing Dealer delinquency and service suspension. This role serves as a proactive touchpoint to prompt payment ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to high-value and strategic customers whose accounts are nearing suspension (e.g. 1–29 days past due).
  • Deliver simple messaging to notify customers of upcoming suspension and offer immediate resolution options.
  • Execute payment processing and properly note intent and reasons for nonpayment when provided.
  • Route complex inquiries or disputes to IC-level analysts via case creation or warm handoff.
  • Act as the daily bridge between Finance and Dealer Account Management—flag payment risks and share call notes so reps aren’t blindsided.
  • Record call outcomes in YayPay or CRM using defined templates or status codes.
  • Daily Volume Expectations - 75+ outbound calls per day (based on average handle time of ~2–3 minutes).
  • Clear your case queue inside SLA when supporting the broader Collections team.

Role overview

The Director of Information Technology (IT) is a strategic leader responsible for being a change agent for innovation, optimizing IT assets (software, hardware, and people), and ensuring the alignment of IT solutions with business goals and objectives. What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles within a technology-driven environment; this is not a step-up role, have to been there and done it before
  • Strong experience in system administration, infrastructure, solutions engineering, IT service desk operations

Infrastructure Management

  • Design, deploy, and maintain GCP cloud environments across development (Dev), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), staging (STG), and production (PRD).

Product Madness is searching for a QA Lead who will be responsible for fronting the quality of our mobile applications. Collaboration

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and more.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar).
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Google Deployment Manager.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, load balancers, DNS, and firewalls in cloud environments.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver).

Working onsite at our LVIC facility in Las Vegas, the Senior Service Support Representative continuously monitors all Multi-Site Progressives (MSP) systems operations and Downloadable Gaming Services. This position is responsible for monitoring all MSP system operations. Answers support phone calls and resolves or escalates issues. Provides support on operational and maintenance issues pertaining to the MSP systems operations and installations. Provides direct support, training, and shadowing to the Tier 1 representatives and covers a rotating on-call schedule. Due to the critical nature of gaming regulations and guidelines, this position requires high attention to detail and is heavily admin-focused.

We are looking for a Data Warehouse developer. As part of our BI team, you will be a point of contact in the Data and Analytics Department and will work closely with other developers and collaborate with our diverse clients.

What you will do:

  • Design stable, reliable and effective databases on-prem and on azure cloud (Analysis Service,  Tabular)
  • Develop database structures, stored procedures, functions, reports, scripts, etc.
  • Solve database performance, business logic issues.
  • Gather user and product requirements and identify new features.
  • Support the BI team with their day-to-day dev tasks and function as subject matter expert
  • Research and suggest new database products, services, and protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ experience developing and administrating a Data Wearhouse \ report orientated database
  • Experience administrating and querying Analysis Service Tabular models
  • Azure Cloud experience, specifically components of the modern data warehousing - will be plus
  • ETL/ELT – SSIS (on-prem) and Azure DataFactory data flows
  • Experience with SSRS (paginated reports) and Power-BI
  • Hands-on experience with T-SQL, and basic DAX queries

The Functions team is a small, nimble team working to scale a new product from hundreds to tens-of-thousands of users. As such, a successful applicant will likely get the opportunity to work on a variety of project, including:

  • Participate in customer calls, understand pain-points, and work with your peer engineers and EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) leadership to suggest possible technical solutions to the wider team.
  • Build features that allow customers to more easily handle errors in their automations by merging Zapier integrations existing error processing routines with language-native error handling.
