Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

As we expand our product portfolio and our footprint in the US public sector, our Engineering department is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to take ownership of our FedRAMP-authorized

environment. You will be the primary engineer responsible for the day-to-day reliability, security posture, and compliance operations of this environment — including patching, deployment, and continuous monitoring (ConMon) — working closely with our Switzerland-based SRE team and our Security & Compliance organization. This position carries a high degree of autonomy and responsibility: you will be the primary owner of the FedRAMP environment and the outcomes it depends on.

You could be the next "Nozomier"! If this sounds like you, read on.

In this role you will:

----------------------

• Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust

• Act as the primary owner of our FedRAMP environment, ensuring its availability, performance, and continuous compliance with the FedRAMP baseline

• Build and maintain the cloud infrastructure and related services within the FedRAMP authorization boundary (AWS GovCloud)

• Own the patching and vulnerability remediation lifecycle, meeting FedRAMP remediation SLAs (30/90/180 days by severity) and maintaining associated evidence

• Execute and improve the Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program: monthly vulnerability scanning, POA&M creation and tracking, deviation requests, and monthly deliverables to our 3PAO and agency sponsors

• Manage deployments and change control within the boundary, ensuring changes follow the approved Configuration Management process and Significant Change Request procedures where

applicable

• Maintain system hardening against CIS/STIG benchmarks and FIPS-validated cryptography requirements

• Promote and implement automated solutions across application deployment, patching, evidence collection, and operational activities

• Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, from network and OS to applications

• Support annual assessments and audits (3PAO), producing artifacts and demonstrating control implementation

• Drive post-incident analysis according to our no-blame culture, including incident reporting obligations to agency stakeholders and US-CERT/CISA where required

• Participate in periodic on-call duties for the FedRAMP environment

• Operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

----------------------------------------------------

• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency, with all work performed from within the United States, and the ability to pass applicable background investigations (per FedRAMP and agency

requirements)

• Proven professional experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Cloud engineer, including experience operating in a FedRAMP, FISMA, DoD IL, or similarly regulated environment

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in an async-first setup with a team based in a different time zone (Central European Time)

• Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 controls and the FedRAMP continuous monitoring process (scanning, POA&Ms, deviation requests, annual assessments)

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes

• Hands-on experience with AWS, ideally AWS GovCloud (US)

• Experience with vulnerability management tooling (e.g., Tenable/Nessus, Qualys) and interpreting scan results into actionable remediation plans

• Good knowledge and understanding of at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go)

• Experience defining infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

• Experience in the definition of CI/CD pipelines using technologies like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar

• Demonstrable experience using AI-enabled tools as part of day-to-day work to improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making, while applying sound professional judgement and maintaining

accountability for outputs — within the constraints of a regulated environment

Nice to have

• Experience preparing for or maintaining a FedRAMP Authorization to Operate (ATO), including SSP contributions and control narratives

• Familiarity with STIG/CIS hardening automation (e.g., Ansible, OpenSCAP)

• Familiarity with SIEM/log aggregation and audit log retention requirements in federal environments

• Experience working with 3PAOs, agency ISSOs/ISSMs, or the FedRAMP PMO

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS certifications, CISSP, Security+, CKA)

Benable is an early-stage mission-driven startup that has raised $18M in funding. We were ranked the #1 startup in Consumer & Commerce by The Information in its annual ranking of the top 50 most promising startups in the world. Over 1 million people from 170+ countries have already joined Benable.

Benable's team culture is about bringing together a small, tight-knit group of exceptionally talented people to create something magical. We are hiring our first full-time sales teammate, and the role is so important that we are considering it part of our founding team.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Benable is a registered Public Benefit Corporation, which means that we are a for-profit company, but also have an obligation to drive positive social impact. Our focus is on strengthening the social fabric by making it easier for people to help one another.

In the era of AI, we are building the future of word of mouth. A platform powered by AI, but rooted in the human experience: the place to find and share things you love. Whatever it is you’re looking for, including products, services, local professionals, or a place to stay, Benable makes it easy to find and share those recommendations.

We were originally founded in the D.C. area, but have a remote culture and get the whole team together a few times per year. Our founder was previously a founding team member of a San Francisco startup that raised $60M in venture capital, grew to 300 employees, and brought in $250M+ in annual revenue.

THE ROLE

This year, we launched Benable’s Brand Portal, a subscription product that helps brands partner with large groups of content creators across social. As our first full-time sales teammate, you’ll work closely with our founder and CEO to grow this new side of Benable.

You’ll own the day-to-day work that keeps the full funnel moving, from initial outreach through customer signup. Our founder will lead demos and be personally involved in every brand relationship, with more involvement as deals get close to signing. You’ll make sure we’re reaching the right people, calls are well prepared, prospects get the answers they need, and every conversation has a clear next step.

You’ll devise and execute strategies to reach the right people at the right brands, testing different messages, channels, and approaches. AI will be central to how you do this work, from researching prospects and preparing for conversations to following up quickly, tracking results, and automating recurring tasks. You’ll build and run the AI and sales systems behind the pipeline, helping create a repeatable sales process that gets more effective as we learn.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Get us in front of the right people. Develop and test ways to reach decision-makers at brands we’ve identified as a good fit. Execute thoughtful outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels, with messages that feel personal and useful.
  • Make demo calls count. Research each brand, understand what they’re looking for, and prepare for useful conversations. Capture questions, decisions, and next steps so every call leads somewhere.
  • Keep opportunities moving. Manage follow-through across the full pipeline, regardless of where an opportunity originated. Respond quickly, help address questions and objections, and stay on top of the details through customer signup.
  • Use AI throughout the funnel. Put models, tools, and agents to work on research, outreach, preparation, follow-up, and reporting. Automate recurring work, check the results, and keep the improvements that help you accomplish more.
  • Build and improve the process. Keep every response, opportunity, and next step organized. Track which messages and channels lead to qualified calls and customers, and use what you learn to improve results.

You’ll report directly to our founder and CEO, with direct feedback and meaningful ownership from day one.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 1–3 years of BDR, sales, or selling-related experience. You’ve built or helped build sales systems, or done work where you had to earn someone’s attention, understand their needs, make a compelling case, and follow through to a sale or decision.
  • You’re ambitious and driven. You want to do big things with your life. You seek out responsibility, set a high standard for your work, and care about the results you deliver.
  • You’re persuasive and a great communicator. You write messages people respond to and make a strong case in conversation. You listen closely, ask good questions, and understand what someone needs to feel comfortable saying yes.
  • You’re quick to learn and analytical. You get your head around new ideas quickly and use evidence to decide what to do next. You want to understand why one message gets replies, why one call becomes a customer, and what those results tell you to try.
  • You already use AI extensively. You try new models and tools, use agents and automation, and keep finding practical ways to get more done. You know when AI helps, check its work, and apply your own judgment.
  • You’re exceptionally reliable and organized. You do what you say you’ll do, keep track of the details, and follow through without reminders. You build systems that prevent things from slipping and keep work moving toward winning customers.
  • People love working with you. You’re thoughtful, collaborative, and low ego. You welcome feedback, share credit, and help the people around you succeed. You’re someone others trust and enjoy having on their team.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING

We offer competitive compensation with a strong base salary and uncapped earning potential, plus a generous equity package, full health benefits, and a flexible remote work culture with a few full-team meetups each year.

We’re incredibly proud of the small, tight-knit team we’re building. We work hard, enjoy each other’s company, and bring a low-ego, do-whatever-it-takes attitude to the work. We want you to love your job and the people you work with, while helping build what we believe can become one of the world’s most important communities.

Since 2013, we’ve offered our clients the option to truly own their beauty with a revolutionary choice—your place or ours? At home hair color or Hair Color Bar services? Our business is truly omnichannel, with the option to order or subscribe through our website, pick up in store at our Hair Color Bars, or make an appointment at one of our Hair Color Bar locations. At our Hair Color Bars, clients can choose from a variety of color services from licensed cosmetologists—permanent hair color, roots only, hair gloss, highlights and more. With the launch of our men’s line in 2020, we’re shaking up the $50 billion hair care industry with products that continue to raise the bar for doing your own hair at home.

The Staff Mobile Engineer is a unique and vital role within Madison Reed, owning the mobile experience that has become the primary daily touchpoint for our customers. This role involves architecting and leading the development of our React Native application across iOS and Android, driving the technical strategy for mobile, and contributing to the organization's long-term architectural vision. Working in a cross-functional, agile environment, the engineer collaborates with teammates, product owners, designers, and stakeholders to ship a premium, native-feeling experience for our full e-commerce, appointment, and membership business — while mentoring engineers at all levels and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

This is also an AI-forward role. We expect our Staff Mobile Engineer to both build AI-powered experiences into the app and to have fundamentally changed how they build by working alongside frontier agentic coding tools — while retaining the deep technical skepticism required to audit, verify, and own everything that ships.

The base range for this contract position is between $180k-$185k with expectation of 40 hours a week. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This role must be based in the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Own the mobile platform end-to-end. Architect, build, and ship our React Native application across iOS and Android, making foundational technical decisions that shape how we deliver the mobile experience to our guests.
  • Drive mobile technical strategy. Identify opportunities for innovation and lead the adoption of new technologies, tools, and patterns.
  • Build AI-powered mobile experiences. Bring AI capabilities directly into the hands of customers — surfacing personalized recommendations, powering conversational and agent-driven interactions, and integrating LLM-backed features into native mobile interfaces.
  • Leverage the Expo ecosystem as a product advantage. Own EAS build pipelines, configure custom native modules via config plugins without ejecting, and ship over-the-air updates to iterate rapidly. We already maintain native modules for Live Activities, biometric authentication, beacons, AR virtual try-on, and payments — you'll extend and harden these.
  • Champion mobile UX and performance. Obsess over the details that make an app feel premium and native: frame rates, navigation transitions, list rendering, keyboard handling, and the accessibility standards required to support a diverse customer base.
  • Own reliability in the wild. Treat CI/CD, crash monitoring, analytics, and App Store / Play Store release management as a fundamental part of the job — not an afterthought. Set a high bar through monitoring, error tracking, and optimization.
  • Take ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives and break them into actionable workstreams. Lead efforts to refactor and optimize large areas of the codebase, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
  • Mentor and raise the bar. Establish patterns for code reuse, elevate the engineers around you through rigorous code review and testing practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership to align technical solutions with business priorities, shaping both what gets built and how it gets built.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep, specialized focus on React Native and Expo.
  • A proven track record of building, shipping, and maintaining complex, data-heavy mobile applications in production at scale.
  • Expo and mobile infrastructure expertise. You know how to manage EAS builds, integrate complex native modules without ejecting, ship OTA updates, and navigate the strict review guidelines of the App Store and Google Play.
  • Mastery of mobile state and performance. You understand the React render cycle on mobile, know how to prevent UI-thread blocking, optimize list rendering, and orchestrate complex asynchronous data fetching. Strong command of TypeScript, navigation patterns, and platform-specific considerations.
  • Full lifecycle ownership. You build things that run reliably in production, not just pass review — owning the CI/CD pipeline, crash rates, and your app's behavior in the real world.
  • Your workflow has been altered by AI. You are already using frontier agentic coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex) to build faster, and can describe specific ways they have structurally changed how you work — while retaining the skepticism to audit, verify, and fully own their output.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership. A track record of setting technical direction, designing scalable and maintainable architecture, and measurably leveling up the engineers around you.
  • A high-ownership mindset with a bias toward action, comfort operating in ambiguity, and strong product intuition.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with low ego and high standards.

Bonus Points

  • Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, or ML-powered features into a production mobile app.
  • Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) experience for when we need to drop into native code — we maintain custom modules including Live Activities and biometric auth.
  • Background in e-commerce, subscriptions/memberships, payments, or appointment/booking systems.
  • Experience with AR / virtual try-on, location services, or push/lifecycle messaging.
  • Open-source contributions, or apps you've built and shipped to the world yourself.

Big on Benefits

The Perks? Glad you asked…

  • Comprehensive Healthcare
  • 100% Company Paid Short and Long Term Disability
  • 401k Participation and Equity Grants
  • Continuing Education Contributions
  • HSA Employer Contributions and FSA Options
  • Parental Leave Program
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Responsible Paid Time Off Program
  • Complimentary Madison Reed Products + Discounts on Hair Color Bar Services
  • Company sponsored events
  • But wait, there’s more…

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, and business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into technical architecture and requirements
  • Have a data-driven, iterative approach to building products, and estimate technical scope and timelines for large, cross-team initiatives
  • Produce technical solutions that satisfy business requirements with a focus on scalability, stability, efficiency, maintainability and extensibility, using modern & stable technologies
  • Shape the organization's learning culture and long-term engineering process strategy, and demonstrate executive-level composure in high-stakes, ambiguous situations

About You

  • A visionary technologist with deep experience in systems, architecture, and design; a systems thinker who specializes in solving highly technical and complex problems
  • A track record of setting technical strategy and driving alignment across multiple engineering teams
  • Experience defining architectural standards and mentoring engineers
  • Deep understanding and experience with front end applications, APIs, and back-end services
  • Strong hands-on experience with React

  • Strong understanding of all layers of a Web and Mobile solution
  • Experience using AI as a transformative technology
  • Experience hosting application services on AWS
  • Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry
  • Strong collaboration and coaching skills, with demonstrated success developing other engineers
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, exploring early-stage ideas without well-defined requirements
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment

At CouponFollow (NextGen), a System1 company (NYSE: SST), we help over 25 million monthly users save money by connecting them with real, verified coupon codes from thousands of leading retailers. As one of the world’s leading organic coupon sites, CouponFollow.com, we're rapidly expanding our product offerings, user experience, and strategic partnerships.

About the Role

--------------

We are looking for a Vice President, Consumer Products & Growth to take end-to-end ownership of our browser extension and related mobile apps business, as well as new strategic growth products in the deals and savings space. This is a hybrid business owner / growth / product-owner role. You'll set the strategy for how we grow these businesses: marketing, installs, retention, and monetization, own the partner relationships that make that growth possible, and work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to ship the roadmap that gets us there. You will be the single point of accountability for the business's performance and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Ownership

  • Own the extension and related business plans and operating cadence, with accountability for revenue, forecasting, KPI performance, and resource allocation; identify performance gaps early and lead corrective actions across the organization.
  • Define the growth strategy for the consumer product portfolio, setting the strategic priorities, growth levers, and market-positioning choices that will drive sustainable scale.
  • Set strategic product direction and roadmap priorities to enhance the product experience and business metrics.
  • Source and prioritize new business opportunities, evaluating build-vs-partner tradeoffs and sizing potential impact.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team to drive the business, establishing clear processes, staffing models, and quality standards to maintain strong user experience as volume grows.

Performance & Analytics

  • Own performance management of the CouponFollow browser extensions and mobile  apps — analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on funnel, acquisition, retention, and cashback performance data.
  • Establish the reporting cadence and metrics framework the business is run against, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Growth Partnerships & Distribution

  • Own the strategy and execution for performance-based CPA/CPI partnerships that drive installs, activation, and monetization.
  • Manage the creator/UGC growth function against clear performance targets.
  • Build and grow high-value partner distribution relationships across affiliate networks, merchants, and other distribution partners, with a clear focus on scalable, pay-for-performance models.
  • Design, test, and optimize CPA (cost per action) and CPI (cost per install) offers, payout structures, and tracking frameworks to maximize efficient growth and LTV.
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to align affiliate network and merchant relationships with the extension/app  business, ensuring clear KPIs, attribution, and payout accountability.
  • Define and track partner performance metrics (e.g., eCPI, eCPA, ROAS, retention cohorts) and run regular partner reviews to scale winners and cut underperformers.

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure compliance with tracking technologies, digital marketing standards, and affiliate network stand-down rules.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and legal to ensure compliant tracking, fraud prevention, and clean integration of partner-sourced traffic into the extension funnel.

Cross-functional Execution

  • Manage and develop the paid growth function responsible for day-to-day channel execution - approve budgets, targets, and LTV-based guardrails while holding the team accountable for efficient, scalable growth.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to translate strategy into a shipped roadmap.
  • Act as the connective tissue between partnerships, product, engineering, and leadership to keep the extension business aligned and moving.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with responsibility for consumer and product activities (e.g. product growth, product management, GM or P&L owner).
  • Demonstrated success developing and scaling performance-based growth programs, including CPA/CPI partnerships, affiliate channels, or other pay-for-performance distribution models.
  • Proven track record building, launching, and maintaining high-scale, successful products.
  • Experience strategically influencing and aligning senior stakeholders and key partners to consistently drive action, results, and change.
  • Hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mindset, with the ability to be a driver and change agent in an organization.
  • Strong business acumen and data analytics proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice To Have:

  • Experience managing app and/or browser extension products.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships.
  • Experience in the shopping and deals space.

What We Have To Offer:

  • Competitive salary + bonus + equity
  • Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
  • Open sick time
  • 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employees
  • 401k with match

We value empathy, curiosity, and passion, and strive to create an environment where individuals have autonomy and the ability to take ownership over their work.

The Opportunity

As Spade's first Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how our financial data and AI platform is positioned, launched, and sold. You'll shape the positioning and the narrative with our CEO and product team, build the enablement our AEs take into deals, and get in front of customers yourself.

You'll be our second marketing hire, which means you get to decide what product marketing looks like here. You'll build the function from scratch, work directly with product, sales, and the exec team, and have real influence. We move fast and you'll be hands on with all of it. And you'll do it with Stripe, Bilt, Mercury, PayPal and Citizens already on the customer list, so there's real proof behind everything you put out and real stories to tell.

What will you be doing?

  • Own positioning and messaging for the Spade platform and every product inside it, keeping it updated as the product line expands and changes
  • Run product launches end to end: the message, the proof, the assets, the channel plan, the internal rollout, and measurement
  • Build the sales enablement that our AEs will actually use: pitch decks, talk tracks, demo narratives, sales collateral, 1:1 and 1:many collateral and campaigns, objection handling, etc
  • Own competitive and market intelligence, kept current from live deals, including the build-in-house case that comes up in every large account
  • Own customer proof: case studies, reference stories, the proof library, and the research the story rests on
  • Sit between product and the market: buyer research, win/loss, and the segmentation and packaging calls that come out of both

What experience, skills, and qualifications are necessary?

Must Have:

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing with product marketing as the core craft, at Seed to Series C companies. You take an objective, set the plan, and run it to completion with founders and enterprise sellers as your daily partners
  • You're hands on. You've built the decks, written the pages, run the campaigns, and done the segmentation yourself, and you can point to the work rather than the frameworks
  • Fintech or financial services experience. Payments, banking, card, or transaction data is ideal.
  • You have built AI systems (not just tools) that do real product marketing work: competitive monitoring, buyer and call research, message testing, or enablement production
  • You have built positioning and messaging from a blank page for a technical product, and can walk through the reasoning, not only the finished words
  • You have run launches for an enterprise, sales-led motion, including the enablement that got sellers to adopt the message, and can name what you measured
  • You're an exceptional writer with a high quality bar. You lead with what the customer wins and put the mechanism second
  • Based in NYC with ability to work out of our Flatiron office at least 2 days/week

Nice to Have:

  • You have run customer research first-hand: buyer interviews, mining recorded sales calls, win/loss, and turning what you heard into positioning that changed
  • You have sold into banks or large financial institutions, ideally with buying committees of five to ten-plus stakeholders, procurement and legal gates, multi-quarter cycles
  • Prior work on pricing and packaging, especially moving a company off a single product onto a multi-product structure with a strong expansion play
  • You have directed contractors and agencies across design, content, video, and web, and gotten good work out of them

Why Join Spade?

  • Be a cultural founder. As an early employee, you’ll play a meaningful role in defining and building our culture.

  • 401(k). Empowering you to invest in your future.
  • Paid Parental Leave. 12 weeks of full pay for parents welcoming a new child into their home.
  • Unlimited PTO. Take the time you need to unplug and unwind.
  • Flexible In-Person Culture. NYC HQ (hybrid and dog-friendly) with remote opportunities for certain roles in US/Canada.

What is Spade?

Financial institutions process billions of transactions every day across cards, ACH, wires, and third party aggregators. But most of that data is difficult to use. Descriptions are inconsistent, merchant names don’t match, and categories vary by payment type.

Spade is a data and AI platform that turns messy transaction strings into structured, verified records — and gives teams the tools to act on it across authorization, attribution, analytics, and AI initiatives. Spade leads the market in terms of merchant coverage, matching accuracy, geolocation data, and speed of transaction enrichment. Customers such as, FIS, Bilt, Mercury, Stripe, alongside many other leaders in fintech and financial services, trust Spade's data to enable personalized rewards programs, accurate applied spending rules, precise analytics requests, and innovative AI-powered features.

Spade is a fast growing, Series B company backed by industry experts and top tier investors (including Oak HC/FT, a16z, Flourish Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Gradient Ventures). We’re a lean and execution-oriented hybrid team, passionate about building exceptional products for our growing customer base. We care deeply about diversity of background, experience, and opinion. We value empathy, curiosity, and passion, and strive to create an environment where individuals have autonomy and the ability to take ownership over their work.
