The Job Description

Kumo.ai is redefining enterprise AI with foundation models for relational data, enabling businesses to make more accurate decisions through intelligent predictions. Our mission is to build AI-powered solutions that help organizations predict, optimize, and act autonomously—transforming how data scientists and analysts work with structured data. Our breakthrough in Relational Deep Learning and Graph Transformers automate feature engineering, allowing users to build powerful ML models with just a few lines of Predictive Query. The Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and execution of a strategic roadmap of initiatives that allows us to scale the adoption and impact of our revolutionary AI-powered products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex machine learning capabilities into valuable, intuitive solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business impact.

Outcomes for the first 12-18 months

  • Partnering with the CEO, Head of Engineering, and Chief Scientist, drive the creation of a roadmap of strategic priorities that helps Kumo achieve its high-level vision and strategy.
  • Drive strategy and execution of several product initiatives that enable the closing of new enterprise contracts, increase customer satisfaction and decrease support contacts (E.g. model explainability features, cost estimation reporting, connectivity & integrations). Including being very hands-on in developing technical specifications, not just program management.
  • Drive continuous improvement to the UX implementing the right evaluation metrics, customer feedback loops and test plans.
  • Implement a process to source product feedback from customers and internal partners and integrate it into roadmap prioritization. Effectively bring stakeholders along providing regular communications and check-points into prioritization decisions.
  • Define a plan to identify, triage, prioritize and address technical and product debt in a systematic way (e.g. talking with sales teams, customers, user session research).
  • Conduct open-ended research (market, data analysis) to inform the future direction of the product.

Minimum qualification

  • BS (preferred MS, MBA) in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software or data/analytics products
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating complex concepts for different audiences
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to define and track KPIs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Software Engineering (Intern) | Acorns

Acorns is seeking current college Juniors (graduating in 2026) for software engineering internships across all of our engineering disciplines (Android, Backend, iOS, Web). The internship program will run for 10 weeks during Spring/Summer of 2025.

Software engineers are responsible for translating high-level business requirements for new Acorns products and features into the services and data models that power them. They think critically about how to architect and build new components in a performant and scalable manner. As a software engineer, your typical week will involve collaborating with product and other engineering teams such as mobile, frontend, and QA to plan and create new features and infrastructure to build reliable and cohesive financial products. We expect our interns to integrate into our teams as if they were full-time employees and take on work responsibilities just as any other new hire would. The Senior Product Manager within the Semiconductor Marketing group is responsible for the product development, market positioning and commercial viability of INFICON’s gas, optical and RF sensors used primarily in the semiconductor industry. The Senior Product Manager owns the full product lifecycle, and works with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize new product introductions and market expansions while ensuring long-term sustainability of existing sensors in the field.

Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with your pod to identify and understand user problems stemming from activation, engagement, and retention focused business initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teammates to validate the most important and impactful problems to solve and how to solve them.
  • Design solutions that test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements.
  • Ship high quality work that improves the member’s experience with their benefit whatever their goals may be.
  • Partner with design, product, engineering, data science, and marketing to create meaningful and measurable impacts on key areas of Spring’s member funnel.

What We Expect From You

  • At least 5 years of experience as a product designer at a software company contributing to and leading the design of product experiences with a hypothesis-driven experiment culture and metrics-driven approach to design.
  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates your experience working in a growth design role and having impact on growth metrics (Acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, or monetization).

The target base salary range for this position is $172,400 - $215,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. About The Role

As a Staff Product Designer, you will reimagine and shape how DoorDash customers discover and experience the best deals in their neighborhoods. Imagine the endless possibilities of connecting 30+ million customers on DoorDash with their favorite restaurants and brands! You will drive the vision, strategy, and raise the bar for high quality craft. This role can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City and is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in office and the remaining time remote. You will report into the Head of Ads & Promotions Design on our Merchant Design team in our Product Design organization.

  • Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs
  • Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
  • Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Design and ship high-quality product improvements

  • You are a staff-level IC with 8+ years of work experience
  • You enjoy complex problem spaces, and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process (and the occasional design sprint)
  • You are passionate about leading product strategy and vision for new product areas
  • You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegant solutions
  • You value high quality well crafted visual design, and care about the details

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package to all regular employees, which includes a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws (e.g. Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act) (for salaried roles: flexible vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year; for hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), 16 weeks of paid parental leave, a wellness benefit, and a commuter benefit match.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
