About The Role

Cloudflare is looking for a Product Growth Manager to join our Self-Serve Team. Our team is responsible for driving growth across Cloudflare’s large free and self-serve customer base. To do this, we rely on a data-driven, product-led, experimentation-based approach to help customers to see greater value in and adopt more of Cloudflare’s solutions. You are a self-starter who has an in-depth understanding of key drivers for a customer’s lifecycle which are critical to understanding a customer’s experience and their growth on Cloudflare. In this role you’ll act as a bridge across product, product marketing, channel marketing, design and own go-to-market strategy and execution to drive self-serve growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand our customers and their lifecycle on Cloudflare deeply to continually refine target personas and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with product, pricing & monetization, channel marketing, and other teams on GTM strategy for self-serve solutions. 
  • Develop messaging and positioning that drives acquisition, activation, and retention of Cloudflare’s self-serve solutions and products.
  • Partner with channel marketing on end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns: develop campaign strategy, design experiments, and drive execution of programs to drive measurable conversion and retention of Cloudflare’s suite of products and features.
  • Build and launch data-driven experiments and initiatives in partnership with engineering. This includes guiding the prioritization of resources and work to maximize business impact.

  • A strong background in a product-led growth, product management, or product marketing role.

Description

As a Product Designer at Paycom, you will take a central role in creating design solutions for our software that align with our design principles of simple, consistent, automated, and intuitive and align with our long-term vision and business objectives. Summary:

This is a role within Tyson’s Supply Chain Organization. The supervisory organization is the Optimization and Automation team. This team works to provide data, software, and hardware tools to our 103 manufacturing facilities. The group is focused on improving efficiency, quality, yield, safety, and overall day to day processes in Tyson’s manufacturing plants. You will study Tyson operations and work with process experts to come up with innovative technology solutions that can be standardized and scaled within Tyson. Experiment and identify winners. We have a great foundation of experimentation on the team and you will need to leverage and improve this foundation to ship A/B tested changes that we know have an impact on our goals.

  • Own end-to-end workflows. Own end-to-end and understand core workflows, driving measurable improvements to user experience particularly focused on first-time user experience (sign-up, onboarding, and beyond)
  • Deeply understand the user. Collaborate and work with end users (developers!) using Postman to understand their core workflows and then use that knowledge to improve our product
  • Learn and grow. Broaden your knowledge of the core product and the domain over time, starting with first-time UX but eventually branching out into driving improvement to deeper experiences on the Postman user’s journey, and
  • Collaborate across boundaries and geographies. Collaborate on team processes to streamline collaboration across US and India team members

About You

Must have:

  • At least 4-6+ years of experience building frontend or full-stack projects and user experiences. 
  • Track record of delivering impactful and engaging user experiences that delight users
  • Deep expertise in building the modern web with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You likely have used libraries or frameworks like React or Next.js, but we care much more about the fundamentals than the tech stack.
  • Excellent communication skills. We’re a remote-first team and we’re going to be moving fast together. Good communication is key.
  • Detail oriented. We have to care about the details, and while we don’t expect you to be a designer, you need to care about the product experience that our teams are shipping.
  • Measure twice, cut once. We expect that you are analytical by nature and have experience in delivering features, improvements, and changes that leverage analytics tools (like LaunchDarkly) and experimentation techniques. 
  • Customer obsession. As we are a core product with years of muscle memory, we need an engineer who is able and willing to leverage the voice of the customer to expedite decision making, develop conviction, and most importantly delight our user.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

About The Role

We’re hiring software engineering interns for the fall term. The Internship begins in September, and we're open to either a 4-month term or, preferably, 1 year. You’ll be working on an integrated engineering team building semiconductor fabrication equipment, so you’ll be exposed to some very interesting engineering problems. Our size allows interns to take on a ton of ownership and mission-critical work.

We give our interns large amounts of autonomy on highly interdisciplinary projects. You’ll be bringing up high-performance tools with tight requirements in areas such as structures, optics, liquids, heat transfer, physics, and chemistry. You’ll be a good fit if you’re familiar with end-to-end system bring-up

Responsibilities

  • Develop real-time linux applications and microcontroller firmware in Rust for controlling semiconductor fabrication equipment.

Outlier Software Engineer - Remote Freelance Opportunity

Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. Are you an experienced software engineer who would like to lend your coding expertise to train AI models? We partner with organizations to train AI large language models, helping cutting-edge generative AI models write better code. Overview

Position: Product Manager – Lending Optimization

Salary: $110K - $130K/yr d.o.e.

Location: Remote OK (If living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work 2 days on-site)

This role is the primary go-to for the products that they lead. Product Managers are key in the evolution of a product and always have the well-being of the product and its users in mind. Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies. Constantly producing great new feature ideas and thinking critically about which of them will make the biggest impact. Know how to measure and interpret the results of your team’s efforts. Love working on teams, side-by-side with the best engineers and designers. Easily manage several efforts at once. Work well under pressure, and don’t miss deadlines. Keep abreast of market and technology innovations and identify how to implement.

Focus will be on Mortgage loan origination process from origination through funding and operation workflows. It is imperative that the person applying for this role has a in depth understanding of the full loan cycle process as they will be responsible for working with operations teams to help streamline workflow processes from origination through funding.

Responsibilities

  • Become an authority on your product area. Identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmaps, with consideration of efforts, sizing, dependencies, compliance requirements. ETC.
  • Understand the underlying Loan Operations business flows and where opportunities exist within the Value Stream.
  • Articulate and prioritize user journies, personas, pain points into an executable roadmap of well written features.
  • Work with Product Directors, Executives, and key business stakeholders to establish the business vision and drive expectations.
  • Define, understand, and improve key funnels, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Understand our customers – Create personas, identify, and prioritize pain points and solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering to develop story/feature readiness
  • Partner up with support and training and clients and any other business units
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap
  • Be the owner of the overall Product Strategy for your assigned product(s)
  • Ensure stakeholders and business leaders are kept informed through effective engagements and Product Strategy reviews.
  • Drive execution against our plan in collaboration with Engineering and Design peers: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication.
  • Help team with removing impediments and blockers where you can aid.
  • Take initiative to partner with the training teams to ensure that the details being communicated out in the field fall in line with the details of the feature.
  • Play a large role in the release process to ensure a successful release.
  • Working hand in hand with scrum masters to ensure team readiness and remove ambiguity regarding stories and features for sprint planning, sizing, sprint completions, demos to business, and meeting release dates.
  • Assist in determining product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
  • Ensures that usage and reporting is available while tracking and working towards ROI goals.
  • Present new ideas, tools, and resources to improve the product evolution process.
  • Takes initiative to respond to all team messages, comments, and emails to ensure that development continues to move forward.
  • Work closely with NAF legal team to ensure that our product is continuing to stay compliant.
  • Step outside of the comfort zone to learn new skill sets that pertain to our product team needs.
  • Maintain a positive and excited attitude so your team feeds off that energy.
  • Do not wait to be approached by business, always come to business first.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager within digital technology builds.
  • Prior experience in Mortgage Operations processes and flows.
  • Experience in building products for mortgage operations
  • In-depth understanding of the mortgage loan cycle process (origination through funding)
  • Experience with RPA/AI/ML is highly preferred
  • Strong Communication skills with comfort building relationships and presenting to C level executives.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
