Our mission is to empower building materials suppliers with great technology. There are over $1,000,000,000,000 of building materials bought in the US every year, and many of these transactions happen in on-prem point-of-sale systems. We want to bring these transactions online, enabling better experiences for contractors and homeowners alike.

This Role

What you'll achieve with us 🥇

  • You'll make significant individual contributions that get used instantly & heavily by our clients who depend on our software to run their businesses.
  • You'll leverage your orthogonal expertise to introduce abstractions and systems that improve the team's velocity.
  • You'll raise the bar for engineering quality by setting and enforcing standards.
  • You'll mentor teammates to help them grow as architects & engineers.
  • You'll work closely with product & design teammates and our clients to collectively define what we're building.

Requirements ✅

  • You collaborate well with engineering teammates and cross-functionally—especially working through natural tension with designers and product managers.
  • You give positive & constructive in-the-moment feedback to your teammates and enjoy receiving the same.
  • You're excited to work at least a couple days a week in-person at our office in Redwood City.
  • You have worked as a software engineer for 3+ years.
  • You have written production software with at least 1 of Go, TypeScript, & React.

  • You have worked in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You have familiarity with construction or building materials.

Interview process

  • Intro Call (15 min): Getting to know each other and aligning on expectations for the role with Nick.
  • Technical Screen (1 hour): Working through debugging and coding challenges with Andrew.
  • System Design Screen (45 min): Designing a system to address an abstract problem with Santi & Brian.
  • Onsite @ Redwood City HQ (~5 hours):
    • Walk (45 min): Diving into the business with Nick.
    • System Design (1 hour): Walking through the design of one of your past systems.
    • Lunch (45 min): Breaking bread with the team.
    • Product Collaboration (1 hour): Going back & forth on a PRD with Vidhan.
    • Culture (30 min): Reflecting on past experiences with George.
    • Coding Skills (1 hour): Tackling algorithmic challenges with Boxuan.

  • Experience working with financial services, fintech, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and align technical execution with business objectives.
  • Experience driving technical innovation, with a track record of implementing new technologies and improving engineering efficiency.

Role overview

Join our dynamic team as a US Business Development Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and providing exceptional service to automotive dealerships nationwide. As the first point of contact for many clients, you'll showcase CarGurus' offerings and benefits with professionalism and enthusiasm, utilizing both outbound and inbound strategies.

What you’ll do

About the Team

About the Role

The Product Manager role for the Roku Ads Manager platform is a highly strategic and data-driven role that requires a strong end-to-end understanding of an ad stack, the ebbs and flows of the advertising industry, a strong product sense, and a bias for action. The ideal candidate will have experience in core product management, with a track record of shipping software products. They should also have experience with qualitative and quantitative methods to understand consumer behavior and experience running large-scale A/B experiments to iterate over products and features. The Senior Visualization Engineer position will partner with people across the company to support the continued growth and success of the enterprise in a robust and cohesive team. To be successful, the Senior Visualization Engineer will need to demonstrate both business acumen and technological insight to execute our global data strategy. In addition to project work, this position will also provide Business As Usual (BAU) support for the existing environment.

Reporting within the Data & Analytics team, the role will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of visualizations utilizing Tableau across technology platforms for both on-premises and cloud solutions, including working across departments and in matrix/agile project teams.

This is a remote position that can be located in any state in the US.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a visualization expert in Tableau using data visualization best practices to guide team and business members in creating sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Lead and participate in discovery and requirement sessions to documenting business knowledge with the ability to translate into development features, stories, and tasks.
  • Ability to design and develop multiple visualizations in parallel keeping stakeholders informed and delivering efforts on time.
  • Understanding of how to design data sets to accommodate the needs of different visualizations.
  • Utilize experience to propose and recommend new visualizations and analytics to drive business insight and data analysis.
  • Develops trusting relationships with the internal and external team members while keeping a positive and collaborative mindset.
  • Provide support to existing dashboards (business-as-usual “BAU”) in parallel with project work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience as a Visualization Engineer or BI (Business Intelligence) Report/dashboard designer on large scale data warehouse and/or analytics initiatives utilizing enterprise class visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, etc).
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing visualizations in Tableau.
  • 1+ years' experience with visualizations utilizing Cloud-based platforms and data sources.
  • Strong SQL (Structured Query Language) ability to view and understand data from common data base systems and applications (Oracle, SQL Server, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
  • Understanding of full life cycle development methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain effective and productive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to provide after-hours BAU support as required.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile style project management techniques.

Salary

  • Salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 and is eligible for performance based bonus opportunities.

Job Description

The Senior Product Manager within the Semiconductor Marketing group is responsible for the product development, market positioning and commercial viability of INFICON’s gas, optical and RF sensors used primarily in the semiconductor industry. The Senior Product Manager owns the full product lifecycle, and works with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize new product introductions and market expansions while ensuring long-term sustainability of existing sensors in the field.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Footwear Product Testing Analyst to join our Lifestyle Footwear Testing team in New York! This role will be focused on all aspects of product testing at an experienced level. The candidate will need strong interpersonal skills focused on developing tester relationships. Exceptional planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects are a must. Experience in conducting perception studies, and knowledge of appropriate methodologies, is preferred. This position requires you be able to effectively analyze data and present subjective feedback in a concise and understandable manner.

What You Will Work On

In this role, you’ll be managing all aspects of the testing process; including planning, recruiting testers, running tests, analyzing data, report writing and program management. You’ll use your understanding of footwear’s manufacturing processes combined with your understanding of the athlete to offer suggestions to the product team regarding material, component, and construction options to meet the product’s performance, fit and comfort goals. You will lead feedback sessions to compile and analyze key performance and athlete insights. You’ll specify the fit and comfort issues that need attention prior to production.

Who You Will Work With

You’ll be the testing point person for key franchise footwear projects, working with Nike’s Lifestyle Product Creation teams to test new footwear. You’ll also work with Athletes diversity to gain a better understanding of their needs and to capture their feedback of the test models.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience
  • Experience in footwear, product testing, development, marketing, engineering, retail, customer service industry, or some combination is preferred
  • Understanding of footwear components, materials, and inline production processes is a definite plus
  • Strong capacity to analyze trends and make recommendations. Experience gathering and communicating consumer insights preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with athletes, coaches, and equipment managers
