At Possible, we’re building a new type of consumer finance company; one that helps our customers stay out of debt rather than profit from their staying in it. We are a Public Benefit Corporation with the mission to help communities unlock economic mobility through affordable credit products crafted to improve financial health for generations. Join the team that’s making our goal a reality.

Founded in 2017, our lead VCs are Canvas and Union Square Ventures. We have over 100,000 reviews on the App Store, with an average rating of 4.8 stars. Since our founding, we have redefined how people approach small-dollar loans—delivering over $1 billion in funding to more than 1 million customers, issuing over 4 million loans, and saving our customers more than $500 million.

Team Introduction

---------------------

The Legal and Compliance team is a leanly staffed, high functioning and collaborative team. We protect the company from risk while also providing practical guidance to our business partners, helping to foster innovation and growth. Each member of the team is empowered to bring forth new ideas, make changes to or implement new processes and act as a key advisor on business and team strategy.

The Role

------------

We are looking to expand our Compliance team with a person who will help oversee regulatory compliance of our products and services. This person will have a senior role on the compliance team, taking ownership of several aspects of our Compliance Management Program, including the development of policies, procedures, testing, monitoring, and training.

Responsibilities

--------------------

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Compliance Management Program for Possible’s products and services
  • Coordinate compliance risk assessments to identify and measure compliance risks and the adequacy of controls to mitigate any risks
  • Lead creation and execution of monitoring, testing, and reporting to identify and remediate deficiencies
  • Participate and assist in discussions with leaders on compliance matters, including strategic priorities, risk assessments, regulatory change management, compliance monitoring and testing, training, issues management, consumer complaints, and third-party risk
  • Assist with compliance audits and regulatory examinations and lead corrective actions and remediation efforts

Qualifications & Skills

---------------------------

  • Minimum of 7 years in regulatory compliance, with experience in banking or consumer finance compliance
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree; Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) is a plus
  • Experience developing and/or executing a Compliance Management System (CMS) including risk assessment, monitoring and testing, training, complaint and issues management
  • Working knowledge of federal consumer protection laws and regulations to include but not limited to ECOA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, EFTA, ESIGN, SCRA/MLA, GLBA, UDAAP, and Fair Lending
  • Working knowledge of consumer lending and/or payment operations
  • Experience with fintech bank partnership model preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to new technologies and platforms, and able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

With the backing of our venture investors— Union Square Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Euclidean Capital, and Unlock Venture Partners — a dedicated following of hundreds of thousands of customers, and an extraordinary team, we are unwavering in our fight for financial fairness. As one of only a few FinTech Public Benefit Corporations, we’ve baked our dual dedication to building a profitable and socially impactful company into our charter; we only succeed when our customers do too. Give us a shout if you’d like to help us ship financial products that protect consumers from predatory lending practices and promote economic health.

This is a Hybrid position. We work in the office three days a week, and our office is centrally located in downtown Seattle.

The compensation range for this role is $144,450 - $152,475. We also offer significant stock options, comprehensive benefits, a bonus plan, commuter benefits, and an excellent office space with complimentary drinks and food options.

About VSCO

VSCO (pronounced vis–co) is a platform that equips photographers with the tools, community, and exposure they need to expand creatively and professionally. VSCO maintains a rich and authentic creative environment that serves photographers at all levels – preserving a home for creative opportunity, inspiration, and connection.

At VSCO, our mission is to nurture creativity so you can make it. We empower photographers to connect with other creatives and businesses with our suite of creative tools that spans from mobile to desktop and across our global community. We are looking for humble overachievers and self-starters who are naturally curious, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. We foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, ambition, and progress.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer focused on Growth, you’ll lead design across the user journey — from first impression to long-term engagement — driving outcomes like acquisition, activation, and retention. While growth will be your primary focus, you’ll also bring a full-stack mindset, contributing to strategic, cross-functional product work, navigating ambiguity, and delivering polished, creator-focused experiences alongside product, engineering, data, and research.

You will be part of a close and collaborative design and research team and own projects through definition, design, production, and delivery.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to design product experiences for an inspiring creative customer, across a range of use cases, with an exceptional brand.

The day-to-day

  • Lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives across the growth funnel — including onboarding, activation, subscription, engagement, and re-engagement moment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, marketing, and data to shape strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Design with intent, using insights, experimentation, and user feedback to improve how people discover VSCO, start creating, and stay engaged.
  • Advocate for creators, bringing empathy and systems thinking to solve real problems while aligning with business goals like conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Elevate craft and consistency, ensuring designs are polished, accessible, and aligned with our visual and interaction standards.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design systems and growth-specific patterns, helping the team move faster with quality and intention.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience designing digital products, with at least 2+ years focused on growth, onboarding, or lifecycle design in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong track record of designing product experiences that drive measurable business and user outcomes.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing polished, thoughtful product experiences — from broad strategic work to detailed interface design.
  • Experience working closely with data and experimentation — using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
  • A clear point of view on growth design, and a toolkit of patterns, principles, and product thinking to support it.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, with fluency in Figma, prototyping, and working within a design system.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you know how to influence, align, and lead through ambiguity in a remote environment
  • You are adaptable and have a bias for action; while we aim for excellence, we also embrace iteration
  • Experience designing for iOS apps as well as responsive web across desktop and mobile

Nice to have

  • Affinity with VSCO’s values and mission of supporting creators so they can make it
  • Experience building creative communities and/or creative tools
  • Past experience in a start-up or high-growth product environment

Job Perks

  • A virtual first workplace with bi-annual company-wide travel events to connect and play
  • Competitive Salary & Equity
  • Healthcare insurance, vision, dental insurance for employees and families
  • Flexible Time Off
  • Company-paid parental, medical and caregiver leave

Why VSCO?

We value the creative process and our employees’ opinions — input is encouraged, regardless of your position or title. We want to work with people who are driven and demonstrate initiative in taking our mission to the next level.

We believe in building a safe place for creative expression and celebrating that which makes us human, welcoming unique and personal backgrounds and experiences. We’re proud to foster diverse perspectives within VSCO as we continue to build an inclusive culture.

Compensation

The base salary for this position will vary based on several factors, such as relevant experience, location and your approved internal leveling assessed during the interview process. The base salary range for this role is $170,000-$185,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and for this role. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for non-discretionary compensation based on an incentive comp plan and performance-based discretionary bonuses. The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. We also provide paid sick time as required by state and local law. Additional benefits and perks contained in our standard employee benefits package are also offered for this position.

Please note:

The application window for this role will be open until at least 4/28/2025. This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.

  • A strong portfolio showing thoughtful UX design, visual polish, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data-rich interfaces, dashboards, or workflows with multiple user types
  • Experience with Figma and basic understanding of responsive design
  • Enthusiasm for learning, asking questions, and pushing yourself to improve
  • Strong communication skills — you're comfortable explaining your ideas and collaborating across teams

Nice to Haves

  • Interest in data visualization, analytics, and turning complex information into clear decisions
  • Exposure to the construction industry, or a curiosity to learn about it
  • Experience at a startup or in a fast-paced, iterative product environment

Notion

Notion blends your everyday work tools into one. Product roadmap? Company wiki? Meeting notes? With Notion, they're all in one place, and totally customizable to meet the needs of any workflow. It's the all-in-one workspace for you, your team, and your whole company.

We humans are toolmakers by nature, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use every day — arguably our most powerful tool. Our team at Notion is on a mission to make it possible for everyone to shape the tools that shape their lives.

About Us

We're on a mission to make it possible for every person, team, and company to be able to tailor their software to solve any problem and take on any challenge. Computers may be our most powerful tools, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use on them every day. At Notion, we want to change this with focus, design, and craft.

We've been working on this together since 2016, and have customers like OpenAI, Toyota, Figma, Ramp, and thousands more on this journey with us. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new teammates to join us who are the best at what they do. We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.

Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role

Imagine yourself in the 1970s or 80s thinking through how computing should look and feel for people who had never seen one before. That's what we're trying to do at Notion — make software that feels timeless, with the craftsmanship of German cameras, playfulness of Japanese toys, and mass appeal of Coca-Cola. We have no end of fascinating challenges that can only be solved by someone with innate product & UX sense, technical aptitude, great taste, and impeccable craft.

What You'll Achieve

  • Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
  • Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
  • Run projects end to end with engineers to drive your vision to the ship line.
  • Partner closely with our Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand what each of our diverse user segments need, want, and love about Notion. Use this data and acquired intuition to prioritize, plan, and scope our product roadmap.
  • Work with Marketing to devise new ways to tell great stories throughout the user lifecycle, and across our site, product, help guides and other channels.
  • Create new patterns that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.

Skills You'll Need To Bring

  • You have well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end. 5+ years of working experience.
  • You seek to understand the needs of customers then explore and advocate for the strongest user experiences to solve their problems
  • You enjoy untangling vague conceptual problems and have a sharp intuition for the most accessible mental models and flows, so users can immediately start gaining value out of the product.
  • You create clear, intuitive, and visually appealing human interfaces.
  • You care about business needs, implications, and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions and can balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
  • You have strong beliefs, loosely held. You're a good listener who collaborates well with different stakeholders. You observe and internalize all inputs and feedback to help you reach an optimal decision.
  • You understand how to tell stories using both words and visuals, and strategize the best ways to drive alignment.
  • You value working cross-functionally with project management, engineering, research and data — as well as design peers.

Nice To Haves

  • You've designed and built great tools with small teams in the past.
  • You bring unique strengths and perspectives to the team. We're looking to build a diverse team where our skills and experience can complement each other.
  • You've experienced the pain of fragmented tools and information silos created by them, and have a strong urge to fix it.
  • You're familiar with the work of computing heroes like Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, Bret Victor, etc. — and understand why we're big fans.
  • You are a designer who can code!

We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.

Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $250,000 per year.

Product Manager, Growth

 •
Chime
San Francisco
1001-5000

Chime was created because we believe everyone can unlock financial progress, and we want to develop solutions and services to empower people to succeed. The premise upon which we started Chime is simple: basic banking services should be helpful, transparent, and easy. Our easy-to-use tools and intuitive platforms give members the ability to have more control over their money and to take action toward achieving their financial ambitions.

By designing a member-centric banking app with easy-to-understand financial tools, we’re creating a more competitive market with options for everyday Americans. We offer access to accounts with no overdraft fees, provide members the chance to receive their pay up to 2 days early* with direct deposit, help them build credit history, and build financial literacy to hit their goals—among many other things.

Since 2012, we’ve grown our team to more than 1300 Chimers across 3 offices. But more than that, we’ve expanded the products and services we offer to our members based on member feedback. And in doing so, we’ve disrupted the banking industry and changed the conversation for everyday people about money on a national level.

Chime is a financial technology company, not a bank.  Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC.

*Early access to direct deposit funds depends on the timing of the submission of the payment file from the payer. We generally make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date.

A Little About Us

At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress. We each bring an owner's mindset to our work, refusing to be outdone and holding ourselves accountable to meet and exceed the highest bars for our teams, our company, and our members.

The Job Description

It all started with an idea at Block in 2013. Initially built to take the pain out of peer-to-peer payments, Cash App has gone from a simple product with a single purpose to a dynamic ecosystem, developing unique financial products, including Afterpay/Clearpay, to provide a better way to send, spend, invest, borrow and save to our 50+ million monthly active customers. • Lead product strategy, customer research, opportunity sizing, planning, scoping, and prioritization to build the highest impact products or improvements for our customers

  • Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team; deeply understand the core drivers and monitor progress
  • Manage the roadmap to deliver on this strategy, balancing short term goals with long term vision.

You Have

  • Product management expertise (8+ years): we're looking for a seasoned product manager with a passion for building experiences for customers
  • Leadership: Outstanding leadership skills; the ability to inspire team members and drive collaborative decision-making across geographically dispersed cross-functional teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Exceptional prioritization, business judgment in balancing competing demands and priorities, and stakeholder management skills, particularly working with design, engineering, machine learning, compliance/legal, and marketing in a regulated industry
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication, narrative storytelling capabilities, and organization skills that instill the confidence of senior leadership
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Focus: An analytical mindset with the ability to distill and communicate complex data to make decisions, determine roadmap prioritization, and understand and communicate customer and business impact
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Comfort operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with rapid development cycles
  • Complexity: A hunger to tackle complicated and impactful customer and business problems
