Responsibilities

About the team

TikTok Content Ecosystem team's goal is to ensure that TikTok is safe and welcoming for everyone, including minors. This encourages creators to create good content, and improves user satisfaction in the long run. We also work with the recommendation and personalization team to tailor the feed to everyone's interests, with a goal to make our users happier. This goes towards TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and bringing joy. We're looking for seasoned program managers, who are familiar with the quality issues in various markets, understand external factors including government regulations, and deliver on improving quality for TikTok feed.

Responsibilities

  •  Define and execute the account security product roadmap, strengthening features across account creation, login, recovery, and protection.
  •  Collaborate with engineering, risk, operations, and data teams to launch scalable security solutions that balance protection and user experience.
  •  Identify and mitigate common attack vectors (e.g., phishing, credential stuffing) by applying industry-standard defense techniques such as MFA, anomaly detection, and rate limiting.
  •  Monitor and respond to real-time security incidents; lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvements across the account security ecosystem.
  •  Ensure product compliance with global data regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) through close partnership with legal and policy teams.
  •  Contribute to the security architecture of TikTok's rapidly growing global platform with cultural and regional considerations in mind.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  •  5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on security, ideally in social media or consumer tech.
  •  In-depth knowledge of account systems, including user authentication, authorization, identity verification, and content permissions.
  •  Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and commonly used tools and frameworks in the social media industry.
  •  Familiarity with agile development and software development life cycles (SDLC), with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to complex security challenges.
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across functions.
  •  Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience working with legal/compliance teams.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $300000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).

The Functions team is a small, nimble team working to scale a new product from hundreds to tens-of-thousands of users. As such, a successful applicant will likely get the opportunity to work on a variety of project, including:

  • Participate in customer calls, understand pain-points, and work with your peer engineers and EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) leadership to suggest possible technical solutions to the wider team.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel demand generation strategies, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Performance Marketing to fuel Zapier’s continued growth in the mid-market and enterprise space.

Things You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline for the Sales team, balancing PLG and SLG motions.
  • Lead the Lifecycle Marketing team, optimizing nurture programs, conversion strategies, and retention efforts.
  • Build and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, working with Sales and BDR teams to engage and convert strategic accounts.
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing team to align on paid campaigns, ensuring they support demand generation and pipeline goals.
  • Use data and insights to optimize performance, running experiments and iterating on campaigns to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate tracking of MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
  • Create a culture of experimentation, testing new approaches across email, ABM, webinars, content marketing, and lifecycle strategies.

$87,483 - $162,468 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

Audio Engineers working for Biggest Little Studio are responsible for all audio content required for the games they are assigned; this includes music, sound effects, voice over, ringtones, and any marketing material requests. This position requires a high degree of flexibility as it crosses several traditional audio disciplines and often requires multi-tasking all disciplines to meet deadlines. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with artist and programmers.

As audio implementation is completed by Technical Artists (TA's), the Audio Engineers are required to communicate very specifically to TA's and programmers as to how and where audio should be implemented. Once the audio has been implemented, the Audio Engineer checks to make sure the files are functioning properly and the overall audio mix and feeling for the game are appropriate.

Summary-:

To test C++ based Games across different EGMs and be responsible for ensuring high quality of games being delivered.

We are looking for experienced software tester who is passionate about testing and delivering high impact casino games to our global customers. You will be part of a studio with talented team of Artists, Game Mathematicians, Game Developers and Test Engineers. The Studio puts a strong emphasis on quality, individual ownership and values engineers who take pride in developing games.

Roles and Responsibilities-:

  • Test various functionalities on games development for a variety of markets
  • Design and execute test cases, conduct product requirements analysis.
  • Should be able to identify automation targets and execute to completion.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging code to find the root cause of the issues and provide detailed information to the development team.
  • Follow guidelines set by Secret Sauce management to plan and execute tests to support business
  • Bring in ideas/innovations to improve the overall testing process in terms of tools, processes, test cases etc.

What We're Looking For

  • B. Tech. / B.E. / MCA /M. Tech. in Computer Science/Electronics with 2-5 years of relevant experience in software test engineering.
  • Experience in creating Test Plans, Test cases and executing the test cases (Manual).
  • Experience working with defect tracking tools such as JIRA is required.
  • Good knowledge of any scripting language.
  • Should be able to understand and review modern C++ code, and able to compile and execute the programs.
  • Experience in using Source control systems (SVN etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies will be a plus.
  • Prior experience of testing/validating games will be a big plus.
  • Prior experience in the gaming industry will be a plus.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders

The DBA will be responsible for all DB aspects in the production environment.

What you will do:

  • Performs performance tuning, Query optimization, database installations, configurations, updates, backups and monitoring

  • Anticipates, mitigates, identifies, responds and resolves problems affecting database performance, efficiency, and availability
