We support countless AI/ML services in the text to image, NLP and broader AI/ML space, reducing client’s infrastructure management requirements with our Kubernetes based serverless GPU cloud offerings.

Job Description

The Node Provisioning Automation Team is responsible for the automated provisioning and management of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of hardware nodes and node-types. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team will be engaged in streamlining and coordinating the domains of networking, hardware engineering, DC operations, and platform into a cohesive, zero-touch, and high-reliability engine of fleet operations.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager for the Node Provisioning Automation team who can help us build this specialization and drive the refinement of vision and execution necessary to keep pace with the current and future growth of the business. This individual will grow and guide a team of developers focused on physical infrastructure automation and lifecycle state management. As the Manager of this team, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Lead developers and engineers to design, build, run, and accelerate multi-site server deployment automation and management at scale.
  • Drive the culture and tone for how your team keeps score both in how they communicate with and support each other and how they enable the rest of CoreWeave.
  • Provide visibility and accountability for deliverables and timelines.
  • Serve as a point of escalation and coordination for challenges and roadblocks.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are some qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If a portion of this resonates with you, we’d love to talk.

  • You have 10 or more years experience in a software or infrastructure engineering industry of which at least two years were in a leadership capacity.
  • You have experience in the domains of automation and orchestration workflows and are knowledgeable about server hardware, components, and related technologies and strategies for the management of physical infrastructure at scale .
  • You have experience hiring and building diverse teams of high-performing individuals.
  • You love helping people on their journeys to become their best selves and are comfortable extending the range of your influence to partners, peers, and senior leadership.
  • You believe in the value of automation and will champion practices that drive reliability and prioritize the CoreWeave customer experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $210,000-$225,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Hybrid Workplace

Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.

If you reside within a 30-mile radius of our New Jersey, New York, or Philadelphia offices, we're excited for you to join us at the office at least three times a week, recognizing the significance we place on fostering connections, collaboration, and creativity within our office culture.
