About the Role:
CoreWeave is seeking a diligent IT Specialist to be responsible for managing daily Internal IT operations of the CoreWeave. This candidate is responsible for delivering high quality, repeatable and sustainable IT & reliability related support to the organization. This person will be an individual contributor to start, and will also play a critical role in setting up, maintaining and decommissioning IT accounts, VDI infrastructure, IT hardware, user workstations, office technology, setting up software, tools and related access for company use and resolving all IT support issues. The IT Specialist will report directly to the IT Support Manager at CoreWeave.
Your Role:
- Resolving all employee related issues with their IT systems, hardware and software; escalating issues when they arise.

In this role, you can expect to:
- Work closely with the AP, Purchasing, and Data Center Operations teams to identify fixed asset purchases, establish a reliable in service date, capitalize them in a timely fashion, record accurate depreciation, and report fixed assets’ transfer or disposition.
- Review vendor invoices to ensure proper capitalization of expenditures of FA.
- Track FA by location and category to ensure that all required FA metadata is reflected accurately in CoreWeave systems.
- Design and conduct periodic FA cycle counts to guarantee that physical reality on the DC floors agrees with the Accounting team’s fixed asset ledgers.
- Support the Fixed Asset team lead in reconciling the fixed asset sub-ledger balances to the summary-level accounts in the general ledger.
- Own the monthly and yearly roll-forward of fixed assets.
- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
- Prepare FA schedules for the tax provision footnotes and tax returns, as well as for sales and use / property tax calculations in various jurisdictions.
- Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets and possible write-downs or write-offs.
- Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing and Governmental Relations teams to align purchases with active tax incentive programs.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
- Combination of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience, prior fixed asset accounting experience is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles including generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), practices and procedures (CPA preferred).

The Data Center Security Manager is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of Physical Security standards and policy in CoreWeave’s data center spaces. The candidate will manage facility access policies, conduct audits, and be the administrator for access requests and revocations. - 3+ year(s) of experience in a general finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles
- Previous experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure (data centers, cloud, etc.) is preferred, but not required
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of executing complicated financial analyses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates that have demonstrably interacted with management or other executive-level stakeholders
- High level of self-sufficiency with proven success at self-teaching and a high intellectual motor
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with NetSuite, Mosaic.tech, Salesforce, SQL or Power BI experience a plus

- Maintain data center operations to ensure availability and reliability of service levels

CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This role will support three C-Suite members. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple time zones
- Manage travel and expense report coordination & submission
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with office management in San Francisco including guest access, team rooms, meetings, etc.
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide support to the organization, and with other executive assistants on collaborative C-suite projects

Requirements:
