Job Description
**What you’ll achieve**
Reporting to the Director, EMEA Marketing, you will design and execute local activities and support local sales leaders to drive revenue growth in the South markets. Field Marketing at Boomi is at the forefront of customer engagement. You will interact directly with customers, utilizing data, product insights, and Boomi messaging to drive game-changing engagement.
You will:
- Gather market insights, assess competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
- Work with local sales leadership to develop and execute the go-to-market plans for France, Italy and Spain.
- Lead with an account base approach and design integrated marketing plans.
- Execute local activities to drive demand and progression, including trade shows, industry events, C-level engagement, Boomi events, customer advocacy, partner marketing, virtual event and progression workshops.
- Collect and analyze customer data, track campaign performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports to inform marketing strategies.
- Act as the point of contact for Boomi Sales in the South market representing the full marketing plan that touches the region regardless of ownership of execution
- Be the voice of the customer in global program design, messaging and activation
Every Boomi team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
- Previous experience in a Field Marketing role, with a SaaS or Enterprise Software vendor and knowledge of for France, Italy and Spain markets experience is a plus.
- Speaking at least English plus 2 of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are highly competitive (inclusive of commission). Base compensation is determined by various factors including geographic location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
