In this role, you’ll serve as a key technical expert and trusted advisor, partnering closely with the Regional Sales Director throughout the full sales cycle. You’ll help shape customer outcomes, solve complex challenges, and support strategic success across a rapidly evolving market.

This position will sit in or near Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, Wisconsin or Minnesota.

In this role, you will:
- Support customers and partners during pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities.
- Work closely with our Sales team, qualify sales opportunities from a technical perspective, present solutions, gather customer requirements and design the architecture to include in quotations.
- Act as a technical focal point in managing communications with customers and partners to deliver the right messages and to receive feedback from the field.
- Follow up with customers and partners for resolution of issues or new feature requests, interacting internally with the Research and Development Team as needed.
- Duty to deliver effective training programs for partners to drive product adoption and sales success.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- Proven experience working in customer-facing roles as a cybersecurity Consultant, Systems Integrator or Systems Engineer
- Strong sales acumen and value based selling experience
- Solid understanding and experience of complex networks, protocols and networking technologies, CCNA certification or equivalent will be a true plus.
- Good problem finding and solving skills
- Dedicated to achieving goals with strong sales acumen
- Good written and spoken English proficiency
- Availability and willingness to travel (30%)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, telecommunications, or adjacent areas such as electrical/industrial engineering, controls, or equivalent experience
Nice to have skills:
- Threat analysis, vulnerability management, incident management, and/or penetration testing experience
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- Genuine interest in industrial/OT environments or be prepared to invest the time to learn

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $159,000 - $188,000. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Applications outside the range are welcome to apply.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
