As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you will work within the Finance team. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of bank account management and account funding.

What You Will Work On

- Managing, opening, and closing bank accounts, entering payments, and assisting with online banking platforms globally
- Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments.
- Maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks
- Assist with customer collection processes
- Work closely with the Finance Operations team to ensure that our payroll accounts across 13+ subsidiaries are accurately funded for our monthly payroll obligations.
- Develop a cross-border funding strategy that minimizes the transaction/FX fees paid and reduces the time to fund subsidiaries across markets.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the company to strengthen our current treasury processes (e.g., collections, payments) across multiple entities.
- Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.
- Assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with ad-hoc information requests as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience relevant in Global Treasury Operations
- Strong international banking knowledge and familiarity with various banking platforms and financial regulations.
- Detailed expertise in treasury/cash management flow, assets
- Understanding of derivative margin, interest rate swap, and cross currency swaps
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Ad-hoc reporting
- Experience in margin movement and new deals, including preparing payments.
- Adhere to month-end reconciliation of all cash-related transactions, month-end processes, and all related journal entries.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Audit, Accounting) with information requests as needed.
- Ability to reconcile repos and margin call reports for stakeholders
- Strong technical and organizational skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
