Aristocrat is seeking a People & Culture Senior Employee Relations Specialist within the MyP&C Global Operations team for a full-time role performing employee relations scope of services work. The successful candidate will own the employee relations tasks and actions, provide employee relations direction and guidance within an assigned region, serve as a contact for employee relations related initiatives, help navigate and resolve employee relations matters, provide policy interpretation and partner with internal stakeholders such as P&C business partners, P&C center of expertise, legal and compliance teams to ensure employee relations compliance with company policies and practices.

What You'll Do

​

• Conduct thorough and objective investigations regarding, but not limited to, workplace issues, whistleblowers, disciplinary issues, complaints, and grievances.
• Respond to requests, assist employees and managers, document findings, make recommendations, and drive appropriate actions to resolve complex employee-related matters promptly.
• Partner with P&C business partners and assist managers in assessing, performing employee relations work, determining appropriate corrective actions, providing guidance and solutions, and mitigating risk across all employee relations scope of services and employee relations matters.
• Ensure corrective actions are fair, consistent, and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, company employee standards, and expectations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, produce metrics, and create reports with recommended actions regarding employee relations initiatives.
• Capture and maintain comprehensive and detailed records within a case tool (ServiceNow) while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Develop documentation in response to employment-related matters and liaise with legal and business partners to prepare required documentation for employees, third parties, or governmental agencies.
• Represent Aristocrat in front of regulatory and governmental agencies regarding unemployment filings, hearings, appeals, works councils, and other employee relations matters.
• Conduct exit interviews, surveys, and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify, create, maintain, and obtain approval for all necessary employee/labor relations policies, practices, handbooks, and procedures across Aristocrat.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of HR experience or related field or experience
• Preferred 3+ years of employee relations experience
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of labor laws, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively navigate sensitive matters and deliver clear messages

This role is directly responsible and accountable for managing the delivery of IT services to support the global business, specifically the EMEA West region of the world. Automatización impulsada con IA y validación de las herramientas:

• Diseñar y ejecutar planes de prueba para herramientas personalizadas de automatización, características de IA (incluidos aspectos de IA explicable), servicios de back-end y extensiones del editor de Unity desarrolladas por el equipo.
• Validar la integración de la telemetría, garantizando una recopilación precisa de análisis de uso y registros de errores para obtener información de las pruebas impulsadas con IA.

• Experiencia en QA demostrada: de 3 a 5 años de experiencia profesional en QA del software, con especial énfasis en pruebas de sistemas complejos, integraciones y canalizaciones de datos.
• Especialización en automatización de pruebas: experiencia demostrable en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de frameworks y scripts de pruebas automatizadas (p. ej., con C#, Python, Java o similar).
• Capacidad técnica: amplios conocimientos de SDLC, metodologías de QA, pruebas de API (RESTful), conceptos de bases de datos (SQL/NoSQL) y prácticas de CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Docker).
• Aptitudes analíticas y de resolución de problemas: excelente capacidad para analizar requisitos complejos, identificar riesgos y casos extremos, solucionar problemas y pensar de forma crítica sobre sistemas novedosos de pruebas.

We’re looking for a talented, creative and enthusiastic UI Artist to join our 10+ people Art Team in Montreal. In this role you will help shape the creative vision for our game NFL SUPERBOWL SLOTS that is currently in production.

As the first data scientist on a new game, your scope will be larger than usual for a data scientist. You will be responsible early on for the development of telemetry, data, analytics and data science, working closely with engineers, product managers and stakeholders to help them make decisions on the game's development. The Financial Analyst will be part of the Group Financial Planning & Reporting team for Aristocrat Interactive. They will support various shared business segments in achieving their financial and strategic goals.  This role will support and partner with the finance leadership team to continuously drive value-add and operational standard efficiencies.

What You'll Do:

​

• The PMO supports the successful delivery of the projects:
• Defining the work plan for all disciplines (Product, DEV, QA) using Gantt charts, tracking the work progress and report to the relevant stake holders.
• Alerting the project managers on project risks
• Measuring projects KPIs and reporting to all relevant stake holders
• Generating various reports on Projects data according to company needs.
• providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects
• Supports the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools

What We're Looking For

​

• At least 3 years of PMO experience and knowledge from technological company
• Tech savvy – must
• Full proficiency of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – must
• Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, assertiveness
• Excellent written and verbal English level
• communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to senior management
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cope under pressure
• Team player, and able to work on own initiative
• Assertive, adaptable, and creative
• BSc. In Industrial & Management engineering – an advantage
