Figma is a collaborative design platform. Product teams use it to design, prototype and build digital products together, in the browser and on desktop.

dO8M

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

We’re looking for technically-minded product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn’t just how something looks—it’s how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you’ll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.

The Core Experience team shapes how people create in Figma—from foundational tools like Auto Layout and Text to the interactions that make working on the canvas feel intuitive and precise. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead major efforts across the core editor and help define how it evolves as AI and code change the way people build products. You’ll bring a strong point of view, deep interaction design craft, and curiosity about complex systems. Working closely with engineering, product, research, and designers across Figma, you’ll set direction and stay hands-on, turning ambitious ideas into experiences people use every day.

With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Lead the design of core editor experiences, including foundational concepts like Auto Layout, Text, and canvas interactions, from identifying opportunities through prototyping, shipping, and iteration
  • Help us define and champion a clear vision for how the editor should evolve, translating that vision into concrete proposals, design principles, and priorities with product and engineering partners
  • Explore how direct manipulation, AI, and code can work together, prototyping ways for people to move between generating, editing, and refining their work while retaining creative control
  • Ground decisions in user research, product data, and close observation of how people create, using that evidence to test assumptions and refine your point of view
  • Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, including leading complex software projects from early exploration through launch and iteration
  • A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating interaction design and visual craft, including examples of making sophisticated workflows easier to understand and use
  • The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
  • A knack for figuring out ambiguous problems in complex systems, and shaping them into simple solutions with clear goals
  • Experience researching, prototyping, or building products with AI and other emerging tools to uncover new patterns for creativity and collaboration

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience designing creative tools, editors, canvas interfaces, or other products with rich, direct manipulation interactions
  • A design/development hybrid background, or experience building websites or apps
  • A history of working on canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows
  • Experience with code-based prototyping, front-end development, or workflows that connect design and implementation

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Pay Transparency Disclosure

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. About The Role

The role owns the design, training, and production deployment of machine learning systems that directly power core product features - spanning tabular ML, NLP, and increasingly LLM-based workflows.

Working in a small, senior team of ML engineers and data scientists, this person will tackle problems where model performance, inference latency, and reliability all matter - and ship systems that run in production, not just in notebooks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and evaluate ML models (classification, ranking, NLP, and recommendation use cases) for production workloads
  • Build and maintain feature pipelines in Python and SQL, ensuring consistency between training and online serving paths
  • Deploy and version models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML), with automated CI/CD for model releases
  • Instrument models for monitoring: track drift, latency, and business metrics with alerting and automated retraining triggers
  • Collaborate with data engineering to build reliable data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, and modern data stack tooling
  • Introduce and champion LLM-based capabilities where they add value - RAG systems, embeddings, fine-tuning - with rigorous evaluation
  • Contribute to code reviews, design docs, and the team's ML engineering standards

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, applied ML, or a closely related role, with multiple production model deployments
  • Expert-level Python and hands-on depth in at least one major framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
  • Production experience with cloud ML platforms and MLOps tooling (MLflow, model registries, CI/CD for ML)
  • Strong ML fundamentals: feature engineering, evaluation design, regularization, and handling class imbalance and drift
  • Experience with containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) and serving systems such as TorchServe, Triton, or FastAPI
  • MS or BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Rippling has every application you need to run your business—from applicant tracking and payroll to IT and expenses—in one place. But unlike other systems, Rippling sits on top of a unified platform. Data flows dynamically between Rippling’s applications, giving every team a shared source of truth, the power to automate processes, and access to the insights they need. This allows your business to execute better, faster.

Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT cybersecurity, keeping the world's critical infrastructure cyber resilient through real-time asset visibility, threat detection, and AI-powered analysis. We protect the toughest operational environments — from energy and healthcare to manufacturing and beyond.

MPnl

Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

As we expand our product portfolio, our Product Management team is hiring a Senior / Staff Product Manager to help build a new platform that will become the system of record for industrial operations: every asset, every change, every approval, and its full history, in one OT-native CMDB and service management platform.

Customers asked for this. Plant teams are tired of forcing industrial environments into IT ticketing and CMDB tools that were never built for them. Nozomi Networks already sees what is on the plant floor in real time; now we are building the platform that keeps the record and governs every change. The platform is in its design and early-access phase, shaped with enterprise and mid-market customers, and the data model is still open. You will own the problem and design the solution together with engineering.

This role starts with an advantage. CMDBs live or die on data quality, and this one sits on live, first-party asset data from Nozomi Networks sensors, so the platform can verify that what the record says matches what is actually on the network. AI is part of the core, not bolted on: agents that watch for changes, open the work, and answer questions about an asset’s history.

We have deep OT expertise across the company. What this team needs now is someone who has built a CMDB before.

You could be the next “Nozomier”! If this sounds like you, read on.

In this role, you will:

---------------------------

Own the OT-Native Data Model

  • Lead the data model for an OT-native CMDB, designed with engineering: assets, installed positions, locations and ISA-95 hierarchies (site, area, line, cell), relationships, and the full change history of every asset from installation to retirement.

  • Define how the recorded state of each asset relates to what live network data shows, and what happens when they differ.

  • Decide how assets the network never sees (offline equipment, spreadsheet imports) live alongside observed ones, keeping it clear which values were observed and which were only declared.

Define Identity and Reconciliation

  • Partner with engineering on identity and reconciliation rules: when records from sensors, integrations, and spreadsheets describe the same physical asset, which source wins for each field, and how every value stays traceable.

  • Engineering builds the matching; you define what it must get right.

Shape Workflows, Integrations, and AI

  • Shape the default workflows customers start from (planned and unplanned change, vulnerability remediation, asset changes, safety approvals) on a configurable workflow engine, including what proves a change was actually done.

  • Define how the platform works alongside systems customers already run, such as an existing CMDB or ITSM tool: which system owns which record, and how work flows between them.

  • Help decide where an AI agent acts and where a person must approve.

Drive Decisions and Delivery

  • Make the calls: own the problem, negotiate the solution with engineering, hold the line on what a release must include, and turn weeks of debate into days of decisions.

  • Work directly with early-access customers to validate, learn fast, and ship.

  • Collaborate daily with an engineering team based in Europe and a cross-functional product team, reporting directly to the VP of Product.

  • Embody Nozomi Networks’ cultural pillars, promoting transparency, trust, and accountability.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

--------------------------------------------------------

  • Product ownership of a CMDB, asset, or configuration data product sold to many customers, including its structural decisions: what a record is, how sources are reconciled, how records are attested, and what history is kept. Configuring or implementing a CMDB is not the same experience; this is the experience the team needs most.

  • First-hand knowledge of which parts of a CMDB cannot be bolted on later, and the ability to explain why to engineers in two sentences.

  • 5+ years of B2B product management at a software vendor (not only running your own company’s internal CMDB).

  • Strong data modeling instincts: you can whiteboard a schema, explain the tradeoffs, and tell us which mistakes you have already made so we don’t repeat them.

  • Experience defining identity or reconciliation rules: matching messy records across many sources when there is no single reliable key, and modeling how a record changes over time.

  • Experience shipping workflow, approval, or change management capabilities, ideally configurable defaults that customers adapt.

  • Practical judgment about AI in workflows: where an agent should do the work and where a person still has to approve.

  • Comfort working with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders across operations, security, and IT.

  • Ability to travel to Europe one week per quarter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product ownership of platforms such as ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Visibility, Change Management, or Operational Technology Management; BMC Helix CMDB; Freshservice / Device42; Cognite; IBM Maximo; or SAP EAM.

  • Experience with matching and master data platforms such as Tamr, Reltio, Informatica MDM, or Axonius.

  • Background in configuration management, IT and cyber asset management, master data management, entity resolution, industrial knowledge graphs, or EAM/CMMS products.

  • OT experience is a plus, not a requirement. You don’t need to know what a PLC is on day one; much of our team came from the plant floor and will help you learn the domain. The CMDB and platform experience is the hard part to find.

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $160,297 - $197,378. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Applications outside the range are welcome to apply.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays and paid parental leave.

Transforming transplantation with the OrganOx metra®. A transportable, automated ex vivo liver perfusion device.

The core technology employed by the OrganOx metra® has been in development for over 15 years. During this time both of the founders (Professor Peter Friend and Professor Constantin Coussios) have driven the development of organ preservation and maintenance, formerly at the University of Cambridge and latterly at the University of Oxford.

OrganOx Limited was founded in April 2008 as a spin-out from the University of Oxford.

Conventional cold preservation involves storage of the liver at 4˚C, using a non-physiological perfusion solution that aims to minimise liver decay. By contrast, warm preservation seeks to re-create an environment that mimics the human body by continuously perfusing at physiological pressures and flows with oxygen-carrying red cells at 37˚C and providing nutrition. The liver is therefore functional during the preservation period, producing bile, metabolizing glucose and maintaining a physiological pH. This enables objective assessment of organ performance prior to transplant, extended preservation times, and the potential use of organs that are presently being discarded.

ABOUT ORGANOX:

OrganOx is a commercial stage organ technology company dedicated to developing technologies to improve outcomes for patients with acute or chronic organ failure. The company was established as a spin out of the University of Oxford in 2008 and is now part of the Terumo Group. OrganOx is a pioneer in normothermic machine perfusion (NMP). It's flagship platform, the metra®, is available for use in the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia. It has been utilized in over 7,000 liver transplants to date to keep donor livers in a metabolically active state outside the body enabling longer preservation times and functional assessment of the organ prior to transplant, leading to an increased number of organs available for transplant. Founded in 1921, Terumo Corporation (TSE:4543) strives to fulfill its mission of "Contributing to Society through Healthcare" by providing a comprehensive range of solutions in the fields of therapeutic procedures, hospital operations, and life sciences in more than 160 countries and regions.

Position Summary

OrganOx has an exciting career opportunity for a Product Manager, Upstream at our global headquarters in Oxford, UK. In this role you will oversee full lifecycle management for our existing product portfolio with primary focus on early-stage innovation, strategic planning, and foundational requirements for our next-generation, connected medical device portfolio. You will act as the ultimate voice of the customer, bridging the gap between clinical needs and technical development. This role focuses on the "front end" of innovation—identifying high-value clinical opportunities, building business cases, and defining product requirements before handing off to downstream teams for commercial launch. You will report to the Global Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Under direction from the Director, Marketing the Product Manager, Upstream will be responsible for:

Strategic Roadmap & Portfolio Ownership

  •  Own and define the 1.5-to-5-year global product roadmap for your assigned clinical portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate growth targets
  •  Lead strategic portfolio prioritization exercises, balancing disruptive innovation with incremental product line extensions
  •  Monitor changing healthcare regulations, policies governing organ donation and use, global macroeconomic healthcare trends, clinical literature, reimbursement shifts, and competitive intelligence to pivot strategy proactively

Advanced Market Research & Clinical Insights

  •  Design and execute comprehensive global Voice of Customer (VOC) strategies, including advisory boards, primary and secondary research, and procedural observations
  •  Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical advisory boards, and scientific communities to identify high-value unaddressed clinical needs
  •  Analyze international healthcare economics to integrate global pricing, reimbursement, and market-access requirements early in the product concept phase

Business Development & Financial Accountability

  •  Author rigorous, executive-level business cases complete with complex financial models, target pricing, net present value (NPV) analytics, and risk assessments
  •  Drive funding approval through corporate Stage-Gate governance reviews by defending market assumptions and return on investment (ROI) metrics
  •  Partner with head of business development to provide commercial due diligence for external partnership, licensing, or acquisition (BD&L) opportunities

Cross-Functional Pipeline Leadership

  •  Translate ambiguous clinical insights into precise, high-level Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and system-level design inputs
  •  Represent the "commercial voice" in cross-functional core teams consisting of senior leaders from R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Engineering, and Operations
  •  Collaborate with regulatory teams to architect global submission strategies, identifying predicate devices and user-needs mapping for FDA (510k/PMA) and EU MDR compliance
  •  Ensure a seamless transition and hand-off to Downstream Product Management partners as the product approaches commercial launch readiness

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

  •  Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a technical equivalent
  •  An MBA or advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, MS) is preferred

Experience

  •  7+ years of experience in medical device product management, upstream marketing, or product strategy
  •  Demonstrated understanding of the U.S. and global transplantation ecosystems derived from working with OPOs, transplant centers, or medical device companies that serve this sector
  •  Proven history of leading cross-functional teams to successfully drive complex class II or class III hardware/software/consumable systems through early development phases

Technical & Behavioral Skills

  •  Clinical Literacy: Comfort speaking with specialized clinicians regarding anatomy, biology, pathophysiology and the role that medical devices serve to improve health
  •  Design Control Competence: Strong working knowledge of early-stage medical device design standards and controls under ISO and FDA regulations
  •  Data Analysis/Synthesis: Strong financial acumen, data modeling capability, and experience turning raw objective and subjective data sets into summarized strategic insights and decision making
  •  Influence & Adaptability: Elite cross-functional communication skills to align often conflicting internal and external stakeholder interests
  •  High Emotional Intelligence: Self-awareness, self-regulation, and awareness of others' emotions to manage complex interactions across a broad range of stakeholders while still driving timelines and results
  •  Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% globally for clinical site observations, conferences, and stakeholder interviews

A job description does not imply that the duties stated are the only ones to be performed by the job holder. Job holder will be required to follow any other job-related instruction as reasonably requested by their line manager or their designate.

Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits available from day one, including health, dental, vision, disability coverage, and flexible spending accounts. Additionally, we offer a 401(k)-retirement plan with company matching after 90 days, paid time off, holidays, and additional leave benefits, as well as employee discounts and access to our onsite wellness facility.

Workplace Philosophy at Dorsia

At Dorsia, we believe that culture eats strategy. The best ideas in the world mean nothing without the right people around the table and the right chemistry between them. We are, unapologetically, a people-first organization.

In-Person Matters

We’re creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the most discerning audience in the world. That doesn’t happen over Zoom. It happens through collisions: a spark across a desk, a kitchen-side conversation that unlocks a partnership, the energy of ideas felt, not typed. That’s why in-office culture is non-negotiable at Dorsia.

Who We Hire

We don’t subscribe to check-the-box hiring. We hire for merit and mindset, which naturally creates a team with varied backgrounds. What unites us isn’t demographics, it’s a shared vision: to build the social operating system for the cultural vanguard.

Lifestyle Hours

We’re not a 9-to-5 company. Our lifestyle mirrors our members. Early flights, after-work events, and late-night sprints when the work demands it. But we love what we do, and we definitely love a good party.

High Performance Culture

Working at Dorsia isn’t for everyone—and that’s the point. Our culture is designed for builders, not passengers. We move fast, set ambitious standards, and expect people to rise to them. If you have the talent and the drive, this will be a ride to remember.

A Final Word

We’re building something special. It will take long hours and relentless effort. It’s not for everyone. For those with the metabolism, you’ll create something that changes how culture is lived. And that’s the kind of work worth your life’s energy.

Playing our part right from the start.

Back in 2000, OEMs were facing a huge hurdle selling parts into dealerships, mechanical shops, and collision shops. Every transaction was handled manually, either by phone or fax, which left the market desperate for a faster, more efficient way to do business.

That’s when four major auto players – GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Bell & Howell (now Snap-on Business Solutions) – formed OEC. In 2001, we launched CollisionLink, the first e-commerce tool for shops to buy OE parts from dealership suppliers. Shortly afterwards, we launched D2DLink, connecting dealers nationwide and quickly elevating the OEC dealership base from 500 to 10,000. Over the years, we continued to develop and acquire key solutions to better manage every aspect of maintenance and repair, including non-OE aftermarket parts and solutions for repairers.

Today, OEC is how everyone in the vehicle parts and repair lifecycle gets their job done more easily. Dealers and suppliers, repairers, manufacturers, insurers, and fleets all use our technology and data services to connect with each other and get vehicles back on the road safely. It’s why so many of the biggest names in the industry all rely on OEC. And it’s how, in just the past year alone, we’ve facilitated over $14B in North American e-commerce and over $30B in global trade.

White Circle is the control layer for AI in production. We help companies test, protect, observe, and improve every AI interaction — from blocking unsafe inputs and preventing jailbreaks to analyzing user behavior and optimizing model performance.

TL;DR: We’re looking for a Design Engineer to turn complex AI safety workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces used by engineering and research teams every day. You’ll work across design and code: shape flows in Figma, then build them in production with React, TypeScript and our component library. You’ll own the gap between "designed" and "shipped" so that what users get is exactly what was intended, down to the last pixel and transition.

About White Circle

White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.

  • We’ve recently raised our Series A funding round, taking our total funding to $70M. Our investors include top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others
  • We process over one hundred million API calls every month
  • We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model

We’re a small, highly focused team. If you want to work deeply on hard problems, see your work ship to production quickly, and influence how AI safety is actually built – you’re the one we need

What you’ll do

  • Design and build product interfaces end to end, from Figma exploration to production-ready React code
  • Own our design system in both Figma and code: tokens, components, variants, documentation. Keep the two in sync
  • Build and polish UI components with attention to states, edge cases, accessibility, and performance
  • Prototype interactions and new flows in code to test ideas with real data before we commit to them
  • Craft motion and micro-interactions that make complex workflows feel clear and responsive
  • Raise the quality bar of the product: spot UI inconsistencies, fix them yourself, ship
  • Work directly with product, engineering, and research. Expect fast iterations and full ownership

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, frontend engineering, or design engineering, with a portfolio showing both design and shipped code
  • Strong frontend skills: React, TypeScript, modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, custom properties, container queries)
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems in code, e.g. design tokens, component APIs, Storybook or similar
  • Deep Figma knowledge: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Prototyping
  • Experience with motion and animation in code (Framer Motion / Motion, CSS transitions, or similar)
  • A track record of designing clear, functional web interfaces, ideally for technical or data-heavy products (dashboards, developer tools, B2B SaaS)
  • Solid grasp of accessibility (WCAG, keyboard navigation, ARIA) and responsive design
  • Comfort working in a real codebase: Git, code review, working alongside engineers
  • You use AI tools daily in your workflow (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) and know how to get production-quality results out of them

Bonus points

  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI / shadcn/ui, or other headless component libraries
  • Next.js or Vite experience
  • Data visualization (D3, Recharts, visx)
  • Figma plugin or Figma-to-code pipeline experience (Tokens Studio, Style Dictionary, Code Connect)
  • Interest in AI safety, LLMs, or developer tooling

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity
  • Flexible time off
  • Health insurance
  • Mental health support, including coverage for therapy when you need it
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Learning and development support for courses, conferences, and opportunities to grow your skills
  • All the hardware, subscriptions, tools, and services you need
  • Team off-sites twice a year: we’ve recently been to the Alps, Saint-Tropez, and Marbella

Process

  • Intro call (25 min)
  • Take-home assignment
  • Interview with Head of Design & Creative and Full-stack Engineer (45 min)
  • Additional interview (depending on the interview process)

Lead Product Designer

Location: Bay Area (San Francisco / Peninsula)

Reports to: CTO / Leadership Team

The Opportunity

We are building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be one of the first foundational hires, responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform that will reach over 100 million users. There is no legacy code, no inherited design debt. Just a "zero-to-one" build powered by an AI-first mindset.

The Product

You will lead the design for a consumer app anchored around the MrBeast audience. This isn't a passive content app; it is a highly interactive, gamified ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.

Who You Are

  • Consumer Expert: You have a portfolio full of shipped products or features used by millions of people.
  • AI-Native: You aren't just curious about AI; you are "burning through tokens" and integrating AI into your design workflow to move faster and smarter.
  • Scrappy & Scaled: You have the "startup" experience to build from zero with a nimble team but the "big tech" experience to know what happens when a product hits massive scale.
  • Action-Oriented: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer building and shipping over long, process-heavy design cycles. You prefer to "show" vs. "act."

Benefits & Model

  • Equity-First: We offer highly competitive equity packages for foundational hires who want to own a piece of the business.
  • Hybrid Culture: 3 days per week in our Bay Area hub to collaborate closely with the team. BenefitsThe Perks, Why Work On the MrBeast Team

We are redefining what entertainment and storytelling look like at global scale. Every piece of content we publish reaches millions and influences culture in real time. This is your opportunity to lead the team that decides how those moments come to life across every screen.

  • Competitive Salary
  • Generous Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Dental, Vision and company-paid Life Insurance
  • Company contributions to employee Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • 401k Plan with Safe Harbor company-matching
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid company holidays

What You'll Own

You’ll own product areas across Remedys’ clinical and operational platform, which may include:

  • Provider & Clinical Workflows: Clinical task management, provider queues, patient encounters, clinical documentation, messaging, scheduling, and care-plan workflows.
  • Prescribing & Pharmacy: E-prescribing, prescription management, medication configuration, pharmacy routing, fulfillment workflows, refills, and pharmacy integrations.
  • Clinical Platform & EHR: Core functionality supporting patient charts, clinical notes, documentation, patient history, alerts, orders, and provider decision-making.
  • Operational Workflows: Building scalable tooling for Clinical Operations and Customer Support that reduces manual work and enables teams to manage increasingly complex patient journeys.
  • Billing & Subscription Workflows: Connecting treatment plans, medications, subscriptions, billing cycles, and fulfillment into coherent patient and operational experiences.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Owning integrations with pharmacy networks, prescribing platforms, scheduling systems, payments, identity verification, and other healthcare infrastructure.
  • Platform Expansion: Supporting the launch and migration of new brands, service lines, clinical programs, and operational teams onto a shared platform.

What You'll Do

Own Product Strategy & Roadmap

Develop a deep understanding of the clinical and operational systems you own and define the roadmap for improving them.

Balance immediate operational needs with longer-term platform investments, identifying when to solve a problem for a specific workflow and when to build reusable capabilities that can support multiple brands and service lines.

Translate Complex Healthcare Workflows Into Product

Partner directly with providers, Clinical Operations, Customer Support, Pharmacy Operations, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.

Turn ambiguous requests such as “providers are struggling with this workflow” into clearly defined product problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.

Challenge proposed solutions when appropriate and help teams distinguish between product problems, operational process problems, and policy decisions.

Own the Full Product Development Lifecycle

Lead products and features from discovery through launch, including:

  • Problem definition and user research
  • Requirements and product specifications
  • Workflow and edge-case definition
  • Prioritization and roadmap decisions
  • Partnership with design and engineering
  • QA and launch readiness
  • Stakeholder communication and training coordination
  • Post-launch measurement and iteration

You’ll be expected to stay close to implementation and understand how product decisions translate into system behavior.

Build for Providers and Healthcare Operations

Develop deep empathy for the people operating the platform every day.

Design workflows that allow providers and operational teams to move quickly while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation, permissions, auditability, and safeguards.

Look for opportunities to replace manual processes, fragmented tooling, and institutional knowledge with scalable platform capabilities.

Own Integrations and System Workflows

Partner closely with engineering and external vendors to build and improve integrations across the healthcare ecosystem.

Understand how data and actions move across systems, from patient onboarding and clinical review through prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment, billing, and ongoing care. Own product requirements for interoperability, data integrations and migrations, and resilient workflows that account for external system failures and edge cases.

Launch New Programs and Migrate Existing Ones

Partner with business, clinical, and operational leaders to launch new service lines and onboard brands onto the platform.

Define the clinical, pharmacy, billing, operational, and patient workflows required for launch, and identify where existing platform capabilities need to evolve or scale.

Lead product requirements for platform and data migrations from legacy systems, ensuring continuity of patient data, clinical workflows, and operations throughout the transition.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of product management experience, including experience building products in healthcare or health tech.

Experience owning complex products where workflows span multiple users, systems, and operational teams.

Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions without relying on stakeholders to provide complete requirements.

Comfort working directly with engineers and reasoning about system behavior, APIs, integrations, data models, states, permissions, and edge cases.

Strong written communication and the ability to create clear requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience partnering with operational teams and translating highly manual workflows into scalable software.

Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows, with the ability to use them effectively to accelerate research, analysis, product development, and day-to-day execution while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while making thoughtful tradeoffs between short-term operational needs and longer-term platform architecture.

Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where processes and requirements may evolve as the business scales.

Nice to Have

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Telehealth, EHR, or clinical workflow products
  • Pharmacy, medication fulfillment, or e-prescribing
  • Healthcare integrations, interoperability, or data migrations
  • Healthcare billing, payments, or subscription models
  • Multi-brand or multi-tenant platforms

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will have developed deep ownership of your platform areas and become a trusted product partner to engineering, clinical, and operational teams.

You’ll have shipped improvements that measurably reduce operational friction, improve provider efficiency, and make the platform more scalable.

Most importantly, you’ll help Remedy move from solving individual operational problems to building reusable healthcare infrastructure that can support multiple brands, service lines, and models of care.

AI Product Manager, Agents & Orchestration

 •
1mind
Featured
A featured role. The employer reviews Tech Ladies applicants first.
United States
$185k–$260k / yr
101-250

1mind is a platform that deploys GTM Superhumans for revenue teams so that Every1 Wins, your customers and buyers, your team, and your business.

The Superhuman GTM brain is made up of an AI Knowledge Graph + Action Orchestration layer built to function as autonomous employees operating across the entire customer lifecycle. They perform the work of SDRs, first-call AEs, SEs, CSMs, and In-Product Guides (a previously non-existent role).

Superhumans integrate seamlessly into existing workflows to qualify buyers, book meetings, deliver pitches, give demos, handle objections, uncover pain points, build value models, and onboard customers. They delight buyers, drive operational efficiency, and scale beyond human limitations that increases revenue, shortens sales cycles, and increases ACV.

Core Use Cases:

• Website Inbound: Superhumans available 24-7 to do the full pitch, do discovery, share content, demo, qualify and drive to action (book meetings, drive to trial, convert independently without human intervention, or pass to nurture).

• Ride-Along Sales Engineer: Superhumans support sellers live on Zoom/Teams/GoogleMeet calls to answer technical questions, share content, do technical discovery and demo.

• PLG/SMB Seller: Superhumans engage, guide, support, and convert to free trial, from free users to paid, and paid to committed contracts. Supermans sell, onboard and support at scale and nurture the long tail.

Please note that all legitimate communication from 1mind will come only from email addresses ending in @1mind.com. We will never ask for payment, financial information, or personal details outside of our official application process. This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

About Us

1mind is building the next generation of revenue teams.

We are creating a new category of enterprise software: Autonomous Customer Experience. Our platform deploys Superhumans, go-to-market teammates with a face, a voice, and a GTM brain that serve the buyer across the entire journey with one continuous memory. They engage, demo, onboard, and support in the moments no company could ever staff, so the handoffs disappear and growth stops leaking.

Join us as we define the category and build the platform that powers the next generation of revenue teams. When the buyer wins, the company wins. Every1 Wins.

About The Role

1mind is building the AI-led GTM workforce: Superhumans that run SDR, SE, onboarding, account management and customer success work end to end, on top of a shared context graph that compounds with every customer conversation. Today each Superhuman mostly runs as a single agent on a single surface. The next product leap is orchestration: teams of agents that hand work to each other, run packaged GTM plays, and bring in humans only when the trust ladder says so.

You'll own that leap. This is the first PM seat dedicated to the agent runtime and orchestration layer. You'll work directly with the GenAI team, report to the Chief Product Officer, and decide how agents plan, call tools, share memory, hand off, and get evaluated. Then you'll turn that into a platform that other PMs, forward-deployed engineers and customers build on.

The window is short. Large platforms are consolidating the two ends of the funnel, and the live-conversation middle is still open. Expect to ship a v1 that isn't clean, then make it better every week.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the agent runtime every Superhuman runs on: planning, tool calling, memory reads and writes against the context graph, guardrails, and the Assist, Co-pilot and Autonomous trust ladder. One runtime, many roles.
  • Design multi-agent orchestration: handoffs between Superhumans across the customer journey (inbound SDR to SE Ride-Along to onboarding to CSM), shared state across a deal or account, and conflict resolution when two agents want to act on the same contact.
  • Turn GTM orchestrations into a product. Packaged plays by funnel-stage outcome, like qualification and activation or retention and expansion, that customers configure instead of build. You define the primitives: triggers, steps, agent assignments and human checkpoints.
  • Build and own the eval harness for agent behavior, including task-level success, objection-to-advance rate, escalation precision, and hallucination and tool-error rates. Set the bar that gates every release and own the dashboard that tracks it.
  • Define the platform surface: the APIs, configuration and admin experiences that app-layer PMs, forward-deployed engineers and enterprise admins use to compose and tune agents, including per-enterprise adapters and fine-tuning hooks.
  • Run a weekly ship cadence with GenAI and engineering, with enablement and customer success looped in before every release.
  • Write the specs engineers want to build from (data models, state machines, API shapes and the tradeoffs between them), and prototype in code or no-code tools before you write the doc.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of product management, including at least 2 years shipping LLM-based agents to production users. You've owned a product where the model's behavior was the product.
  • Hands-on with the agent stack: tool calling, planning loops, memory and retrieval, multi-agent handoff patterns, and the ways each one fails. You can read a trace and tell us what went wrong.
  • You've built or owned an eval harness and used it to gate releases. You think in task success rates, not vibes.
  • Experience at an AI-native company, or on a large platform team paired with founder or early-stage startup experience, preferred. We're not looking for SaaS feature PMs.
  • Technical enough to spec data models, state machines and API shapes, and to explain the tradeoffs between them.
  • Comfortable deciding with incomplete data and shipping weekly. You'd rather fix a v1 in production than polish a v2 in a doc.
  • Clear writing. Your PRDs are short, your eval reports have numbers, and your Slack messages make sense to sales.

Preferred

  • Fine-tuning or RL exposure: SFT, DPO or reward-based training on outcome-labeled data, or per-tenant adapters.
  • Voice or real-time conversational agents, where latency and interruption handling shape the product.
  • GTM domain depth: you've carried a quota, run a CS book, or built for people who did.
  • Workflow or orchestration products at the platform level.
  • Enterprise platform experience: admin surfaces, permissions, audit, and the customers who ask for them.

The salary range for this position is $185,000 to $260,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits.

1mind's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. The hiring manager will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through the process.

We believe in providing interesting and meaningful work in a supportive and inclusive environment - free from discrimination for everyone without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, or veteran status. If you are passionate about learning and excited about what we are doing, then we want to hear from you!

[Please note that all legitimate communication from 1mind will come only from email addresses ending in @1mind.com. We will never ask for payment, financial information, or personal details outside of our official application process. If you receive a suspicious message, please disregard it and alert us at careers@1mind.com]

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, notetaking, or summarizing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment - all hiring decisions are made by people. If you would like more information about how your data is processed or prefer to opt out of any AI-assisted tools, please let your recruiter know. Opting out will not impact your experience or consideration.

ABOUT BASELAYER

Every business in America needs a bank account to exist. The system that decides whether they're real, who's behind them, and whether they're a risk, runs on infrastructure from the 1980s. We're rebuilding that layer from scratch.

Baselayer is the identity layer for institutions across the United States — the most complete business graph in America and every human tied to it. We fuse public records, IRS data, sanctions lists, web signals, and fraud telemetry from 2,200+ financial institutions into a single graph that resolves any business and the humans behind it in milliseconds. The legacy credit bureaus took 50 years to build something that gets 60% match rates. We've built something that gets 98% in under two years.

Today we're trusted by over 20% of financial institutions in America — including FIS, Rho, Socure and leading loan infrastructure providers. But the graph is becoming infrastructure for anyone who needs to know if a business is real and worth trusting: gig platforms, marketplaces, AI companies, and commerce infrastructure at scale.

Trust is the substrate of every financial transaction. We're rebuilding it.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We're solving real-time entity resolution at a scale no one else has cracked — fusing dozens of data sources into a single business identity graph and resolving any entity in milliseconds. It's a graph AI problem, a retrieval problem, and a fraud-modeling problem stacked on top of each other. The technical depth is real.

You'd be joining a small team where the data moat is defensible, the research problems are open, and the infrastructure you build becomes load-bearing for businesses. Ownership is real. Velocity is real. There's no layer of process between an idea and shipping it.

We're at an inflection point — the graph is built, the match rates speak for themselves, and the hardest problems are still ahead: graph embeddings, fraud propagation models across the business network, real-time traversal at sub-100ms latency, and expanding the identity layer beyond finance into every platform that needs to trust a business.

If you want to work on something foundational — the kind of infrastructure that gets built once and everything else runs on top of — this is it.ABOUT THE ROLE

As Baselayer's first dedicated Sr. Product Manager, you'll report directly to our GM, Agentic Economy and own the creation, design, and full scoping of new products that take Baselayer beyond financial institutions and into new verticals where business identity is broken. You'll define what we build, why we build it, and what "done" looks like. You won't be inheriting a roadmap. You'll be writing one.

This role is hands-on. You'll write the specs, draw the wireframes, partner with design, and sit in eng standups. You'll also own the existing product surface: setting priorities, sequencing the roadmap, and making the daily calls that keep engineering shipping the right things. New verticals are the headline, but the day-to-day is a mix of zero-to-one product definition and disciplined operating cadence on what's already in market.WHAT YOU'LL DO

New Product Definition & Scoping

  • Lead the scoping of new products targeting verticals beyond financial institutions, from initial thesis through detailed product spec
  • Translate market opportunity into product requirements, including target user, core workflows, success metrics, and what's explicitly out of scope
  • Build the artifacts that align the company: PRDs, one-pagers, wireframes, decision logs, and launch criteria
  • Own the "what" and the "why" so eng and design can own the "how"

Specs, Wireframes & Design Partnership

  • Write specs that engineers can build from without a dozen follow-up questions
  • Produce wireframes and flow diagrams that make tradeoffs concrete and force decisions early
  • Partner closely with design on UX, with strong opinions on craft and a clear bar for what ships
  • Run spec reviews that surface ambiguity before it becomes rework

Roadmap & Prioritization for Existing Products

  • Own the roadmap for Baselayer's current product surface, sequencing what gets built and what waits
  • Make the daily prioritization calls that keep engineering focused on the highest-leverage work
  • Build a planning cadence that's predictable for the team and legible to the rest of the company
  • Kill work that isn't pulling its weight

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Drive execution across engineering, design, and GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS, Growth)
  • Run the launch process: scope lock, build, beta, GA, with clear handoffs and ownership at each stage
  • Be the connective tissue between what's being built and what's being sold, supported, and marketed
  • Operate with founder-level ownership and urgency. You'll be trusted to make calls and held to the outcomesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years in product management, with at least one zero-to-one product you scoped, shipped, and grew into material revenue
  • Track record working closely with senior engineering leadership (CTO, VP Eng, founding engineers) as a true thought partner, not a ticket-writer
  • Strong written communication. You write specs, briefs, and one-pagers that move decisions forward without a meeting
  • Strong opinions on UX and product craft, with the ability to defend them and the humility to update them
  • Operates with founder-level ownership and urgency. You don't wait to be told what's broken
  • Comfortable with technical concepts. You can hold your own in architecture conversations without needing to write the code yourself
  • Bias toward shipping. A v1 in market beats a v3 in a docWHAT SETS YOU APART
  • Experience taking a product into a new vertical or expanding into adjacent markets
  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity, KYB, fraud, risk, or compliance
  • Worked at an early-stage company where you owned product without the safety net of a PM team
  • Experience as the first PM hire at a venture-backed startup

WORK LOCATION

  • Based in San Francisco; Hybrid - 4 days per week in office

COMPENSATION

  • Salary Range: $210,000 – $290,000 + equity

BENEFITS

  • Time off when you need it: Flexible PTO so you can recharge without red tape.
  • In-person energy: We're based in SF and meet in the office full-time

About The Role

The role owns the strategy and roadmap for a B2B SaaS product line serving data and analytics teams, bridging engineering execution and business outcomes across the full product lifecycle.

You will work closely with engineering leads, designers, and go-to-market teams to define what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured — shipping features that hundreds of enterprise customers rely on daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for a core platform area, translating business goals into a prioritized backlog that engineering teams can execute against
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; run backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering in Jira and Confluence
  • Analyze product usage data using SQL, Amplitude, and internal dashboards to identify friction points, validate hypotheses, and inform prioritization decisions
  • Partner with design on wireframes and prototypes in Figma; run usability sessions and customer discovery calls to pressure-test ideas before build
  • Define and track success metrics (activation, retention, feature adoption) and present quarterly roadmap reviews to executive leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches with marketing, sales, and customer success, including enablement materials and phased rollout plans
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in technical tradeoff discussions, working with engineers to scope solutions that balance speed, quality, and scalability

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a B2B or technical product end-to-end
  • Hands-on SQL proficiency and comfort analyzing product data independently — not relying on others to pull numbers
  • Track record of shipping features with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment; fluency with Jira, Confluence, and standard PM tooling
  • Strong written communication: crisp PRDs, clear stakeholder updates, and executive-ready narrative documents
  • Experience conducting customer discovery and translating qualitative feedback into roadmap decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience working closely with software engineers
  • Bonus: experience with developer-facing products, APIs, or data infrastructure; familiarity with pricing and packaging decisions; technical background as an engineer or analyst

More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own.

We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do.

How You'll Make Impact

Growth Engineering at Airwallex is building an AI-native platform that powers customer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. We're developing scalable infrastructure, intelligent decision systems, and automation capabilities that connect product, sales, and marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.

As an Engineering Lead, you'll lead a team of engineers to design, build, and scale the platforms and experiences that power Growth at Airwallex. You'll combine technical leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and strong execution to turn ambitious growth opportunities into reliable products and measurable business impact.

  • Lead engineering execution, owning the delivery of complex Growth initiatives from technical planning and architecture through implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive technical direction, guiding the design of scalable backend services, frontend applications, event-driven systems, and AI-native platform capabilities that enable experimentation, personalization, and growth automation.
  • Build and develop a high-performing engineering team, providing technical mentorship, coaching, clear expectations, and a culture of ownership, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
  • Partner across functions, working closely with Product, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and other engineering teams to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable roadmaps and technical solutions.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes, leveraging experimentation, customer insights, and data to prioritize high-impact opportunities, accelerate iteration, and improve growth performance.
  • Raise the engineering bar, establishing strong practices for system design, code quality, performance, reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence.

US: You'll work from our Seattle office three days a week.

Essentials

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience leading engineering teams or complex technical initiatives, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in backend, frontend, or full-stack engineering, with experience designing, building, and operating scalable production systems using technologies such as Python, Java/Kotlin, React, or TypeScript.
  • Proven technical leadership and execution skills, with a track record of leading complex engineering projects, making sound architectural decisions, managing technical tradeoffs, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop engineers, through mentorship, technical guidance, effective delegation, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong ownership, product judgment, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and translate business objectives into measurable engineering outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience building growth platforms, experimentation systems, customer segmentation engines, marketing automation, or product-led growth experiences.
  • Experience developing AI-powered applications or agentic workflows, including LLM integration, tool orchestration, evaluation, and production observability.
  • Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives involving Product, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience establishing engineering processes, improving delivery predictability, and scaling team execution in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, fintech, payments, or regulated environments.

You'll thrive here if

  • You have high agency and ownership. You proactively identify high-impact opportunities, take accountability for outcomes, and empower your team to deliver.
  • You're a technical leader who builds. You stay close to architecture and implementation, make sound technical decisions, and lead by example.
  • You're pragmatic and outcome-oriented. You balance engineering quality, delivery speed, and business impact, prioritizing what moves the needle.
  • You're comfortable leading through ambiguity. You bring structure to complex problems, set clear priorities, and make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information.
  • You grow people and teams. You coach engineers, delegate effectively, create clarity, and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • You communicate proactively and influence effectively. You align stakeholders, surface risks early, navigate tradeoffs, and drive decisions across functions.
  • You thrive in a global environment. You're comfortable leading and collaborating across distributed teams in APAC, EMEA, and the US.

Learn More About Your Team

Growth at Airwallex is building a unified, AI-native growth system across product, sales, and marketing. Rather than applying AI to isolated tasks, we use customer context, machine learning, automation, and continuous learning to transform how Airwallex acquires, activates, converts, retains, and expands customers.

You’ll build high-traffic platforms, experimentation frameworks, and intelligent decision systems that turn signals—such as company profile, product usage, lifecycle stage, behavior, and intent—into personalized journeys, next-best actions, and measurable incremental value.

The work spans both human + AI and autonomous operating models: AI-native tools that increase the leverage of growth teams, alongside agentic workflows that can research opportunities, launch and optimize campaigns, orchestrate customer journeys, and measure outcomes within clear strategies and guardrails.

The challenge is to combine consumer-technology speed with the precision, trust, and regulatory complexity of global B2B finance. If you enjoy owning ambiguous problems end to end, prototyping quickly, measuring real business impact, and using every outcome to improve the next decision, you’ll help define how an AI-native global financial platform grows.
