Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

Nozomi Networks is seeking an experienced, highly technical Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Developer to design, build, integrate, and support enterprise solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on engineering role for a developer with deep Salesforce expertise who can personally solve complex technical problems across Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integrations, automation, data, security, Slack, and emerging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate is a builder, not simply a Salesforce administrator or configuration specialist. This individual will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, write production-quality code, troubleshoot difficult issues, integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms, and own solutions from architecture through deployment and production support.

A major focus of the role will be advancing Nozomi Networks' use of modern AI and agentic technologies, including Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, generative AI, Slack-based experiences, and AI-driven workflow automation.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and related technologies.
  • Build AI-enabled solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, Prompt Builder, and intelligent automation.
  • Develop Salesforce and Slack integrations, applications, bots, workflows, and AI-powered employee experiences.
  • Design secure and reliable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Partner with GTM Architecture, Security, Data, Infrastructure, and other teams to align solutions with business processes and enterprise standards.
  • Apply modern software engineering practices, including Git, Salesforce DX/CLI, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with significant hands-on development responsibility.
  • Advanced experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce data modeling, Flow, and automation.
  • Strong experience designing REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and secure Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
  • Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled applications using technologies such as Agentforce, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or semantic search.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into secure, scalable production solutions.
  • Excellent technical documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred experience:

  • Slack development and integration, including APIs, applications, bots, workflows, OAuth, Events API, and webhooks.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
  • MuleSoft or comparable integration platforms.
  • AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud services.
  • Enterprise API architecture, identity and access management, and modern data platforms.
  • Experience within a SaaS, cybersecurity, or fast-growing global technology organization.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I/II or architecture-focused credentials.

• 8–10 years of demonstrated experience enabling quota-carrying Enterprise and/or Commercial sales teams in a complex B2B technology environment.

• Demonstrated ability to measure program adoption, readiness, behavior change, and relevant business impact, with strong facilitation, coaching, written and executive communication.

• Experience designing and delivering onboarding, continuous learning, assessments, and/or certification programs.

• Meaningful experience supporting technical sellers, Sales Engineers, solutions consultants, or comparable presales audiences.

• Proven success coaching sellers using live calls, active opportunities, deal reviews, role plays, or other practice-based methods.

• Ability to create concise field assets, including playbooks, talk tracks, competitive guidance, discovery frameworks, objection-handling resources and experience operating modern enablement systems.

• Preferred experience in cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, IoT security, critical infrastructure, industrial technology, cloud security, or another technically complex enterprise software category

Global Partner Programs and Operations Manager

 •
Nozomi Networks
United States
Private
251-1000

Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT cybersecurity, keeping the world's critical infrastructure cyber resilient through real-time asset visibility, threat detection, and AI-powered analysis. We protect the toughest operational environments — from energy and healthcare to manufacturing and beyond.

Jrw3

Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

As the Global Partner Programs and Operations Manager, you will own the Nozomi Networks Partner Program end to end: its structure, benefits, incentives, policies, and the operational processes behind it. You will turn strategy into clear, scalable frameworks that partners understand and internal teams can execute, working across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, Enablement, and RevOps to make Nozomi the easiest and most rewarding OT/IoT security vendor to partner with.

You could be the next "Nozomier"! If this sounds like you, read on.

In this role you will:

--------------------------

  • Define partner program strategy and roadmap: own the multi-year partner program strategy and roadmap, benchmarked against competitive OT/IoT and adjacent security vendor programs, and translate it into scalable frameworks that partners understand and internal teams can execute.
  • Develop new program tracks:shape distributor program tiers and economics, and emerging programs such as an Authorized Assessment Partner track, from business case through launch.
  • Own tier design and governance:design and own the partner tier model end-to-end (e.g., Elite, Advantage) — qualification criteria (revenue, certifications, investment), benefits, and discount structures across all regions and partner types — including advancement/demotion mechanics, an annual tier review cadence, and a partner-facing tier scorecard.
  • Capture the voice of the partner: run a structured partner feedback cadence — a partner advisory council, NPS/CSAT, or similar mechanism — that feeds directly into tier and benefit design.
  • Own partner enablement: design and maintain the partner enablement curriculum (sales, technical, and certification tracks), define the competency and certification requirements tied to each tier, and manage the partner LMS content calendar, partnering with the Enablement team on delivery.
  • Own the partner ecosystem, portal, and PRM experience:treat the partner portal as a product — owning content strategy, the self-service resource center, deal-registration workflow, and UX/roadmap in partnership with IT and the PRM vendor.
  • Build and publish program assets: program guides, benefit summaries, logos and badges, and partner-facing communications that are clear, consistent, and easy to act on.
  • Design and administer partner incentives:launch and manage the Partner Rewards Program and individual SPIFF campaigns, including eligibility, qualifying activities, fulfillment, and compliance controls.
  • Run benefit programs:manage the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program, the Not-For-Resale (NFR) program, partner training allowances, and certification-linked benefits.
  • Govern program compliance:own partner portal terms and conditions and program policies with Legal, and lead the annual partner review, including onboarding, tier changes, and offboarding.
  • Drive operational excellence:maintain the Partner Program internal process and procedures guide, and champion Salesforce data hygiene for partner accounts, deal registration, and reporting.
  • Measure and report:own the program's anchor metrics — partner-sourced/partner-influenced NACV, % of NACV by tier, partner activation rate, time-to-first-deal, portal engagement, training completion, deal-registration SLA, and MDF utilization/ROI — and build the reporting and financial models behind them, delivering insights and recommendations to channel leadership and executives.
  • Enable the internal channel team:equip Partner Account Managers with the tools, templates, and ghost-written communications they need to engage and grow their partners.
  • Champion the program externally:support partner marketing, swag and recognition programs, and industry award submissions that raise the program's profile.
  • Embody Nozomi Networks’ cultural pillars, promoting transparency, trust, and accountability.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

--------------------------------------------------------

  • 7+ years of experience in channel or partner programs, channel operations, or alliances at a B2B technology company; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record designing and launching global partner programs, including tiering, benefits, discounts, MDF, NFR, and incentive/SPIFF programs
  • Working knowledge of two-tier distribution models, reseller and MSSP economics, and partner contracting
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, including advanced Excel and program financial modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) or partner portal platforms
  • Exceptional written communication, with the ability to turn complex policies into simple, publish-ready content
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales without direct authority
  • Comfort operating across time zones and cultures with a global partner base
  • A bias for simplicity, structure, and scalable processes
  • Ability to operate in high-trust, high-confidentiality environments

Competencies:

  • Active Listening and Communication
  • Business Insight and Acumen. Objection Handling, Influencing and Negotiation
  • Planning & Organizing. Customer Focus
  • Sales Process and Pipeline Management
  • Solution Orientated Mindset
  • Teamwork, Collaboration and Cultural Alignment

This position carries a high degree of autonomy and responsibility: you will be the primary owner of the FedRAMP environment and the outcomes it depends on.

You could be the next "Nozomier"! If this sounds like you, read on.

In this role you will:

• Own the patching and vulnerability remediation lifecycle, meeting FedRAMP remediation SLAs (30/90/180 days by severity) and maintaining associated evidence

• Execute and improve the Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program: monthly vulnerability scanning, POA&M creation and tracking, deviation requests, and monthly deliverables to our 3PAO and agency sponsors

• Manage deployments and change control within the boundary, ensuring changes follow the approved Configuration Management process and Significant Change Request procedures where

applicable

• Maintain system hardening against CIS/STIG benchmarks and FIPS-validated cryptography requirements

• Promote and implement automated solutions across application deployment, patching, evidence collection, and operational activities

• Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, from network and OS to applications

• Support annual assessments and audits (3PAO), producing artifacts and demonstrating control implementation

• Drive post-incident analysis according to our no-blame culture, including incident reporting obligations to agency stakeholders and US-CERT/CISA where required

• Participate in periodic on-call duties for the FedRAMP environment

• Operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

----------------------------------------------------

• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency, with all work performed from within the United States, and the ability to pass applicable background investigations (per FedRAMP and agency

requirements)

• Proven professional experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Cloud engineer, including experience operating in a FedRAMP, FISMA, DoD IL, or similarly regulated environment

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in an async-first setup with a team based in a different time zone (Central European Time)

• Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 controls and the FedRAMP continuous monitoring process (scanning, POA&Ms, deviation requests, annual assessments)

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes

• Hands-on experience with AWS, ideally AWS GovCloud (US)

• Experience with vulnerability management tooling (e.g., Tenable/Nessus, Qualys) and interpreting scan results into actionable remediation plans

• Good knowledge and understanding of at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go)

• Experience defining infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

• Experience in the definition of CI/CD pipelines using technologies like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar

• Demonstrable experience using AI-enabled tools as part of day-to-day work to improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making, while applying sound professional judgement and maintaining

accountability for outputs — within the constraints of a regulated environment

Nice to have

• Experience preparing for or maintaining a FedRAMP Authorization to Operate (ATO), including SSP contributions and control narratives

• Familiarity with STIG/CIS hardening automation (e.g., Ansible, OpenSCAP)

• Familiarity with SIEM/log aggregation and audit log retention requirements in federal environments

• Experience working with 3PAOs, agency ISSOs/ISSMs, or the FedRAMP PMO

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS certifications, CISSP, Security+, CKA)

About the role

MapQuest APIs power geocoding, routing, search and maps for companies that move things, find things and locate people at scale. Enterprise customers like Epic, Walgreens, and Hertz come to us to cut their mapping bill and keep the data they pay for. Your job is to prove it works with their data before they sign.

This is not a demo role. You will build the technical selling function for MapQuest APIs from the ground up, supporting two enterprise sellers, and your fingerprints will be on every deal we win.

Please note this role is a remote role, and can work in the following states: Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia.

What you will do:

•    Run technical discovery with engineering leaders: their architecture, their workflows, what they need to see to say yes.

•    Build proofs with real customer addresses, routes and datasets across geocoding, routing, optimization, search, address validation and maps. Not slideware.

•    Win bakeoffs against Google Maps, Mapbox and others, with data rather than assertions.

•    Make switching easy: migration guides, code samples and tools that lower the cost of leaving an incumbent.

•    Own the technical win through customer sign-off and a clean handoff to implementation.

•    Build what gets reused: demos, migration kits and evaluation frameworks that make the next 100 deals easier than the first.

Who you are:

Roughly 30% solutions architect, 30% developer, 25% technical seller, 15% geospatial detective.

•    You build fast. REST APIs, JSON, Postman or curl, Python or JavaScript, messy real-world data. You can turn an API into a working proof in hours.

•    You investigate. When a geocode lands in the wrong place, you dig in rather than explain it away.

•    You have range. Deep with a developer in the morning, clear with a VP in the afternoon.

•    You care whether it closes. You know what has to happen technically for a deal to move, and you make it happen.

•    You default to action. "Send me the data. I'll test it."

Experience with Google Maps Platform, Mapbox, ESRI, HERE, TomTom or similar location platforms a strong plus.

Why this role:

•    First hire in the function, with the mandate and runway to define how it works.

•    Compensation tied directly to API revenue, with upside above plan.

•    A brand nearly everyone knows, inside a B2B business that is still early. Small team, direct access, fast decisions.

•   On-target earnings of $280,000 to $325,000, base plus variable tied to API sales performance, with accelerators above plan

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000 - 243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in U.S. role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

About the role:

MapQuest has been a household name for 30 years. What most people do not know is that we also run an enterprise mapping platform used by companies like Verizon, Walgreens, Hertz, Quest Diagnostics and the USDA for geocoding, routing, address validation, and map tiles at scale. We are building that B2B business into the growth engine of our parent company, System1.

This is a director-level, full-cycle, net-new enterprise sales role (individual contributor). You will own a set of verticals, build your own pipeline, and close deals with CTOs and VPs of Engineering who are paying too much for Google Maps, Mapbox, etc. You will work directly with the VP of Sales and a dedicated Solutions Architect, and you will have the attention of company leadership, because this business is a priority.

•    Own one or more verticals (fleet and telematics, logistics and delivery, healthcare, insurance, telecom, retail, or field-service SaaS) and build net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting.

•    Run the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, technical qualification, commercial structure, procurement, close.

•    Partner with our Solutions Architect on benchmarks and proofs of concept that win the technical evaluation.

•    Sell on economics and terms: meaningful cost savings vs competitors at volume, full-term caching rights, a 10K x 10K route matrix, and flexible enterprise contracts.

•    Bring what you hear from prospects back to product so the roadmap reflects the market.

What we are looking for:

•    10+ years closing enterprise B2B deals with a track record of hunting net-new logos.

•    You have sold location APIs or SDKs (geocoding, navigation, routing, address validation) to engineering leaders and know the Google Maps Platform and Mapbox licensing landscape cold.

•    You bring a network of buyers in logistics, telematics, healthcare, insurance, telecom, retail or adjacent markets.

•    You generate your own pipeline and like it that way.

•    Comfortable with multi-year and pooled-commitment contracts and the procurement process behind them.

•    Bonus: you have beaten Google or another incumbent and can share stories about that.

Why this is a great opportunity:

•    A product with a real, provable edge against the market leaders on price and terms.

•    A business that company leadership has made a priority, with investment to match.

•    A small team: your work is visible and your input shapes the roadmap.

•    A lean, modern sales motion. We lean on AI for research, prospecting, and prep so sellers spend their time with buyers, not in spreadsheets. If you already work that way, good; if you are curious, you will learn fast here.

•    Target OTE of $350K to $400K with uncapped variable, strong accelerators, and a defined ramp.

•    Remote, US. Travel as needed for prospects and events.

What we have to offer:

  • Competitive salary + bonus + equity
  • Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
  • Open sick time
  • 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employees
  • 401k with match
  • Health & Dependent Care Flex Spending Account
  • Paid professional development
  • Leadership & growth opportunities
  • Virtual company and team building events

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 - 200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. About the Open Space Institute

The Open Space Institute is a national leader in land conservation and efforts to make parks and other protected land more welcoming for all. Since 1974, OSI has partnered in the protection of more than 2.5 million at-risk and environmentally sensitive acres in the eastern U.S. OSI’s land protection promotes clean air and water, improves access to recreation, provides wildlife habitat, strengthens communities, and combats the devastating impacts of extreme weather.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager, Business Applications & Solutions is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact within a mission-driven organization at an important point in the evolution of its technology systems. OSI is investing in technology to help our staff work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively across teams and locations, and ultimately better support our conservation mission.

The Analyst will work closely with the Vice President of Technology & Digital Strategy and colleagues across OSI to understand business needs, design practical solutions, and see those solutions through implementation and adoption. The role will have meaningful ownership of projects involving SharePoint and Microsoft 365, workflow automation, business applications, and emerging technologies including AI.

We are looking for a hands-on builder who can move from an idea to a working solution. This is a role for someone who enjoys understanding how an organization works and then making it work better - improving processes, configuring and building solutions, and helping staff use new tools effectively.

The Senior Project Manager will not be expected to do this alone. The role is part of a well-resourced IT function that includes senior technology leadership, dedicated internal IT support, and external technology and cybersecurity partners. This allows the Analyst to focus on business applications and solutions while drawing on additional expertise for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more complex technical needs.

This position offers significant visibility, ownership, and opportunity for impact. The successful candidate will be able to see the results of their work across the organization and help shape the systems and practices that will support OSI’s continued growth and conservation work.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Business Application Administration

·      Support and administer business-critical systems including Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Financial Edge, Raiser's Edge, Power Platform, and other enterprise or departmental applications.

·      Coordinate application support, troubleshooting, configuration, documentation, and issue resolution with stakeholders, vendors, and other technology partners.

·      Maintain knowledge of departmental needs and application pain points, monitor relevant product features and functionality, and recommend improvements to existing systems.

·      Support reporting, data quality, application maintenance, and system optimization activities.

Business Process Discovery

·      Facilitate discovery sessions with staff and stakeholders to gather requirements- regarding operational challenges, workflows, goals, and business requirements.

·      Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation, process redesign, data quality improvement, system consolidation, and AI-enabled solutions.

·      Document current-state and future-state processes and translate business needs into practical solution designs.

Solution Design & Implementation

·      Working under the direction of the VP, Technology and Digital Strategy, lead assigned business application and technology initiatives, including the following:

o  Design, build, test, deploy, and support approved business solutions using organizational platforms.

o  Implement SharePoint sites, SharePoint lists and libraries, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate workflows, Power Apps solutions, business dashboards, reporting tools, and low-code integrations.

o  Develop prototypes and proofs of concept, coordinate user testing, validate outcomes, and support successful adoption.

o  Own low-to-medium complexity implementation work from initial business need through deployment and ongoing support.

o  Lead project meetings for assigned initiatives, coordinate activities across departments and technology partners, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks or decisions requiring leadership attention.

o  Maintain accurate status information for active and planned initiatives in the IT project portfolio and prepare updates for regular portfolio reviews led by the Vice President of Technology & Digital Strategy

Systems Integration & Identity Management

·      Manage application permissions, security groups, and access requests in partnership with IT and business owners.

·      Support Microsoft Entra ID administration and identity-related processes where appropriate.

·      Assist with application integrations and coordinate larger integration efforts with vendors, consultants, or IT partners.

·      Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and support reliable data flows across systems.

Training, Adoption & Relationship Management

·      Serve as a trusted advisor to departments seeking technology solutions.

·      Develop user documentation, job aids, and training materials.

·      Lead training sessions, office hours, and adoption activities for new tools or workflows.

·      Build strong relationships across departments to understand evolving needs and improve the value of existing systems.

Shared Programmatic Commitments

·      Acknowledge and incorporate OSI’s equity priorities into their work and interaction with staff and external stakeholders.

Culture & Equity Responsibilities

All OSI staff are expected to contribute to a workplace culture grounded in respect, fairness, and inclusion. This includes highlighting the importance of group identity and considering how personal bias or favoritism may affect interactions or result in inequitable treatment or communication-sharing throughout the organization. Staff are also expected to cultivate networks and candidate pipelines that include group identities currently underrepresented at OSI, and to draw from those networks when positions are open.

This job description is not intended to represent a complete, comprehensive list of all duties and responsibilities that may be required in this position. There may be unplanned activities and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

·      Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

·      Five plus years of progressively responsible experience supporting business applications, business systems, or technology-enabled business processes.

·      Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint and Teams.

·      Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and translating needs into technology solutions.

·      Experience leading or coordinating the implementation of technology solutions, workflows, automations, or system improvements.

Preferred

·      Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI, Microsoft Entra ID, CRM systems.

·      Experience supporting nonprofit, fundraising, finance, operations, or cross-departmental business processes.

·      Experience with application integrations, data flows, vendor coordination, or low-code/no-code development.

·      Familiarity with AI-enabled business solutions and emerging workplace technologies.

·      Prior experience in IT in non-profit sector.

Skills

·      Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

·      Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and manage multiple priorities.

·      Consultative and service-oriented, with the ability to listen carefully and understand operational needs.

·      Hands-on builder who can move from idea to working solution, not only produce recommendations.

·      Comfortable learning unfamiliar business applications and becoming a go-to resource for staff.

·      Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, maintain accurate status information, and balance support requests with implementation work.

·      Strong judgment about when to use existing tools, when to configure a system, and when to escalate to IT, vendors, or consultants.

Location & Physical Requirements

·      The position is based in OSI’s New York City office with a minimum of 3 days in office expected weekly.

·      Frequently sits for long periods of time.

·      Frequently speaks, reads, writes and uses a computer keyboard.

·      May require occasional standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, stooping, and bending.

Please note: If you do not wholly meet the above qualifications but believe you are otherwise well-suited to meet the needs of this position, we encourage you to apply.

Working Arrangements, Pay and Benefits

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week within regular business hours. All of our offices are open and fully operational five days per week, as we believe that working together in person can facilitate spontaneous interaction, clearer communication, efficient problem-solving, stronger team cohesion, and support for newer employees. Benable is an early-stage mission-driven startup that has raised $18M in funding. We were ranked the #1 startup in Consumer & Commerce by The Information in its annual ranking of the top 50 most promising startups in the world. Over 1 million people from 170+ countries have already joined Benable.

Benable's team culture is about bringing together a small, tight-knit group of exceptionally talented people to create something magical. We are hiring our first full-time sales teammate, and the role is so important that we are considering it part of our founding team.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Benable is a registered Public Benefit Corporation, which means that we are a for-profit company, but also have an obligation to drive positive social impact. Our focus is on strengthening the social fabric by making it easier for people to help one another.

In the era of AI, we are building the future of word of mouth. A platform powered by AI, but rooted in the human experience: the place to find and share things you love. Whatever it is you’re looking for, including products, services, local professionals, or a place to stay, Benable makes it easy to find and share those recommendations.

We were originally founded in the D.C. area, but have a remote culture and get the whole team together a few times per year. Our founder was previously a founding team member of a San Francisco startup that raised $60M in venture capital, grew to 300 employees, and brought in $250M+ in annual revenue.

THE ROLE

This year, we launched Benable’s Brand Portal, a subscription product that helps brands partner with large groups of content creators across social. As our first full-time sales teammate, you’ll work closely with our founder and CEO to grow this new side of Benable.

You’ll own the day-to-day work that keeps the full funnel moving, from initial outreach through customer signup. Our founder will lead demos and be personally involved in every brand relationship, with more involvement as deals get close to signing. You’ll make sure we’re reaching the right people, calls are well prepared, prospects get the answers they need, and every conversation has a clear next step.

You’ll devise and execute strategies to reach the right people at the right brands, testing different messages, channels, and approaches. AI will be central to how you do this work, from researching prospects and preparing for conversations to following up quickly, tracking results, and automating recurring tasks. You’ll build and run the AI and sales systems behind the pipeline, helping create a repeatable sales process that gets more effective as we learn.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Get us in front of the right people. Develop and test ways to reach decision-makers at brands we’ve identified as a good fit. Execute thoughtful outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels, with messages that feel personal and useful.
  • Make demo calls count. Research each brand, understand what they’re looking for, and prepare for useful conversations. Capture questions, decisions, and next steps so every call leads somewhere.
  • Keep opportunities moving. Manage follow-through across the full pipeline, regardless of where an opportunity originated. Respond quickly, help address questions and objections, and stay on top of the details through customer signup.
  • Use AI throughout the funnel. Put models, tools, and agents to work on research, outreach, preparation, follow-up, and reporting. Automate recurring work, check the results, and keep the improvements that help you accomplish more.
  • Build and improve the process. Keep every response, opportunity, and next step organized. Track which messages and channels lead to qualified calls and customers, and use what you learn to improve results.

You’ll report directly to our founder and CEO, with direct feedback and meaningful ownership from day one.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 1–3 years of BDR, sales, or selling-related experience. You’ve built or helped build sales systems, or done work where you had to earn someone’s attention, understand their needs, make a compelling case, and follow through to a sale or decision.
  • You’re ambitious and driven. You want to do big things with your life. You seek out responsibility, set a high standard for your work, and care about the results you deliver.
  • You’re persuasive and a great communicator. You write messages people respond to and make a strong case in conversation. You listen closely, ask good questions, and understand what someone needs to feel comfortable saying yes.
  • You’re quick to learn and analytical. You get your head around new ideas quickly and use evidence to decide what to do next. You want to understand why one message gets replies, why one call becomes a customer, and what those results tell you to try.
  • You already use AI extensively. You try new models and tools, use agents and automation, and keep finding practical ways to get more done. You know when AI helps, check its work, and apply your own judgment.
  • You’re exceptionally reliable and organized. You do what you say you’ll do, keep track of the details, and follow through without reminders. You build systems that prevent things from slipping and keep work moving toward winning customers.
  • People love working with you. You’re thoughtful, collaborative, and low ego. You welcome feedback, share credit, and help the people around you succeed. You’re someone others trust and enjoy having on their team.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING

We offer competitive compensation with a strong base salary and uncapped earning potential, plus a generous equity package, full health benefits, and a flexible remote work culture with a few full-team meetups each year.

We’re incredibly proud of the small, tight-knit team we’re building. We work hard, enjoy each other’s company, and bring a low-ego, do-whatever-it-takes attitude to the work. We want you to love your job and the people you work with, while helping build what we believe can become one of the world’s most important communities.

What is Spade?

Financial institutions process billions of transactions every day across cards, ACH, wires, and third party aggregators. But most of that data is difficult to use. Descriptions are inconsistent, merchant names don’t match, and categories vary by payment type.

  • Comfortable defining process and roadmap from scratch. You won't inherit a backlog; you'll build one
  • Exceptional communicator: you can make complex ideas feel simple for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Based in NYC with the ability to work from our Flatiron office at least 2 days/week

Nice to Have:
