 We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer (fixed term) to join the Menu Management domain in our Vendor Growth Vertical  on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact.

This is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave period, and we’re seeking someone with the experience, maturity, and confidence to dive into complex problem spaces, lead design conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.

You’ll be working at the intersection of technical complexity, high business impact, and fast-paced global environments. Your mission will be to improve how restaurants manage and elevate their menu offerings across our global platform—through intuitive self-service flows and improved quality standards.

This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and design leadership, aligned with our UX framework focusing on Excellence & Rigor and Influence & Impact.

  • Develop deep domain knowledge in Menu Management and become a key design contributor across the Menu Self Service and Menu Quality squads.
  • Partner with PMs, Engineers, Analysts, and Commercial teams to define and solve meaningful product problems with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and facilitate ideation workshops and cross-functional design reviews to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Apply advanced skills in interaction design, visual design, and experience design to deliver elegant solutions for complex product flows.
  • Use data (quant + qual) to validate hypotheses and refine the user experience iteratively.
  • Work hands-on across all stages of the design process—from research, synthesis, low/high fidelity design to design QA.
  • Act as a design system advocate while contributing to system evolution.

Qualifications

--------------

  • 5–8+ years of experience in UX & UI design, ideally in product-driven tech organizations.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, problem-solving, and ability to create usable, scalable, and elegant design solutions.
  • Fluency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools as well as deep knowledge of interaction patterns andUX principles,
  • Excellent written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills—you can clearly explain your ideas and decisions, even under pressure.
  • Comfortable with facilitation, workshop design, and co-creation.
  • Familiarity with user journey mapping, information architecture, system thinking, and inclusive design principles.

We are on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer (Machine Learning) to join the Quick Commerce Data Science team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As part of the Integrated Partners Science team, you’ll be part of the ideation, design, prototyping and deployment of Data Products that help solve and scale solutions for our local business partners. A couple examples are: recommendations system for item replacement and a Data Product to help reduce items being out of stock when a picker is fulfilling the orders.

As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary value lies in tackling problems at scale by building and maintaining the high-performance serving layer for our ML models. A core part of this is integrating multiple microservices in real-time to fetch external data, apply business rules, and enforce operational constraints to enrich model predictions and shape the final decision. This critical layer directly impacts the algorithm's logic, leading to best-in-class efficiency and service across the Delivery Hero network.

  • Scale and Perform: Architect and build solutions at scale, optimizing for low-latency performance and high efficiency in production.
  • System Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of the backend serving layer, from design through deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate and Optimize: Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Data Engineers to understand needs and build solutions that optimize their workflows and transition models to production.
  • Innovate and Suggest: Proactively suggest how the team can leverage new technologies and architectures to support new use cases.

  • Expert Proficiency in Go & Python: 4+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on building high-performance, concurrent backend services in Go and integrating with data/ML libraries in Python.
  • System Design: Proven experience designing and implementing new, scalable applications from scratch (e.g., gRPC services, GraphQL).
  • Streaming technologies: Experience with high-throughput data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).
  • Technical Evaluation: Experience in technical explorations to evaluate technologies, conducting comprehensive pros and cons analyses, and proposing solutions for complex system design challenges.
  • DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
  • Containerization: Expertise with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice-to-Haves (Advanced Expertise)

What You'll Do

  • Receive, review, and accurately enter a high volume of supplier invoices (PO and non-PO) into Concur for multiple global regions.

We are in search of a hardworking, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our upbeat team in Field Operations. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
  • Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
  • Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
  • Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
  • Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.
  • Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Have a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Able to acquire a gaming license as required (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location). Upon hire, Aristocrat will assist with application, payment, and renewal.
  • Willing to do daily travel in the assigned territory. Regional and national travel may be up to 30%.
  • Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.

  • Lead Delivery Hero’s global procurement strategy, with a focus on indirect procurement.

We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Product Manager - (Logistics, Optimization) to join our Logistics team to help us create a fast, reliable and transparent delivery experience. You will be building and evolving the core infrastructure that powers our global routing algorithm — delivering reliable, high-scale backend services to ensure millions of orders and riders get the most efficient routes every day. The Optimization tribe as a whole owns the central piece of the Logistics architecture with a set of services responsible for finding the best rider for every order. We enable this by solving the Vehicle Routing Problem at scale as well as building tools for operations managers and of course in close collaboration with the rider app itself which drives the whole experience and provides transparency at all times.

  • Own and define the long-term vision and strategy for several Tier 1 services at the core of the Optimization architecture. Expanding the horizon from “now and next” to a clear multi-quarter direction that is aligned with the company targets.
  • Create and foster a domain-wide culture of clarity and alignment: ensure requirements are consistently gathered, and all stakeholders (tech, business, and regional) deeply understand the “why” behind your roadmap. Align upstream/downstream teams on shared goals, ensure follow-through of interconnected initiatives.
  • Craft high-quality product specifications for complex, interconnected systems, and guide cross-functional teams to pragmatic, scalable solutions that fit into the broader Logistics platform.
  • Use data as a strategic asset: influence KPI and target setting, guide squads to make data-driven decisions, and proactively identify opportunities to embed ML/DS enhancements into our routing workflows.
