We operate around a 9-5 EST business schedule. As a remote firm, there is a lot of flexibility and work-life balance around how we work. Communication is key in all areas of the company to help us stay a united and strong team. We help each other early and often, and leave our egos at the door. Our focus is on client deliverables, but we also contribute to open source, believe in professional growth, and have fun collaborating on internal projects.
