Responsibilities:

- Experience assessing and implementing multiple HRIS and HR technologies for a 300-1000 employee organization
- Proven track record of driving process automation and efficiency in a scaling organization.
- Deep analytical mindset with experience leveraging people data for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR compliance, visa, data privacy, and reporting requirements
- Experience working in a multi-country, cross cultural ecosystem, US, Canada, UK and Germany experience preferred
This role may be performed anywhere in the US. Travel is required for strategic team offsites and initiatives but is not a regularly recurring component of the role
The base pay range for this position is $190,000-$225,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
