The Commercial Counsel will provide guidance on a variety of commercial legal issues, including by drafting and negotiating  Order Forms, Master Service Agreements and Data Privacy Agreements, and responding to compliance related requests  from internal parties, clients and other external parties. The Commercial Counsel is a high-impact role in which you will become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while utilizing a diverse skillset in contract negotiation, critical thinking and problem-solving. This role is ideally suited for an individual who is eager to learn, has an ownership mentality, and thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently review, draft and negotiate customer SaaS agreements, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs and NDAs, while identifying and managing risk for the company.
  • Maintain and improve existing sales contracting processes and work on other legal and compliance projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Information Security, Product, and other teams to negotiate contracts, work on cross-functional projects, and  ensure compliance with Movable’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Keep up to date with developments in relevant practice areas, including  data privacy, commercial law, and other applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A JD from an accredited law school with admission to a state bar
  • 3+ years of legal experience, with focus on drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and other technology related contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contract terms (e.g., intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitations of liability) and the ability to translate that understanding into redlines and articulate in negotiations.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA; experience in negotiating Data Privacy Agreements is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiating, legal drafting, and communication skills.

The Senior Analyst, Identity Governance & Administration will be a part of the team responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the firm-wide privacy, security and compliance strategy to protect Movable Ink’s platform. You'll work closely with leaders from around the organization to support a strong security posture aimed at protecting especially our customers' data. This includes ensuring that information security controls are operating effectively and incrementally improved.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of effective controls in collaboration with IT, product, security teams, and system owners

We are seeking a Director of HR Operations, Technology & Analytics to lead the strategic evolution of our HR systems, processes, and data analytics. This leader will oversee the optimization of our HR tech stack, demonstrate an expert understanding of business processes and data integrity while enabling best-in-class employee experiences. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in HRIS implementations, integrations and management, workforce analytics, compliance, and process automation. Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Design and implement scalable, efficient HR processes that enhance employee and manager self-service
  • Establish governance and operational excellence across HR functions, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and other business leaders to streamline workflows and optimize processes
  • Oversee our global immigration and visa processes

HR Technology:

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of HR Tech stack including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, Performance Management LMS
  • Drive automation efforts to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and the overall employee experience.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for key HR technology platforms.

HR Analytics:

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, and workforce analytics, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience collaborating with senior level stakeholders in Operations, Procurement, IT, Business Process or internal technology teams
  • Experience assessing and implementing multiple HRIS and HR technologies for a 300-1000 employee organization
  • Proven track record of driving process automation and efficiency in a scaling organization.
  • Deep analytical mindset with experience leveraging people data for strategic decision-making.

The Sr. Mobile Activation Manager will be charged with making a quantifiable impact on achieving our overall annual mobile bookings target in addition to helping us achieve our mobile client retention target). This role will be responsible for monitoring our entire mobile book of business and providing regular updates to leadership along with supporting various GTM and EPD functions to ensure we meet our quarterly and annual targets. We are seeking a Director of HR Operations, Technology & Analytics to lead the strategic evolution of our HR systems, processes, and data analytics. This leader will oversee the optimization of our HR tech stack, demonstrate an expert understanding of business processes and data integrity while enabling best-in-class employee experiences. Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

The Senior Analyst, Identity Governance & Administration will be a part of the team responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the firm-wide privacy, security and compliance strategy to protect Movable Ink’s platform. This role may be performed anywhere in the US. Travel is required for strategic team offsites and initiatives but is not a regularly recurring component of the role

The base pay range for this position is $190,000-$225,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
