Job brief

We are seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to design and develop engaging, scalable, and secure digital experiences for external users including customers, partners, and field agents. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) and experience integrating portals with core CRM, support, and self-service capabilitiesideally in telecom or similar industries.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Experience Cloud sites and portals using Lightning Components, Apex, and declarative configuration
  • Implement role-based access, user authentication (including SSO), and secure sharing models for external users
  • Customize templates, branding, and navigation to align with user personas and customer journeys
  • Build and integrate self-service capabilities such as case management, knowledge base, chat, and order tracking
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver responsive, user-friendly portal experiences
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with Salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ, or external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1-2 years working with Experience Cloud
  • Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Experience building secure, scalable external user portals for customers or partners
  • Familiarity with telecom or subscription-based customer journeys is highly desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce CMS, content delivery, and multi-language/multi-brand portals is a plus
  • Understanding of identity management and authentication protocols (SSO, OAuth, SAML)

The Sr. Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing position will be responsible for global-based sourcing efforts around the established portfolio and New Product Introduction (NPI).  This role will utilize your skills working on cutting-edge Mechanicals and Electronics from a category perspective. You will utilize GSS NPI policies, procedures, and tools to maintain cost, and schedule initiatives related to each project and portfolio spend.  You will work closely with the Engineering and Sourcing teams to achieve objectives related to cost, operations, quality, supply chain resiliency, and compliance with ethical sourcing practices. You will also work closely with program teams to report status, risks, and deliverables to the larger group.

The GSS team is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager with a comprehensive background in Mechanical and Electronic Components. The right candidate will be one who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge and has a strong desire for process adherence and improvement.  If you are a hands-on, experienced manager who is comfortable in a fast-paced and global environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience within Engineering, NPI, or Sourcing related to hardware, preferably in mechanical and electronic fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain functions. Experience in strategic sourcing, product commodity management, manufacturing supply chain, and logistics.
  • Skilled in data analysis and data management to solve problems effectively.
  • Four-year degree in engineering or business-related discipline. MBA (or similar) is a plus.
  • Supplier development and supplier quality experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, define problems, and identify solutions to resolve them quickly in a global business setting

About The Role

We’re looking for exceptional product designers to advance our mission of fully automating the pain of security reviews. Proactivity and creativity is a must in order to create 10x user experiences that don’t just incrementally improve the lives of our users, but transform them, helped along by what is now possible because of emerging technology in AI.

Approachable, fast, simple design is critical for us since experiencing the product is a key part of our sales process, and many customers have come from referrals or after interacting with Conveyor as someone reviewing a vendor. Correspondingly, designers have a lot of influence here.

You’ll be an early member of the design team (currently 2, growing to 4), reporting to our Head of Design and working in tight-knit collaboration with a top-notch product team. You’ll be tackling tough challenges like “How can we shift work off of our users’ plates onto AI without them feeling like they’re losing control?” or “How can we enable different stakeholders in this process while respecting their competing priorities?”, among others. You’ll own the entire design process for your projects, from brainstorming and ideation, to research and validation, to supporting engineering during delivery. As a fast-paced, early-stage startup, no two days are the same so an excitement for figuring out new challenges, excellent problem-solving skills, and adaptability are a must.

Compensation And Benefits

Since we believe that having high performing teammates is crucial to our success, we benchmark our compensation at the 75th percentile (Bay Area, for everyone) compared to other startups of our size using data from Pave and Option Impact. We also do regular compensation reviews to ensure that you never have to ask in order to be making market compensation.

The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $195,000 plus equity.

About The Role

The Senior Product Designer leads the end-to-end design process—from conducting user research and creating mockups and prototypes, to validating solutions with customers and using data to inform decisions. About The Team

The Product Design team is key in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and designs for developers to execute on. The Senior Product Designer role is instrumental in guiding product solutions and advocating for a design-driven culture.

What will you be doing?

Primary Objectives:

  • Design features and improvements to Auctane products, with a focus on ShipStation.
  • Identify and incorporate opportunities for automation and workflow optimization into product design, increasing user efficiency and system scalability.
  • Generate design documentation that supports the maintenance of the product and serves as a guide to understanding it.
  • Evangelize design and design-thinking across the company, to build a culture of problem-solving and raise the bar of product excellence.

Pay Range

$59,500 - $110,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
