Summary

Owlet is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our camera product. Our camera is integral to the Owlet experience, with caregivers relying on it daily to monitor their babies’ health and sleep.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, with the ability to set a long-term vision while collaborating closely to deliver delightful and impactful user experiences. You are data-driven, customer-obsessed, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional consumer hardware and IoT products.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration — for Owlet’s camera product line
  • Define product requirements and user stories in collaboration with engineering, design and data science
  • Deeply understand and advocate for our customers through direct engagement, insights, and user research
  • Prioritize features, technical improvements, and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and resources
  • Define and track key performance metrics tied to business outcomes, reporting regularly on product health and progress
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on scope, ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, and bring high-quality products to market
  • Lead experimentation and continuous optimization of the user experience

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management, with a focus on consumer hardware and IoT products
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a multi-year product vision and strategy

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity across multiple initiatives and stakeholders

Associate UX Designer

The Anywhere UX team is rapidly growing and evolving, establishing itself as a thought leader in the company. We are seeking an Associate UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the future of real estate technology. In this role, you will support the design team in crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences for our web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities

User Research Support:

  • Assist the UX research team in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behaviors and pain points.

Wireframing And Prototyping

  • Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from senior designers, usability testing, and stakeholder input.

UI Design

  • Work within an existing design system to create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces.
  • Assist in refining and applying UI patterns, typography, and color schemes in alignment with brand and accessibility standards.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, to ensure design feasibility and implementation alignment.
  • Clearly present design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

Usability Testing & Iteration

  • Participate in usability testing sessions to observe user interactions and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with researchers and designers to refine designs based on usability findings.

Documentation & Design Systems

  • Assist in maintaining design documentation, user flows, and style guides.
  • Contribute to the design system by identifying new patterns and ensuring consistency across products.

Continuous Learning & Growth

  • Stay informed on UX best practices, emerging trends, and design tools.
  • Actively seek feedback and mentorship from senior designers to improve design skills and professional development.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant coursework in UX design, product design, or a related field. A strong personal or academic portfolio is highly valued.

Technical Skills

  • Basic proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Understanding of fundamental UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI patterns.

Collaboration & Communication Skills

  • Strong ability to work with teams, present ideas clearly, and engage in constructive feedback loops.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt and apply feedback to improve designs and workflows.

Bonus (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Exposure to HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.

Role overview

The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the operational execution and success of OEM advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the sales team (client partner and account manager) during the pre and post sales process to create compelling marketing programs that support client business objectives. CarGurus has identified a strong market fit for a new product that will launch in 2025. This product, the CarGurus Pricing Tool, will be utilized and sold into a different part of the dealership and to a different buying persona than our other core products. Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the execution of our B2B event strategy that drives demand and brand perception.This person will manage logistics for a variety of events, tradeshows, dinners, swag distribution, and thought leadership opportunities. We’re looking for a Director of Carrier Relations to take Spark to the next level by driving strategy and execution across national and local Medicare carriers.

Working closely with the EVP of Growth, you will own revenue generation across our existing Medicare carrier partners. You will be responsible for ongoing financial negotiations with each Medicare carrier to ensure Spark is maximizing revenue for our own business along with all of our distribution partners.
