What We're Looking For

​

• Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written.

​

• Good knowledge of Spanish, spoken and written.
• Additional languages can be an advantage

​

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps.

​

• Preferable to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

​

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

​

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

​

• Basic knowledge of browser developer tools.

​

• 1 year experience in technical support is a plus.

​

• Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure.

​

• Knowledge of JIRA is a plus (or other ticketing system).

​

• Basic knowledge of sports betting and casino is a plus.
