What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 15+ years of multifaceted finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a VP-level or equivalent role within a global manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Demonstrated success as a strategic business partner and financial leader in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced organizations
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, supply chain finance, operational performance measurements, and FP&A

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about software testing, working on diverse platforms like desktop, web, mobile etc. and delivering high quality software products. You will be part of the Customer Experience Solutions team, responsible for testing and certifying Casino Management Software Solutions, touching every possible aspect of Aristocrat user functionality and internal infrastructure.

As a tester, you will play a key role in delivery of a best-in-class Casino Management System and Bonusing Software through testing the software against functional and compliance requirements. • Write and execute test cases ensuring complete coverage of the functionality under test.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on security generalist to build Metronome's security program as we scale. Security is critical to Metronome, and we've architected our products with security in mind from the get-go—zero trust architecture, principle of least privilege, first-class in-product RBAC and access controls, and strong SOC 1 & SOC 2 compliance. As we grow, we need a dedicated security leader who can build our security team and program, own the program management side of security, and tackle the customer assurance work that needs focused ownership.

In this role, you'll be the face of security at Metronome, owning our entire security function with a focus on customer trust building, risk reduction, and engineering enablement. You'll get your hands dirty with everything from SOC audits to security questionnaires to vulnerability management, building the security organization from the ground up. Initially, you'll be a hands-on contributor getting the program off the ground. As we grow, you'll hire and lead the function.

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $196,800 - $246,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

We’re an early-stage, venture-backed startup building a product experimentation platform for engineers and data scientists. • Scaling Event Ingestion. We ingest analytics events from customers (e.g. button clicks, purchases) and make them available for querying with SQL. We need to scale to millions of events per second while keeping latency low (<30s).
• Warehouse Native Product Analytics. We are building an analytics suite (a la Mixpanel or Amplitude) on top of a company’s existing SQL data warehouse. This will require extensive front-end work, data engineering, and performance tuning.

Supporting this at scale will require building robust automated test suites and provisioning complex cloud infrastructure on demand.
• Streaming Features Service. When someone toggles a feature flag in GrowthBook, we want it to propagate to all of their clients around the world within seconds. And we need to do this reliably (99.999% uptime) and at scale (billions of requests per day).

About The Role

This position is part of the Service Delivery team responsible for local and onsite user support, training, and project delivery. The successful individual will provide advanced technical assistance and consultation on various IT platforms, acting as an escalation resource for prompt troubleshooting and solutions in line with Global IT Operations procedures.

We are looking to appoint an inspirational & innovative leader as Production Manager at our Australian Integration Centre. Working collaboratively across the Aristocrat organisation, you will drive manufacturing and repairs excellence and contribute to the global success of the organisation.

As the Production Manager, you will lead and manage the Production, Conversions, Sub-Assemblies and Repair Centre operations at the Australian Integration Centre, delivering up to 14,000 gaming machines, 40,000 game kits and 24,000 repaired parts per year for a wide range of global jurisdictions.

• Lead and manage the Production, Conversions, Sub-Assemblies and Repair Centre operations at the Australian Integration Centre with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing, quality, productivity, inventory control and continuous improvement.
• Successfully manage the new product introduction of multiple cabinets and parts across all relevant manufacturing areas, with a focus on time, quality and cost outcomes.
• Manage labour and R&M budgets, ensuring efficient and controlled spending to achieve outcomes whilst also ensuring future success and the continued evolution of Manufacturing and Repairs operations.
• Continue to establish and develop a positive workplace culture, with a focus on embedding values of trust, teamwork and accountability.
• Create and establish strong relationships across departments both internally and externally, leveraging skills and synergies to further enhance the capabilities of both individuals and teams.
• Execute Production KPIs to drive departmental performance and ensure achievement of both departmental and business-wide safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Manage staff performance through means of regular audits and performance reviews to provide ongoing feedback to ensure consistent performance against site safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Ensure continuous improvement and optimisation of business systems, manufacturing processes, electronic repair centre processes and procedures.
• Follow and adhere to all safety, compliance, and quality procedures and reporting requirements to ensure required standards of operation are met.
