We are looking for an insightful and innovative Head of Game design to join our Innovation Lab leadership team, helping to shape the future of mobile gaming. This role requires a strategic thinker with a growth-hacker mindset who can understand, anticipate, and act on market trends to develop high-potential game concepts. Reporting to the Head of Innovation Lab, you will be providing creative and practical guidance to solve user problems, optimize performance, and build commercially successful games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation Through Market Insight: Monitor, analyze, and anticipate trends in the mobile gaming industry to drive internal innovation and identify game concepts with high growth potential.
  • Data-Driven Concept Development: Partner with Product Owners and game designers to find user-centric solutions that are informed by data. Act as a resource in interpreting player feedback, analytics, and UA performance metrics to refine and improve gameplay and design.
  • Growth-Hacker Mindset: Leverage a growth-hacker’s approach to user acquisition, recognizing and acting on opportunities to drive game growth through innovative concepts, agile strategies, and data-based decision-making.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead and support a team of four Product Owners, inspiring them to push creative boundaries while maintaining practical, data-driven design.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of Innovation Lab and other leaders to shape the department’s direction, aligning game innovation with company goals and market demands.
  • Hands-On Problem Solving: Provide direct, hands-on support in making critical product decisions and pivoting when necessary to meet performance targets and user satisfaction.
  • Industry Awareness and Trend Spotting: Stay at the forefront of gaming trends, best practices in game design, and emerging user acquisition techniques to ensure our projects are cutting-edge and responsive to player needs.
  • Project Quality and Oversight: Ensure games meet high standards in design, usability, and engagement by overseeing timelines, milestones, and quality control.
  • Enterprise Mindset: Act as the ambassador and key liaison between the Innovation Lab and the broader Aristocrat business. Foster collaboration by engaging with the Consumer Insights team, other game and R&D  teams to identify synergies and drive cross-functional cooperation.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in mobile game development in creative or R&D roles. (5+ years as Game Designer)
  • Top-Grossing Track Record: Proven success in developing and launching commercially successful mobile games.
  • Growth-Hacker Mentality: Strong understanding of user acquisition principles, with an experimental approach to driving user growth and engagement.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills to articulate ideas, inspire teams, and advocate for innovative design solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with advanced analytics tools, UA dashboards, complex in-game economy systems, and mathematical modeling

Como ingeniero de Automatización de Software senior en el equipo de Automatización e IA, serás responsable de ofrecer soluciones integrales que se integren sin problemas con nuestras plataformas de juego basadas en Unity y sistemas back-end. Tu trabajo influirá directamente en nuestras operaciones de juego en vivo, las experiencias de los jugadores y la velocidad y calidad de nuestros ciclos de producción. Colaborarás con diseñadores, científicos de datos, equipos de QA y otros desarrolladores para conceptualizar, construir e implementar herramientas y flujos de trabajo de vanguardia que aprovechen las últimas tendencias en IA.  

  

Lo que harás 

Desarrollo integral

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener tanto los servicios de front-end (Unity) como los de back-end (API, microservicios, bases de datos) para dar soporte a las herramientas impulsadas por la IA y los flujos de trabajo de automatización.
  • Implementar funciones seguras, escalables y de alto rendimiento que se integren en la infraestructura y las bases de código de juegos existentes.

Herramientas e integración de Unity

  • Crear y mantener herramientas personalizadas del editor de Unity para automatizar tareas repetitivas (por ejemplo, workflows de creación de contenido, procesos de compilación, comprobaciones de rendimiento).
  • Aprovechar las API de programación de Unity para integrar servicios de IA y automatizar pasos manuales en los procesos de desarrollo y liveops.

Back-end e infraestructura

  • Desarrollar y optimizar aplicaciones y microservicios del lado del servidor que potencien las características de la IA, el procesamiento de datos y los análisis en tiempo real.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de DevOps en las canalizaciones de CI/CD para automatizar las pruebas, el despliegue y la supervisión de soluciones impulsadas por IA.

IA y automatización

  • Trabajar estrechamente con científicos de datos y especialistas en IA para integrar modelos de aprendizaje automático, agentes autónomos y otras técnicas avanzadas de IA en los sistemas de Unity y back-end.
  • Evaluar las herramientas y los marcos de IA emergentes para determinar la viabilidad, los puntos de integración y el retorno de la inversión del negocio.

Control de calidad y pruebas

  • Implementar estrategias de pruebas automatizadas (unitarias, de integración, funcionales y de regresión) para garantizar la fiabilidad y el mantenimiento de los sistemas nuevos y existentes.
  • Utilizar enfoques de QA impulsados por la IA u orientados a objetivos para mejorar la cobertura y reducir los gastos generales del testing manual.

Colaboración e intercambio de conocimientos

  • Asociarte con desarrolladores de juegos, arquitectos y gerentes de productos para identificar los desafíos y las oportunidades de la automatización y la aplicación de IA.
  • Documentar diseños, workflows y buenas prácticas para fomentar su adopción a nivel interno.

Mejora continua

  • Identificar de manera proactiva áreas para la optimización, nuevas herramientas o mejoras en los procesos.
  • Mantenerte al día con las últimas tendencias de IA, juegos y automatización para proponer e implementar soluciones innovadoras.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en el desarrollo integral, preferentemente en el ámbito de videojuegos.
  • Más de 1 año de experiencia profesional en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de IA y automatización en prácticas relevantes, es decir: G-RAG.
  • Dominio de Unity (C#) con experiencia comprobada en la creación de herramientas para el editor, módulos de juego o funcionalidades de operaciones en vivo.
  • Sólida experiencia en desarrollo back-end con un lenguaje moderno (por ejemplo, Java, C#, Python o Node.js) y marcos como ASP.NET, Django o Express.
  • Experiencia con bases de datos (SQL y/o NoSQL) y en el diseño de API RESTful o arquitecturas de microservicios, preferentemente con bases de datos gráficas como Neo4J.
  • Familiaridad con prácticas y herramientas de DevOps y CI/CD (Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Sólido entendimiento de las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de software (patrones de diseño, revisiones de código, testing y control de versiones).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, con capacidad para colaborar de forma transversal en un entorno ágil.

Lo que se recomienda tener

  • Experiencia con marcos de IA/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, APIs OpenAI) o integración de servicios de IA de terceros.
  • Experiencia en plataformas en la nube (AWS, Azure o GCP), computación sin servidor, orquestación de contenedores (Kubernetes) e infraestructura como código.
  • Familiaridad con análisis de juegos, sistemas multijugador en tiempo real u otras tecnologías relacionadas con operaciones en vivo.
  • Pasión por los videojuegos y un fuerte interés en el futuro del desarrollo de juegos impulsado por IA.

The Games Design Manager plays a critical role in integrating land-based and social-first games into our iGaming portfolio. This position requires a seasoned professional capable of guiding the creative vision, overseeing the development and validation of mathematical models, and managing the end-to-end production process. The Games Design Manager will lead a team of game designers and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality game delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in slot game design, demonstrate the ability to derive insights from data to inform design decisions, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. A deep passion for slot games and a solid understanding of both online and land-based gaming markets are essential.

 

  • Lead and mentor a team of game designers, setting clear, measurable goals to foster high performance.
  • Support project planning and prioritization to ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
  • Oversee the adaptation of land-based and social-first math models and game themes for the iGaming channel.
  • Collaborate with designers to perform and validate mathematical calculations for games.
  • Prepare and review regulatory documentation related to game features and math models.
  • Develop and verify game math and submission materials, including simulations or calculation tools (C++/C# preferred).
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and house style guidelines.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on data and industry insights.

About the team 

Solutions Engineering team members provide technical and strategic guidance to Nayya’s partners on platform interoperability. About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Metronome’s core products, focused on a specific segment or persona. You’ll partner closely with product, GTM, and the broader marketing team to define positioning, craft compelling messaging, and drive launches that increase awareness and adoption. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on deeply understanding the customer and product—and turning that insight into clear, actionable storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Own positioning and messaging for Metronome’s core products for a specific segment or persona—craft narratives that resonate with target buyers and clearly differentiate us from competitors.
  • Equip the sales team with repeatable sales playbooks, objection handling guides, and enablement materials to drive revenue impact.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature rollouts—partnering with product, sales, and customer success to ensure launches land effectively.
  • Build high-impact content across the funnel—sales decks, website copy, one-pagers, customer stories, blog posts, and more.
  • Lead customer and market research to inform strategy, uncover buyer pain points, and validate messaging.
  • Be the voice of the customer—bring market insights into product planning, pricing, packaging, and roadmap conversations.

  • Action-oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to execution, even with limited resources.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for translating technical details into customer value.
  • Experience creating content and moderating demos and webinars

Compensation

------------

The estimated base salary range for this role is $168,000 - $210,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

We also conduct an annual pay audit to ensure pay is fair, indexed to market value, and that pay takes into account continued performance at Metronome. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years’ experience administrating Finance Systems
  • Proven development knowledge of working with IBM Planning Analytics utilizing Turbo Integrator processes and best practices in developing models
  • Good understanding of IBM Planning Analytics architecture, writing business rules using skip checks and feeders
  • Technical experience writing SQL queries and ETL/scheduling tools
  • Development of Planning Analytics workspace reports and dashboards

  • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using Grafana Cloud.
  • Analyze and respond to system performance metrics, ensuring optimal resource utilization and application stability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement preventative measures.

Security & Compliance

  • Enforce access control policies using Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Regular patch management across cloud resources should be applied to align with the NISA security framework.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards.

On-Call Support (1 Week per Month)

  • Participate in a 7-day on-call rotation once a month, responding to critical cloud infrastructure incidents.
  • Document and escalate major incidents as needed, ensuring minimal downtime for revenue-critical applications.
  • Perform after-hours troubleshooting and apply emergency fixes during production outages.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Partner with mobile game developers to understand infrastructure needs and provide tailored DevOps solutions.
  • Follow the Kanban framework to manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring clear workflows and delivery timelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.

What We're Looking For

  • Expertise in Terrafom, Go-Lang, Java, or experience in another programming language
  • Experience and knowledge of CI/CD design and practice
  • Public Cloud, preferably GCP but AWS and Azure are good too!
  • Experience with Cloud Architecture Design principles and Cloud Architect certification
  • Experience creating infra-as code solutions using tools such as Terraform, Azure ARM templates , Cloudformation - a must
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, CircleCI, etc - a must
  • Hands-on implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in complex environments.
  • Proven experience working in a production environment - a must
  • Solid experience implementing production-grade Kubernetes Clusters with containerized environments and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience working with Configuration Management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible is an advantage)
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies mainly focusing on networking for clouds
  • Experience with Service Mesh solutions such as Anthos, Istio, Consul–Advantage
  • Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, etc. - Advantage
