Head of Operations & Automation

Application Period: June 12 - July 10, 2026

Location: Remote; North American time zones preferred

Company: Lime Technology, Inc., creators of Unraid OS. Headquartered in San Diego, CA.

Reports to: CEO

Works closely with: Director of Product, VP of Quality & Support, Director of Marketing, and cross-functional department leads

Role type: Hands-on, cross-functional builder role

Office Hours: 9AM - 5PM local time UTC -5 to UTC -8.

Salary: The pay range for this role is $130k - $180k per year (United States), in addition to a generous benefits package. Compensation is determined using our internal career growth tracker, with salaries aligned to experience level, our industry and company size, and your location.

The Role

Lime Technology is looking for a hands-on Head of Operations & Automation to help us strengthen the systems, workflows, and automations that support our next stage of growth.

Lime Technology is the company behind Unraid OS, a powerful and flexible operating system used by a deeply engaged global community since 2005. As our product, partnerships, infrastructure, and internal operations continue to evolve, we are looking for someone who can help design the operational systems that keep work moving clearly across teams.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, product and engineering coordination, AI-enabled automation, and cross-functional communication. You’ll help us build practical systems that create clarity, predictable deterministic outcomes, reduce manual coordination, and allow department leaders to stay focused on their highest-value work.

This is a builder role for someone who leads with understanding. Before designing anything, you need to see the full picture: how our team works together, the history behind our current systems, the relationships between departments, and the small details that only surface when you take the time to listen. From the big picture down to the nuances. We're a tight, long-tenured, high-performing team, and we're not looking for someone who shows up with a playbook and expects the team to conform. We need someone who respects what's been built while designing what comes next.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will look like:

  • Cross-functional projects have clear visibility on: owners, next steps, blockers, and status
  • Releases are coordinated smoothly across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Documentation
  • Department heads spend less time chasing updates and more time leading their areas of expertise
  • Product and engineering operations are easier to understand and maintain
  • AI agents and automations reduce manual coordination work
  • Internal documentation stays useful, current, and actionable
  • New hires and contractors ramp more efficiently, with less institutional knowledge transfer required due to strategically designed operational systems
  • The team has fewer “where does this stand?” moments because the systems already provide that visibility

What You’ll Do

Cross-Functional Operations

You will help design and improve the operating rhythms that connect Product, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Support, Partnerships, and IT/DevOps. This includes:

  • Designing clear intake processes for requests, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Creating repeatable handoff systems between departments
  • Improving release readiness and launch coordination
  • Helping define ownership, next steps, blockers, and communication pathways for active projects
  • Supporting retrospectives and follow-through after major releases, projects, or operational changes
  • Creating documentation that helps a remote team operate with less reliance on verbal handoff

Product & Engineering Operations

Your early focus will be heavily weighted toward Product and Engineering operations. In the first 90 days, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Product to strengthen how product and engineering work is tracked, connected, and communicated across the company. This includes:

  • Improving the way our internal communication and work systems connect
  • Creating clearer visibility into project status, blockers, and release readiness
  • Supporting product and engineering operating cadences
  • Helping ensure Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Documentation have the information they need before launches
  • Building systems that allow technical work to translate into clear cross-functional updates

The goal is not simply to add more processes. The goal is to create lightweight, useful systems that make work easier to understand, easier to move forward, and easier to communicate.

AI Automation & Internal Tools

A key part of this role is identifying and implementing AI agents and automations that reduce manual coordination work. This includes:

  • Evaluating and implementing AI tools that can automate routine tasks
  • Designing systems that integrate AI into our existing workflows
  • Ensuring that AI implementations are reliable, well-governed, and easy to use

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, project management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of product and engineering workflows
  • Experience with AI tools and automation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and implement systems that improve cross-functional operations

How to Apply

To apply for this position, please visit our careers page and submit your application by July 10, 2026.

We look forward to hearing from you!

About Startpage:

Startpage is System1’s flagship privacy technology brand, delivering high-quality private search, browsing, and AI experiences to millions worldwide. Founded in the Netherlands and built on privacy-by-design, Startpage operates the world’s second-largest private search engine for users who demand a safer, better web.

Startpage is a profitable, scaled global business generating significant revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA, with a loyal and growing international user base.

Search is undergoing its most significant transformation in decades. AI is redefining how users discover information, how platforms monetize attention, and how digital businesses are built and operated. We are seeking a General Manager to lead Startpage’s AI transformation — rearchitecting product, growth, monetization, and operations to build the leading AI-native, privacy-first search platform globally.

Role Overview:

The General Manager is the full P&L owner of Startpage.  You will own and drive the operating plan and financial performance of a profitable business while aggressively evolving its strategy to compete in the AI-driven future of search.

This role requires balancing bold transformation with financial discipline — driving innovation while protecting profitability, brand trust, and capital efficiency.

The GM must view AI not as a feature layer, but as core infrastructure shaping product, growth systems, monetization, and operating workflows.  You will operate with an owner mentality — running Startpage as a standalone business with founder-level accountability, supported by the scale and resources of System1.

Core Mandate:

·   Transform Startpage into an AI-native search and discovery platform

·   Redefine privacy-first search experiences beyond traditional query-response models

·   Reinvent monetization models for AI-enhanced search

·   Embed AI into core operating workflows across product, marketing, analytics, and operations

·   Deliver sustained user and query growth while maintaining disciplined profitability

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA  90066.

Growth & Distribution Acceleration:- Drive global user and query growth through product expansion, performance marketing, lifecycle initiatives, and content/community strategies.

  • Expand distribution via browsers, OEMs, privacy platforms, and publishers.
  • Originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-impact strategic partnerships.
  • Increase experimentation velocity through AI-assisted insights and automation.

AI-Native Product Reinvention:- Define and execute the long-term vision and multi-quarter roadmap for AI-enhanced, privacy-first search and browsing experiences.

  • Develop differentiated AI-powered user experiences within privacy-by-design principles.
  • Evaluate build, partner, and acquisition strategies for AI capabilities.
  • Ensure AI innovation enhances trust, transparency, and user control.

Monetization & Financial Discipline:- Reimagine monetization models for AI-enhanced search experiences.

  • Optimize yield with search, advertising, and feed partners while maintaining privacy alignment.
  • Drive disciplined forecasting, capital allocation, and margin management.
  • Improve unit economics and long-term scalability.
  • Deliver transformation while protecting EBITDA and financial resilience.

AI-Augmented Operating Model:- Redesign internal workflows to be AI-first across product, growth, analytics, and operations.

  • Shorten build-test-scale cycles through automation and intelligent tooling.

Leadership & Cultural Transformation:- Build and lead an AI-fluent, high-performance leadership team.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, accountability, and intelligent risk-taking.
  • Recruit and develop talent that thrives in AI-native environments.
  • Serve as a credible spokesperson for Startpage with users, partners, media, and the global privacy community.

What Success Looks Like (24–36 Months):- Meaningful acceleration in global DAU/MAU and query growth

  • Clear AI-differentiated product experiences
  • Faster product iteration cycles and experimentation velocity
  • Expanded global distribution partnerships
  • Improved monetization yield and scalable unit economics
  • AI embedded across core operating workflows
  • Strengthened market position as the leading scaled privacy-first alternative

What You’ll Bring:- 5+ years of experience in consumer internet, search, AI products, private search, or high-growth digital platforms.

  • 2+ years in a GM, Business Unit, or comparable P&L leadership role or as an entrepreneur.
  • Demonstrated experience within the past 12-18 months leading AI-driven product innovation or business transformation.
  • Proven ability to redesign operating models using AI and automation.
  • Strong understanding of growth systems, monetization mechanics, and partnership economics.
  • Financial acumen — able to build models, manage forecasts, and make capital-efficient decisions.
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering, product, and data teams.
  • Analytical, experimentation-driven mindset.
  • High bias for action — you test and learn rather than overanalyze.
  • Entrepreneurial operator who moves quickly and embraces calculated risk.
  • Mission alignment with privacy as a strategic competitive advantage.

Why This Role Is Unique:- A Profitable Platform at Scale - Startpage is not an early-stage startup. It is a profitable, global business with meaningful revenue, EBITDA, and a loyal user base.

  • True Transformation Mandate - This is not a caretaker role. You will define and execute the next chapter of private search in the AI era.
  • AI at the Core of Search - As search and AI converge, Startpage sits at the center of this evolution — offering the opportunity to shape the privacy-first alternative at global scale.
  • Founder-Level Autonomy - System1 operates its divisions as standalone businesses. As GM, you will run Startpage with founder-level autonomy, supported by the capital and infrastructure of a larger organization.

System1 is looking for a senior engineering leader to serve as a strategic partner to the CTO and provide strong, opinionated technical leadership across multiple businesses and shared platforms. This role will shape technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and ensure engineering execution aligns tightly with business priorities in an environment with real scale, real tradeoffs, and meaningful complexity.

The ideal candidate is deeply technical, comfortable operating at executive altitude, and energized by making high‑quality decisions in complex, ambiguous environments where data is incomplete and tradeoffs are real. You will work closely with senior engineering leaders, product, data, and business stakeholders to drive clarity, direction, and accountability.

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA  90066.

The Role You Will Have:

  • Provide strong, opinionated technical leadership across multiple engineering organizations and businesses
  • Own and evolve System1’s technical strategy and architectural principles
  • Act as the final decision-maker for cross‑business and cross‑org architectural initiatives
  • Partner closely with the CTO as a trusted thought partner on technical, organizational, and execution decisions
  • Represent engineering leadership in executive forums, reviews, and cross‑functional discussions
  • Lead and influence senior engineering leaders, architects, and principal engineers
  • Set clear standards and expectations that balance speed, quality, scalability, cost, and long‑term optionality
  • Drive clarity around decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability
  • Partner deeply with Product, Data, and Business leadership to translate strategy into technical execution
  • Push back constructively when scope, timelines, or approaches are unrealistic
  • Remove ambiguity, unblock execution, and raise the quality of technical decision‑making across the organization

What Success Looks Like Within The First 6 - 12 Months:

  • Engineering leaders have clear technical direction and architectural principles
  • Cross‑business technical decisions are faster, more consistent, and higher quality
  • The business experiences stronger technical opinions and clearer tradeoffs
  • Engineering execution remains stable and predictable as the company scales
  • The CTO can delegate with confidence and maintain continuity when unavailable

What You Will Bring - Technical Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large‑scale, distributed systems
  • Deep architectural expertise across cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and application systems
  • Strong judgment evaluating tradeoffs across performance, reliability, cost, and complexity
  • A hands‑on technical background; while this is not a day‑to‑day coding role, you are expected to lead by example, stay close to the code and architecture, and dive deep when decisions warrant it
  • Curiosity and willingness to stay current with modern development practices, including emerging approaches such as agentic and AI‑assisted coding

What You Will Bring - Leadership & Influence:

  • Proven experience leading senior engineers, managers, and technical leaders
  • Track record of making and defending difficult technical decisions
  • High emotional intelligence and strong executive presence
  • Ability to influence outcomes through clarity, credibility, and trust

What You Will Bring - Business & Product Acumen:

  • Strong understanding of how technology decisions impact revenue, margins, and risk
  • Experience partnering with product, finance, and business leaders
  • Comfortable saying no, explaining tradeoffs, and aligning stakeholders

What You Will Bring - Personal Attributes:

  • Opinionated but pragmatic; decisive without being dogmatic
  • Calm under pressure and credible in high‑stakes situations
  • Low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information

What We Have To Offer:

  • Competitive salary + bonus + equity
  • Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
  • Open sick time
  • 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employees
  • 401k with match
  • Health & Dependent Care Flex Spending Account
  • Paid professional development
  • Leadership & growth opportunities
  • Virtual company and team building events

System1 is building the next generation of AI Agent–powered consumer products, and we’re looking for a Lead AI Product Engineer to help lead the effort. You’ll design, build, and operate our most ambitious AI agent systems from early prototypes through production, owning core architecture, reliability, and performance as these products scale.

This is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role for a builder who can move quickly from concept to working systems, shipping, iterating, and hardening real agent workflows that deliver consumer value at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of multi-agent orchestration, agentic coding, and production engineering, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI while directly influencing real-world product outcomes and business performance.

You do not need prior experience with every protocol or framework listed below—we value strong systems thinking, production experience, and the ability to learn fast in emerging domains.

What You’ll Do:- Build and operate multi-agent systems that plan, coordinate, and execute tasks across multiple tools and services, to solve real user problems at scale.

  • Implement agentic coding workflows, where agents generate code, run tests, create diffs or PRs, and iterate autonomously within guardrails.
  • Design agent orchestration layers (planners, supervisors, evaluators) to manage task decomposition, retries, and long-running execution.
  • Instrument and monitor agent behavior across success, failure, latency, cost, and human overrides, with exposure to agent-to-tool payment flows as the ecosystem evolves.
  • Collaborate with Product & Design to translate user problems into shippable agent workflows, iterating quickly based on real-world feedback.

What You’ll Bring:- Strong experience building LLM-powered systems in production, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and agentic coding workflows where agents write, modify, and validate code within guardrails.

  • Solid backend engineering skills with Python and/or Node.js, designing APIs, async services, and background workers that support long-running, stateful agent workflows.
  • Experience designing multi-step, agent-driven execution loops (plan → act → evaluate → retry), with explicit state management, idempotency, and failure recovery.
  • Comfort with distributed systems primitives (queues, pub/sub, durable state, rate limiting, concurrency controls) required to coordinate agents at scale.
  • Proven ability to instrument and observe agent behavior, emitting structured events for task success, failures, retries, overrides, and code-generation outcomes.
  • Experience deploying and operating systems on cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with inter-agent communication patterns, including message schemas, shared memory, blackboard systems, or event-driven coordination.
  • Experience implementing agent evaluation pipelines (prompt regression tests, simulation-based evals, automated scoring, human-in-the-loop review).
  • Understanding of cost-aware execution for agents (dynamic model routing, caching, batching, budget constraints).
  • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and persistent memory strategies.
  • Exposure to emerging agent protocols (e.g., x402 payment flows, MCP), with the ability to implement evolving specs pragmatically.

Who You Are:- You operate with high urgency, agency, and a bias for action, translating ideas into working systems quickly, learning from real-world signals, and iterating continuously.

  • You pair speed with rigor, bringing strong engineering fundamentals (systems thinking, evaluation discipline, reliability) so each iteration is meaningfully better, not just different.
  • You embrace a “long is wrong” mindset, simplifying, automating, and removing bottlenecks to consistently reduce cycle time.
  • You think and act like an owner, making sound tradeoffs and taking end-to-end accountability for performance, reliability, cost, and user experience.
  • You optimize for technological leverage, building reusable primitives, tooling, and patterns that compound team output over time.
  • You are growth-minded, working backward from LTV/CAC and prioritizing engineering work that moves activation, retention, conversion, and cost per successful outcome.
  • You excel at constraint removal, unblocking execution and increasing innovation per unit time, including through agentic tool use with clear guardrails and observability.

What We Have To Offer:- Competitive salary + bonus + equity

  • Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
  • Open sick time
  • 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employees
  • 401k with match
  • Health & Dependent Care Flex Spending Account

Startpage is the second-largest private search engine on the planet, used by millions who demand a better, safer web. We’re entering a major new growth chapter - and we’re hiring a growth hacker to build the engine that powers it.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a high-visibility, high-ownership position for a creative builder who wants to shape how a category-defining product scales. You’ll report directly to the General Manager of Startpage, operate with significant autonomy, and lead the programs that accelerate acquisition, activation, and loyalty across web, app, and browser experiences.

If you’re a roll-up-your-sleeves builder and an AI-powered strategist who takes ideas from 0→1, this is your stage.

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA  90066.

The Role You Will Have:- Own the growth roadmap for Startpage: design, test, and scale initiatives that expand reach, app installs, and browser usage globally.

  • Lead the non-paid growth playbook: content flywheels, organic social, community and forums, partnerships, IRL pop-ups, surprise-and-delight stunts - anything that earns attention and trust.
  • Run smart bets with exploratory budgets across channels; double down where you see signal and sunset what doesn’t move the needle.
  • Hands-on ownership: ideate, prototype in AI, make the assets, launch the campaign, wire the tracking, iterate.
  • Launch campaigns across TikTok, app stores, influencer and creator collaborations, podcasts, brand partnerships, and viral social formats - then author crisp business cases for where we invest next.
  • Define KPIs, instrumentation, and dashboards; make data-driven calls to scale, pivot, or kill experiments quickly.
  • Be our trend radar and cultural translator: bring fresh ideas from the internet’s front lines into our growth engine.
  • Partner tightly with social, product, design, and analytics to ship fast, learn faster, and create compounding growth loops.

What You Will Bring:- 5+ years in growth marketing or a related role, with a track record of non-traditional, high-velocity experimentation for tech or digital products.

  • Scrappy attitude: 0→1 builder who executes end-to-end. Prioritizing doing over delegating.
  • Sharp analytical chops; you can evaluate full-funnel performance across channels and distill complex data into clear, decisive next steps.
  • Hands-on experience allocating budgets and working with influencer/creator programs.
  • Comfort building and prototyping using AI tools.
  • Bonus: experience growing subscription businesses or mobile apps.

We’re looking for a full-stack growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, technical execution, and creative experimentation. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who can take new consumer products (both ad-supported and subscription) from zero to scale — iterating quickly, experimenting relentlessly, and uncovering the breakout opportunities that drive real growth.

You’ll own the full growth stack: some days you’ll be knee-deep in attribution setup, conversion tracking, and analytics; other days you’ll be testing creative hooks, launching campaigns across ad platforms, and optimizing bids and audiences in real time. Most importantly, you’ll be hunting for growth levers — finding pockets of opportunity, validating them with rapid tests, and scaling what works.

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA  90066.

What You'll Do:- Build and execute go-to-market growth strategies for early-stage products.

  • Identify, validate, and scale high-impact acquisition channels, audiences, and creative angles.
  • Launch and manage campaigns across Search, GDN, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Native, and other paid platforms.
  • Develop and run structured experiments to test messaging, funnels, and targeting hypotheses.
  • Work directly with engineers or code yourself to wire up analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking (e.g., GA4, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), Amplitude, etc.).
  • Analyze performance data and rapidly iterate on creative, targeting, landing pages, and funnel flows.
  • Create and manage short-form video ads and other creative assets that drive conversions.
  • Frequently collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product managers and engineering leads to align growth efforts with product evolution.

What We’re Looking For:- 5-7 years experience driving growth for early-stage consumer products or startups.

  • Deep, hands-on experience owning performance and spend in at least one major buying platform (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, or programmatic)
  • Deep understanding of ad platform mechanics across Search, GDN, Social, Video, and Native.
  • Strong technical skills — comfortable working with tracking pixels, APIs, scripts, and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of taking a product from 0→1, finding breakout opportunities, and scaling them into meaningful revenue.
  • Obsessed with experimentation and able to manage rapid test-and-learn cycles, sharing results with high levels of leadership across multiple products.
  • Creative, analytical, and adaptable — able to move seamlessly from strategy to execution.

What We Have To Offer:- Competitive salary + bonus + equity

  • Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
  • Open sick time
  • 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employees
  • 401k with match
  • Health & Dependent Care Flex Spending Account
  • Paid professional development

We're launching a new lead generation business to diversify our revenue streams beyond Google. This is a true startup opportunity within an established company—you'll be building from absolute zero: no revenue, no team, no playbook. We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to serve as the founding GM of this business line, with full ownership to define strategy, build operations, and scale to profitability.

Think of this as being a CEO of your own company, but with the backing of our existing technology infrastructure, financial resources, and organizational support. If you've ever wanted to build something from scratch while having enterprise-level resources at your disposal, this is it.

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA  90066.

What You'll Own- Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and execute the complete go-to-market strategy for a lead generation business
  • Identify target verticals, pricing models, and competitive positioning
  • Build financial models and set ambitious but achievable growth targets
  • Make all key strategic decisions on product direction and market approach
  • Business Operations:
  • Operationalize every aspect of the business from the ground up—sales, operations, technology implementation, vendor relationships, compliance, and more
  • Design scalable processes and systems before you have a team to run them
  • Manage full P&L responsibility with targets for profitability and growth
  • Establish metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational dashboards
  • Team Building & Leadership:
  • Recruit and build your team as the business scales and warrants investment
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and organizational structure from scratch
  • Create a culture of accountability, experimentation, and rapid iteration
  • Develop your future leaders as the business grows into a substantial organization
  • Scale from solo contributor to managing a team that could quickly become significant in size
  • Product & Market Development:
  • Shape product strategy based on market feedback and competitive landscape
  • Work with existing engineering and tech teams to leverage company infrastructure
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities (supply and demand side)
  • Iterate quickly based on what's working and what's not

Who You Are- Experience:

  • 7+ years in lead generation, performance marketing, or related digital businesses
  • Proven track record building or scaling businesses from early stage (ideally $0-$10M+ revenue)
  • Deep understanding of lead gen economics: CPL, CPA, margin structures, quality metrics
  • Experience managing P&L and achieving profitability targets
  • Background in both strategy formulation and hands-on execution
  • The Operator Mentality:
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and building when there's no roadmap
  • You can do the work yourself before you have a team to delegate to
  • You move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and course-correct quickly
  • You've worn multiple hats before—you're not afraid of work outside your job description
  • You think like an owner, not just an operator
  • Skills That Matter:
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see around corners and anticipate market shifts
  • Financial acumen—you can build models, understand unit economics, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong network in the lead generation ecosystem (buyers, sellers, technology providers)
  • Excellent communication skills for securing buy-in from leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering and product teams
  • The Intangibles:
  • Entrepreneurial fire—you're energized by building, not just managing
  • Resilience and grit—you've failed before and learned from it
  • High bias for action—you'd rather test and learn than analyze forever
  • Creative problem-solver who finds unconventional solutions
  • Self-awareness to know when to ask for help or bring in expertise

Why This Role is Unique- True Ownership: You're not inheriting someone else's strategy or fixing a broken business—you're creating from scratch

  • Resource Backing: Unlike a traditional startup, you have access to enterprise technology, legal, finance, and operational support
  • Speed to Market: Leverage existing infrastructure to move faster than you could at a standalone startup
  • Upside: Build something valuable with the resources of an established company and the autonomy of a founder
  • Career Acceleration: Successfully building a new business line positions you for senior executive roles (VP, C-suite)

Reporting & Organizational Context- Reports to: President & COO

  • Cross-functional Partnerships: Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, existing business unit leaders
  • Direct Reports: You'll build your team as needed (initially 0, scaling to 5-10+ over first 18 months)

What We Have To Offer:- Competitive salary + bonus + equity

  • Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
  • Open sick time
  • 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employees
  • 401k with match
  • Health & Dependent Care Flex Spending Account
  • Paid professional development
  • Leadership & growth opportunities
  • Virtual company and team building events
