We are looking for a skilled Service Operations Engineer to join our Aristocrat team. This role involves providing high-level technical support to internal and external teams, ensuring service perfection, and minimizing critical issues to R&D. We are on the lookout for outstanding people, who will be eager to learn, to be a part of a team and share our vision.

Key Responsibilities

· Multi-channel communication with customers (chat, e-mails, ticketing system, phone calls

· Provide Tier 3/4 support services to meet customer SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution.

· Solve, diagnose, and resolve sophisticated technical problems using standards and collaboration across teams.

· Work closely with R&D, Customer Support, and other departments to address product issues and drive long-term solutions.

· Monitor, prioritize, and supervise progress of all reported incidents and requests.

· Own critical customer concerns, ensuring smooth handling during both regular and off-hours as part of on-call duties.

· Maintain transparency and clear documentation for all technical issues, ensuring visibility within and across teams.

· Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying patterns and suggesting processes or product improvements.

· Maintain and invent knowledgebase articles

Qualifications & Requirements

· Ability to remain proactive, motivated, and responsible in a dynamic environment.

· Availability for 24/7 on-call support during critical issues.

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – Must.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and partnership skills – Must.

· Proven track record to solve and resolve technical issues in sophisticated environments with strong customer focused perspective

· 2+ years of experience in a technical support or service operations role – Advantage.

· Understanding of web technologies and client/server applications – Advantage.

· Experience with SQL and web debugging tools – Advantage.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent – Advantage.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in directing or managing a group.
  • Proven ability to meet changing demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
  • Experience managing and working together across different time zones, especially with groups in the US, Australia, and India.
  • Ability to manage expectations, communicate, and provide direction to in-country teams, aligning with business priorities.

We are on the lookout for a Data Engineer to join the Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a Data Engineer, your primary mission will be to contribute to forming and improving our huge data model setup located in Google Cloud. This involves diving deep into our data platform to break down data platform and pipeline complexities, identify friction points, and optimise systems for better performance and scalability. You will be part of the team directly responsible for managing the data platform’s infrastructure components, continuously monitoring and optimizing pipelines, queries, and databases to ensure high availability and performance.

Day-to-day, you will be hands-on in designing, building, and maintaining scalable ingestion and data pipelines, ETL processes using SQL and Python, with a strong focus on ensuring high data quality, integrity, and low latency. This role also carries a responsibility for governance and standards. You will be responsible for promoting best coding practices and participating in standardization routines for data foundations, analytics, and data science. This extends to collaborating on data catalogs and access controls to ensure all data processes adhere to strict accuracy, privacy, security, and compliance standards.

You will work as a key collaborator, establishing Data Contracts between our numerous Domain Data Units and shaping efficient ways of working between various stakeholder groups. We are on the lookout for a Staff Product Analyst - (Logistics, Help Center) to join our Product Analytics team and spearhead the data strategy for our Logistics Help Center (support application for customers, riders and vendors). In this role, you will move beyond simple reporting to shape the future of our product through rigorous hypothesis testing and by converting massive datasets into high-impact strategic narratives.

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our AdTech tribe in Berlin. You will act as a technical leader within our Demand Adtech Domain, driving the architectural vision of our next-generation AdTech products. This platform empowers restaurants and local shops to promote themselves and reach new customers at a massive scale.

You will play a pivotal role in a geographically distributed tribe of over 14 squads. While our squads move quickly with a "we build it, we run it" principle, your role is to ensure these solutions are cohesive, scalable, and future-proof. You will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, optimizing the customer experience across more than 10 million orders per day.

Your Mission:

  • Architectural Leadership: Drive cross-domain and cross-tribe architecture discussions. Challenge the status quo, identify bottlenecks in our microservices ecosystem, and design robust, high-availability solutions that scale with our 10M+ daily orders.
  • Strategic Vision: Craft a long-term vision for the AdTech platform’s evolution. Partner with Engineering and Product Management to define technical OKRs for the tribe and domain, balancing feature delivery with technical debt reduction.
  • Engineering Excellence: Set standards for code quality, testing, and observability. Lead by example in coding and system design, and mentor Senior Engineers to help them grow into the next generation of leaders.

We are on the lookout for an Engineering Manager - Inventory Management in Quick Commerce Operations to join our team and help us build solutions that ensure accurate stock levels, efficient movement tracking, and high system reliability across our DMarts network. You will lead one of the core squads within the Dmart Tools domain, an experienced team focused on ensuring data consistency and real-time visibility across warehouses, a critical backbone of Quick Commerce.

You will manage a talented group of cross functional engineers responsible for building high-availability systems that handle millions of daily operations. Together, we will improve stock accuracy, prevent discrepancies, and ensure smooth order fulfillment in real time. We are on the lookout for aSenior Engineering Manager, Data Engineering to lead the Data Engineering Domain within Global Discovery. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage three distinct but interconnected squads responsible for the data platform and real-time ingestion.

You will be the custodian of the critical data foundation that powers our Search & Recommendation engines—the "brain" of our user experience—and enables business insights across the entire organization. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a domain responsible for the unified data platform that drives our Tier-1 discovery services.

  • Lead & Scale: Manage and mentor a diverse group of engineers and managers across three squads. Develop a strong delegation framework and foster a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
  • Build a Unified Data Platform: Orchestrate complex data pipelines across both Batch (Airflow, dbt, BigQuery) and Streaming ecosystems. Ensure seamless integration between raw data ingestion and downstream consumption by Data Science models and Analytics use-cases.
  • Ensure Real-Time Reliability: Lead the Backend team responsible for high-throughput real-time ingestion services that feed Search and Recommendation use cases. You will ensure low-latency processing and high availability for these critical systems.
  • Champion Data Quality & Governance: Establish a culture of data trust. Improve automated data quality monitoring and define clear SLAs for data freshness and accuracy for both analytical and operational use cases.
  • Empower Data Science & Analytics: Act as a strategic partner to the Data Science and Analytics teams. Provide them with high-reliability datasets, clean architecture, and efficient self-service tooling (Cosmos, dbt) to accelerate model training and insight generation.
  • Drive Strategy: Translate tribe-level goals into a comprehensive 18-month technical roadmap. Bridge the gap between Data Science needs, Product requirements, and Engineering constraints.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with proven architectural excellence and deep leadership experience.

  • M2 Leadership Experience: You have several years of experience managing managers and leading multiple diverse squads (e.g., managing both Data Engineers and Backend Engineers).
  • Proven Architectural Excellence: You have a track record of architecting and building robust data platforms from the ground up. You have made high-stakes architectural decisions that ensured platform reliability and cost efficiency at scale.
  • Advanced Data Stack Expertise: You possess deep expertise in designing modern data platforms on cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS). You are proficient with our stack: Python, Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Kubernetes, and Streaming technologies (Kafka/Flink/Spark).
  • Backend & Distributed Systems Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of real-time backend systems and high-scale APIs to effectively guide the ingestion team. You understand the trade-offs in distributed systems and have already been responsible for such systems at a global scale.
  • Stakeholder Management: You excel at managing expectations and bridging the gap between technical constraints and business needs, working closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists.

We are on the lookout for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the Tax team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

This role will be dedicated to managing and supporting the transfer pricing aspects of our Glovo Group, which operates in numerous countries in Europe and Africa. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing regulations within the Glovo Group, as well as contributing to the overall transfer pricing strategy of the Delivery Hero Group.

  • Serve as the dedicated transfer pricing specialist for the Glovo Group.
  • Manage and oversee the ongoing transfer pricing integration tasks related to the Glovo Group.
  • Provide independent, comprehensive and business-oriented transfer pricing advice in all business areas of the Glovo Group, including preparation of new Guidelines and Policies.
  • Lead the transfer pricing documentation project for the Glovo Group, which is a significant undertaking requiring collaboration with the central transfer pricing team and the usage of a tool solution.
  • Analyze and interpret international transfer pricing laws and regulations relevant to the Glovo Group's operations.
  • Assistance in PMI and potential restructuring projects which requires collaboration with different central/regional stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures for the Glovo Group in line with the established central standards to the greatest possible extent.
  • Support the central team in establishing an improved oTP process at Glovo, ensuring alignment with the central guidance.
  • Develop pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with the business teams.
  • Support tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing within the Glovo Group in consideration and alignment  with the tax audit strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the central transfer pricing team, other tax specialists, and business stakeholders within the Glovo SubGroup.
  • Stay updated on developments in transfer pricing legislation and best practices.
  • Independently manage internal and external stakeholders within the Glovo Group to comply with internal TP Guidelines and Policies.
  • Compiling and organizing financial data and other relevant information to support transfer pricing analyses and documentation.
  • Manage projects end to end, including prioritizing & process optimization to improve TP compliance.

You will be part of the Central tax team and closely integrated into the Glovo tax team, benefiting from their expertise and support in both teams. The position will be based in Berlin, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment. Regular business trips to Barcelona to strengthen the work relationship with the Glovo Tax team will be beneficial to achieve good results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five  years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a corporate environment or a reputable consulting firm.
  • Solid understanding of international transfer pricing principles, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Experience with transfer pricing integration projects is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including large-scale documentation efforts.
  • Experience with transfer pricing software or tools is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP and OneStream is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Spanish language skills would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
  • A degree in economics, business, law, or a related field.
