As a Games Mathematician, you will be responsible for designing math models, writing simulations to verify game models and contributing to overall game design for our online RMG slot games. The role requires a keen interest in gambling games, combinatorial mathematics, statistics, coding and an aptitude for creative problem solving. The ideal candidate would excel at working in a creative environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team, take responsibility for organizing work within a production schedule, managing files and meeting deadlines. Success in this role requires a motivated and inventive personality, able to work across a wide range of tasks with others as well as under their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of gaming math documents ensuring that they are synchronised with the game model throughout game development.
  • Development of game simulations that output a wide range of data points and accurately model the creative ideas generated in tandem with Game Producers.
  • Liaising with Game Developers to convey game logic in an understandable manner to ensure a smooth game creation process
  • Drive game ideation with fresh and creative ideas, keeping a pulse on the wider gambling and online slot environment.
  • Proactively communicate about work status, blocking issues and possible workflow improvements.

What We're Looking For

Key Qualifications

  • Has studied mathematics to degree level, ideally in probability, statistics or combinatorics, or has industry experience in creating Math models for gambling games.
  • Is adept at programming primarily in C#, or other adjacent OOP or multi-paradigm languages (C, C++, Java, Python etc.)
  • Logical thinking, analytical skills and exception creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in using Excel to model statistical models, or similarly high level Excel experience.
  • Ability to take responsibility for organizing work within a production schedule, managing files and meeting deadlines under their own initiative.
  • Good oral and written skills in English.

The Associate, Service Operations – People and Culture (P&C) is responsible for responding to inquiries from employees, executing P&C transactions, and data reporting using Workday and other HR systems. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in response to HR-related inquiries from employees, P&C Business Partners, and managers via multiple channels, including email, instant message, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve inquiries accurately and timely by accessing knowledge guides and information in multiple systems.
  • Process P&C transactions by collecting required information from the employee, manager, or other stakeholders internally and externally.

We are looking for a technically skilled and analytically driven System Analyst to join our Product & Operation group at Aristocrat Interactive content & Aggregation BU.

This is a key role that bridges product strategy and technical execution—working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, model, and define software systems that scale, comply, and perform under the demands of a global aggregation platform.

Our platform provides an aggregation of games to the iGaming industry including Engagement Tools, Back Office Systems, Core Business Logic, and multiple 3rd-party integrations.

As a System Analyst, you will contribute to the logical architecturedata flow, and integration design that power these experiences across regulated markets.

This is a hands-on, impact-driven role for someone who excels in abstract thinking, systems modeling, and translating product ideas into structured, scalable designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to analyze and break down requirements into actionable, high-fidelity system specifications.
  • Define and document high-level system design and interactions across client applications, services, and integrations.
  • Design and maintain logical component modelsmodule interaction diagrams, and data flow diagrams (DFDs), including process flow or UML diagrams.
  • Create and manage logical data models (ER diagrams) and data dictionaries to describe entities, relationships, and data flow between modules.
  • Define UI screen flows and navigation logic at a logical level, including optional mockups or wireframes to aid clarity.
  • Design and document security layers including authentication and authorization flows, and access control models.
  • Lead the logical integration design for internal modules and external systems—documenting APIs, data contracts, and integration touchpoints without committing to protocol-level details.
  • Maintain a clear traceability matrix between business requirements, system behavior, and functional specifications.
  • Lead grooming and system analysis workshops with development teams, ensuring alignment with architecture and solution vision.
  • Evaluate system impact for feature enhancements, changes, or third-party integrations, and document interdependencies and trade-offs.
  • Support QA teams and UAT processes by clarifying system behavior and data expectations.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
  • 3 years of experience in system analysissolution design, or technical business analysis within complex software environments.
  • Proven experience with:

  + High-level system architecture

  + Logical components/modules and their interactions

  + DFDs, process/UML diagrams

  + Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams and data dictionaries

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

Role overview

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our next-generation money movement platform. You’ll own the systems that power how money flows through our ecosystem with a focus on settlement, reconciliation, and general ledger integrations.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our financial infrastructure, working across product, engineering, and accounting teams to build scalable, reliable payment systems. You’ll drive execution across multiple payment rails and integrations, ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and performance at scale.

Summary

The Functions team is a small, nimble team working to scale a new product from hundreds to tens-of-thousands of users. As such, a successful applicant will likely get the opportunity to work on a variety of project, including:

  • Participate in customer calls, understand pain-points, and work with your peer engineers and EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) leadership to suggest possible technical solutions to the wider team.
  • Build features that allow customers to more easily handle errors in their automations by merging Zapier integrations existing error processing routines with language-native error handling.
  • Work on improving our Functions execution model, such that we can run arbitrarily long untrusted integrations safely and efficiently.
  • Build excellent migration tooling, so customers code is automatically updated as integrations change in the Zapier system.
  • Leverage our observability tooling to track and understand user pain-points. Turn these insights into actionable tasks for the team.

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect, Enterprise to join our Sales team at Zapier. As a senior leader on our team, you’ll define and oversee large-scale, high-complexity technical solutions that have a transformative impact on our enterprise customers. You’ll take advantage of a significant head start: Zapier is a leader in the automation space, with proven product-market fit and strong sales traction.

You’ll be selling a product that is consistently a preferred choice in the market, and as an early Solutions Engineer at Zapier, you’ll have the unique opportunity to further expand our impact by building on our success. This role is a blend of technical consulting, solution development, and direct sales collaboration.

🛠️ Educate our customers as a trusted advisor to their automation and integration efforts. You will become an expert on automation workflows and consult with top product and engineering leaders on how Zapier can help achieve major business goals. Your technical acumen and consultative selling approach will position you as a critical resource for decision-makers.

🏁 Bring accounts to technical close. You’ll navigate complex, multi-party sales and design joint integration architectures with our customers' Engineering teams. You will help buyers understand how Zapier can streamline their operations and fit seamlessly into their existing technical stack with minimal effort.

🧭 Partner with our Growth, Engineering, and Product teams. As the primary conduit between go-to-market and Engineering, you’ll gather and prioritize feedback from prospective customers. Your insights will influence our product roadmap, and you will collaborate with our Growth team to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing customer success.

  • Strategic Leadership: Through a consultative approach, design and oversee high-complexity, organization-wide technical solutions that meet the needs of enterprise clients.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with customer executives to advise on automation strategies, presenting insightful and impactful solutions that align with their business vision.
  • Technical Innovation: Drive industry-specifc initiatives and develop scalable frameworks for Zapier’s enterprise offerings.
  • Mentorship & Development: Help set the strategic vision for the Solutions Architecture team, mentoring L2-L4 architects and establishing technical standards.
  • Resource Management: Oversee multiple technical initiatives and allocate resources to deliver on strategic priorities.
  • Cross-Departmental Influence: Collaborate with Zapier leadership and key internal teams to drive technical advancements and scalable automation solutions.

About You:

  • Experience: 8+ years in architecture, with deep experience across the full customer lifecycle at technical B2B SaaS companies.
  • Technical Mastery: Expertise in APIs, integrations, automation at scale, and emerging technologies. You’re proficient with Zapier’s platform and can communicate its value with authority. You have the ability to learn and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping them understand how Zapier integrates into their ecosystems.
  • Solution Design Expertise: Proven track record of designing, presenting, and implementing organization-wide technical solutions for high-value clients.
  • You're naturally curious about AI and regularly experiment with different AI tools to drive efficiency in your day-to-day work or personal life.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Skilled at building relationships with C-suite stakeholders and guiding strategic conversations around automation.
  • Leadership Excellence: Experience mentoring architects, leading large-scale projects, and defining technical standards.
  • Innovation & Impact: Demonstrated ability to lead industry-first initiatives and shape technology strategy for enterprise customers.
  • Visionary Thinking: Ability to set long-term strategic directions for both customers and internal teams, driving transformative impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work seamlessly across teams, partnering with and influencing Growth, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer success from pre-sale to post-deployment. You gather insights from customers and prioritize feedback that influences the product roadmap.
  • Proven Success in Sales: You’ve demonstrated success in closing 6-7 figure software deals and can quickly develop and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, ensuring that sales and technical integration efforts align with business goals.
  • AI Fluency: You’ve used AI tooling for work or personal use—or you are willing to dive in and learn fast. You explore new tools, workflows, and ideas to make things more efficient, and are eager to deepen your understanding of AI and use it regularly.
