  • 5–7 years of experience in product or service design, with a focus on complex, content-rich websites and applications.
  • Proficiency in design thinking and human-centered methodologies.
  • Strong skills in information design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design, with fluency in tools like Figma, Miro, and Dovetail.

  • Category Management:

  + Category discovery and prioritization through to supporting the development and execution of the Sourcing Strategy.

  + Fostering strong business partnerships with stakeholders globally, ensuring the Professional Services category strategy is fully aligned with company and operational goals.

  + Influencing at all levels internally to embed the newly created Category Management structure at Aristocrat and to evangelize the Indirect Sourcing value proposition.

  + Contract Management: Mitigate risk to the organisation by establishing/negotiating robust and favourable Master Services Agreements with key Professional Services providers globally.

  + Costs Management – Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies/initiatives within the Professional Services category.

  + Data-driven decision making– applying your well-developed analytic and reporting capabilities

  + Continuous Learning – to ensure deep subject matter expertise within the Professional Services category.

  • Sourcing Project delivery:

  + Executing Sourcing plans and managing associated BAU sourcing projects within your portfolio (and providing support as required across other categories).  This includes RFx-related activities, negotiation and contract execution, and renewals.

  • Developing strong relationships with external supply partners.
  • Supporting the achievement of the Indirect Sourcing team's Savings targets of $25+M annually.
  • Providing excellent customer service to Stakeholders. Driving insight and regular stakeholder engagement cadence–
  • All other duties as assigned, including but not limited to supporting development of strategic templates, strategy documents, project charters, executive project summaries & contract summaries, savings documentation, and audits.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years Indirect Sourcing/Category Management experience (ideally in large, complex global organizations)
  • Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Finance, or related is required.
  • Project Management (PMP) or Chartered Procurement profession is a plus.
  • Strong specialist sourcing experience in a minimum of 2-3 Indirect Categories:

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. Estamos buscando a un director de Diseño de Juegos perspicaz e innovador para integrarse al equipo directivo de nuestro Departamento de Innovación y contribuir a moldear el futuro de los juegos móviles. Este puesto requiere una persona con pensamiento estratégico y enfoque en el crecimiento, capaz de entender, anticipar y actuar según las tendencias del mercado para desarrollar conceptos de juegos con alto potencial. Reportará al director del Departamento de Innovación y ofrecerá orientación creativa y práctica para resolver problemas de los usuarios, optimizar el rendimiento y desarrollar juegos con éxito comercial.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Innovación a través del conocimiento del mercado: supervisar, analizar y anticipar las tendencias en la industria de los juegos móviles para impulsar la innovación interna e identificar conceptos de juegos con alto potencial de crecimiento.
  • Desarrollo de conceptos basado en datos: colaborar con los responsables de producto y diseñadores de juegos para encontrar soluciones centradas en el usuario, fundamentadas en datos; actuar como recurso para interpretar comentarios de los jugadores, análisis y métricas de desempeño de adquisición de usuarios (UA) con el fin de refinar y mejorar la jugabilidad y el diseño.
  • Mentalidad de estratega de crecimiento: aprovechar un enfoque de especialista en crecimiento para la adquisición de usuarios, reconociendo y actuando sobre oportunidades que impulsen el crecimiento del juego mediante conceptos innovadores, estrategias ágiles y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

  • Calidad y supervisión del proyecto: asegurar que los juegos cumplan con altos estándares de diseño, usabilidad y engagement mediante la gestión de plazos, hitos y procesos de control de calidad.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • Experiencia: más de 10 años en el desarrollo de juegos móviles en funciones creativas o de I+D (más de 5 años como diseñador de juegos).
  • Trayectoria en juegos top-grossing: éxito comprobado en el desarrollo y lanzamiento de juegos móviles con éxito comercial.
  • Mentalidad orientada al crecimiento: gran comprensión de los principios de adquisición de usuarios, con un enfoque experimental para impulsar el crecimiento y la participación de los usuarios.

Duties
