Job Description

CoreWeave is looking for a Director of Investor Relations who will be excited to take on new challenges . The candidate can expect to develop and manage strategies for effective communication with investors, including presentations, reports, and investor meetings.

Your Role:

  • Investor Communications:, Financial Reporting: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and help investors understand the company's financial performance.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and investor perceptions to inform company strategy and investor communications.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in investor communications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including shareholders, potential investors, analysts, and media, to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Feedback to Management: Relay investor feedback, perceptions, and concerns to the company’s management and board of directors.
  • Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing materials and participating in pitches to potential investors.

Your Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree can be an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably in the technology sector. 10-15 Years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, often with shifting priorities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $195,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $215,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Hybrid Workplace

Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
