Job Description

What you’ll achieve

Reporting to the Director EMEA Marketing, you will design and execute local activities and support local sales leaders to drive revenue growth in UKI, Benelux and Nordics markets.  Field Marketing at Boomi is at the forefront of customer engagement. You will interact directly with customers, utilizing data, product insights, and Boomi messaging to drive game-changing engagement.

 

You will

  • Gather market insights, assess competitor activities, and identify new opportunities. Work with local sales leadership to develop and execute the go-to-market plans for UKI, Benelux and Nordics. Lead with an account base approach and design integrated marketing plans.
  • Execute local activities to drive demand and progression, including trade shows, industry events, C-level engagement, Boomi events, customer advocacy, partner marketing, virtual event and progression workshops.
  • Collect and analyze customer data, track campaign performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports to inform marketing strategies.
  • Be the voice of the customer in global program design, messaging and activation.

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
  • Previous experience in a Field Marketing role, with a SaaS or Enterprise Software vendor and knowledge of the UKI and Benelux markets, Nordics markets experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Dutch required
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills with analytical thinking
  • Take accountability and project management for tasks with minimal supervision

 

Desirable Requirements 

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation applications such as SFDC, Marketo or similar; and experienced in driving closed loop lead management, reporting and budget.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are highly competitive (inclusive of commission). Base compensation is determined by various factors including geographic location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
