Job Description

Role overview

As a core member of the team, this individual will be responsible for onboarding our Sell My Car product, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders such as CarOffer, internal teams and dealer clientele. This individual will ensure the dealer is set up for success post sale with their extensive dealership knowledge and training of the product

They will be supporting the sales organization to help reduce churn, providing feedback and enhancement to our product teams, ensuring our sales and service has the right tools to set up their dealers for success post 30 days, while also educating dealers on the quality of leads while on this product. 

Who you are

  • Onboard product features live with dealers via phone/video as well as providing resources and guidance to achieve success on the product
  • Be a feedback loop for external and internal stakeholders
  • Accountable for ongoing product retention via performance management, escalation and ongoing training/usage
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate with internal and external inquiries
  • Have a strong engagement with product and commercial teams for product improvements
  • Drive projects to continuously improve process and product adoption
  • Deeper knowledge of product-adjacent topics creating a higher level of dealer consultation and support
  • Will have strong presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple contacts within a dealership as needed
  • Be able to collaborate with CarOffer for product configuration and activation
  • Engage with L3, Metro and National accounts
