About the Role
The Service Line Owner (Head of Workload Solutions) is a global pre-sales & technical leadership role for their specific service line or service domain within the Cloud PSO. This role is responsible for achieving and growing the global revenue target for their specific service line in partnership with the Cloud Sales and the broader Sales teams (CBE). The role serves as the authority on the technology roadmap for the service line and its regional implementation.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Presales & Sales Enablement
- Responsible for the global revenue target for the specific service line, achieved across all regions
- Key pre-sales leader, bringing together teams from Cloud Services, PSO, cloud sales team and CBE to further the Cloud PSO’s outreach
- Defining & articulating a unified value proposition and go to market approach for the service line including commercial and resourcing considerations
- Lead the development of scalable and reusable internal and external material to enable sales and presales activities
Services Evolution
- Sets the strategic direction of their service line and owns the development of the service offerings with the Head of Cloud Services
- Drive the incubation of the service line within each region and ensures global alignment
- Continuously evaluate R&D projects and outputs for relevance in support of the service line objectives
Technical Leadership & Delivery Excellence
- Works with Heads of Consulting in each region to guide the delivery teams on training, upskilling and influence capability and capacity management
- Provides subject matter expertise and guidance to delivery teams, provides quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes
- Build reference materials, templates and resources the regions can leverage to put together client specific resource plans and delivery models. Review and validate these for quality assurance and ensure global alignment.
- Specialist knowledge across the following: Workload migration and application modernization
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience leading a high-growth technology consulting business and experience building practices and teams. You bring a passion for building successful businesses and taking your team to the next level
- Deep business transformation, strategy, and management consulting capability and able to bring the future of IT delivery to the financial services market and revolutionize how FSIs consume Cloud and IT services
- 10+ years of enterprise technology and professional services experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience meeting and refining a practice P&L
- Experience with C-level leaders and the ability to shape business conversations and interactions
- Trusted leader with proven experience building high performing, growth-oriented, and collaborative teams
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise clients in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience in working with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Specialist knowledge across the following: Workload migration and application modernization
