The Associate, Service Operations – People and Culture (P&C) is responsible for responding to inquiries from employees, executing P&C transactions, and data reporting using Workday and other HR systems. This role requires great attention to detail, customer service orientation, and an ability to use discretion and latitude to prioritize service requests.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in response to HR-related inquiries from employees, P&C Business Partners, and managers via multiple channels, including email, instant message, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve inquiries accurately and timely by accessing knowledge guides and information in multiple systems.
  • Process P&C transactions by collecting required information from the employee, manager, or other stakeholders internally and externally.

We are looking for a technically skilled and analytically driven System Analyst to join our Product & Operation group at Aristocrat Interactive content & Aggregation BU.

This is a key role that bridges product strategy and technical execution—working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, model, and define software systems that scale, comply, and perform under the demands of a global aggregation platform.

Our platform provides an aggregation of games to the iGaming industry including Engagement Tools, Back Office Systems, Core Business Logic, and multiple 3rd-party integrations.

As a System Analyst, you will contribute to the logical architecturedata flow, and integration design that power these experiences across regulated markets.

This is a hands-on, impact-driven role for someone who excels in abstract thinking, systems modeling, and translating product ideas into structured, scalable designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to analyze and break down requirements into actionable, high-fidelity system specifications.
  • Define and document high-level system design and interactions across client applications, services, and integrations.
  • Design and maintain logical component modelsmodule interaction diagrams, and data flow diagrams (DFDs), including process flow or UML diagrams.
  • Create and manage logical data models (ER diagrams) and data dictionaries to describe entities, relationships, and data flow between modules.
  • Define UI screen flows and navigation logic at a logical level, including optional mockups or wireframes to aid clarity.
  • Design and document security layers including authentication and authorization flows, and access control models.
  • Lead the logical integration design for internal modules and external systems—documenting APIs, data contracts, and integration touchpoints without committing to protocol-level details.
  • Maintain a clear traceability matrix between business requirements, system behavior, and functional specifications.
  • Lead grooming and system analysis workshops with development teams, ensuring alignment with architecture and solution vision.
  • Evaluate system impact for feature enhancements, changes, or third-party integrations, and document interdependencies and trade-offs.
  • Support QA teams and UAT processes by clarifying system behavior and data expectations.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
  • 3 years of experience in system analysissolution design, or technical business analysis within complex software environments.
  • Proven experience with:

  + High-level system architecture

  + Logical components/modules and their interactions

  + DFDs, process/UML diagrams

  + Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams and data dictionaries

  + Data flow mapping between services

  + Security design (auth flows, RBAC models)

We're looking for a technical Engineering Manager to join our Revenue Zone - a critical area focused on building customer-centric revenue systems that power Zapier’s monetization and subscription experience.

As an Engineering Manager in the Revenue Zone, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building, scaling and optimizing our revenue/monetization systems. Your team’s mission includes:

  • A comprehensive catalog system that defines all customer offerings (Plans, Add-ons, and more).
  • A scalable billing platform to support reliable monetization of Zapier’s products.

  • Work closely with your product and design peers to deliver customer and company value.
  • Develop effective ways to communicate, monitor, and lead your team through weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
  • Keep the leadership team informed on your team’s progress and challenges in ways that are easy and enjoyable to receive, like one-on-one's, update posts, and regular team hangouts.
  • Build rapport with each member of the Engineering Team and support them through coaching and mentorship to help level up their skills, and performance management when necessary.

  • Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our systems are serving their needs.  This could include Support, Accounting, Finance, and strategic initiative leads.
  • Actively recruit, onboard, and train new engineers at Zapier, as well as supporting the continuous improvement of hiring practices in Engineering
  • Organize your team to serve our customers.  In addition to our standard incident escalation practices, revenue teams work to resolve technical questions related to customer billing questions.

About You

  • You have 7+ years of experience working with Machine Learning (ML) in production (with at least 1-2 years experience specific to Large Language Models (LLM)). You have experience writing clean Python code with reproducible results. You have knowledge of ML/LLM data structures and modeling, software architecture, libraries and frameworks to create models that sufficiently meet the needs of project goals.

  • You have a strong understanding of how LLMs and ML models succeed in a production environment. You have experience developing and improving upon evaluation frameworks for LLMs which focus on performance, reliability, and bias assessment/mitigation. You have extensive experience working with user data to engineer features for models, select appropriate model architectures, tune model parameters, and evaluate model quality. You have familiarity with fine-tuning models to achieve their maximum performance, i.e. optimizing hyperparameters, handling overfitting, A/B testing, and improving the efficiency of algorithms.
  • You’re familiar with various prompt techniques for LLM grounding such as chain-of-thought, static few-shot examples, and dynamic few-shot. You’re familiar with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (‘RAG’) systems. You have an understanding of how to optimize knowledge retrieval for improved model accuracy and speed.  You can apply your knowledge of different indexing/chunking strategies on the data to achieve desired goals. You understand semantic search and vector databases, and how they differ from classic retrieval methods and databases. Experience with reranking and knowledge graphs is a plus.
  • You have a strong engineering sense. You’re familiar with automating ModelOps/DataOps processes which include creating pipelines and understand how CI/CD processes work.  You’re a stellar data wrangler and have experience cleaning and structuring data for modeling purposes.
  • You are a skilled written communicator. Zapier is a 100% remote team and writing is our primary means of communication. You communicate complex technical topics clearly and in an approachable way.

  • Work with Engineering teams to develop and improve ML and LLM models, as well as refine our systems and processes in the space.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with Finance, Rev Ops and GTM teams to support ongoing projects and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

This is a paid internship opportunity at $20/hr for 8-12 weeks this summer 2025 and requires you to be in our SF office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data using Notion, Google Sheet, or other analytics tools
  • Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Join sales calls to screen leads
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
