You’ll ensure Deepgram’s rapid releases don’t sacrifice quality, compliance, or customer trust. As QA Engineering Manager, you’ll be the quality owner across product lines, embedding testing discipline into engineering culture and scaling it with our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own QA Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the cross-product test strategy (manual + automated) with daily/weekly validation cycles.
  • Build & Lead Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a QA team spanning engineers and specialists.
  • Cross-Engineering Alignment: Partner with product and engineering managers to embed testing into every release pipeline.
  • Test Infrastructure & Tooling: Drive strategy and adoption of frameworks, automation platforms, and CI/CD quality gates.
  • Governance & Compliance: Own QA oversight for HIPAA, PCI FedRAMP, and all applicable quality standards.
  • Quality Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, publish regular dashboards, and lead quality reviews with engineering and product leadership.

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining and scaling our digital infrastructure. This position combines technical expertise with collaborative leadership, requiring someone who can manage complex systems while working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee current website operations and lead upcoming migration projects, ensuring zero-downtime transitions and optimal performance
  • Cloud Platform Administration: Manage and optimize our production cloud infrastructure footprint, implementing secure, cost-effective scaling strategies while maintaining high availability
  • Automation & DevOps: Design and implement automated environment management systems for publishing workflows and data management processes

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Infrastructure Configuration Management: Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, servers using a declarative management framework such as terraform or ansible. (Python experience preferred). Possess a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. 
  • Web Infrastructure: Demonstrated success scaling customer-facing websites to handle increased traffic and user demands, wordpress experience is a huge plus. Experience managing and performance tuning web servers & content delivery networks (CDNs)
  • Content Management Systems: Practical experience managing CMS platforms, and associated information architectures (tagging, categories, etc), user/role administration, WordPress expertise strongly preferred
  • SaaS Platform Management: Experience integrating and managing multiple SaaS solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth data flows in fast paced environments
  • Information Security: Possess a strong working knowledge of information security best practices and experience implementing controls and policies in production environments and IT systems

We are on the lookout for a Data Engineer- Fixed Term to join the Tech foundations vertical on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a Data Engineer in the Identity Management team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support authentication, authorization, fraud detection, compliance, and user identity analytics across our global ecosystem.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for identity and access management use cases.
  • Develop and optimize ELT/ETL workflows using Apache Airflow.
  • Model, transform, and optimize large-scale datasets in Google BigQuery for analytics and operational reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, observability, and reliability through monitoring, alerting, and automated testing using Monte Carlo, BigQuery Data Quality, Cloud Logging and Grafana.
  • Collaborate with Security, IAM, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
  • Implement privacy-by-design and security best practices in all data workflows.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data and Analytical Engineer or similar role in a cloud environment.
  • Deep experience with GCP data services, especially BigQuery and Cloud Storage, including performance optimization, cost control, data modeling, and secure access patterns, Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, IAM) is also valued.
  • Solid experience building and orchestrating pipelines with Apache Airflow as well as proven ability to design and build complex data modeling in DataMesh.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, with a strong preference for Looker Studio. Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI solutions is also valued.
  • Strong Python skills for production-grade data engineering, including experience with Pandas, PySpark, Apache Beam, pytest, and Google Cloud client SDKs for BigQuery and Cloud Storage
  • Familiarity with event-driven or near-real-time data processing using messaging systems (e.g., Amazon SQS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security principles (PII, access control, audits).

  • Experience working with identity, authentication, security, or compliance data is a strong advantage.

We are on the lookout for a Manager, Enterprise Applications Services to join our Enterprise IT Solutions team and play a pivotal role in driving our company's efficiency and productivity. You'll lead the strategic management of our core enterprise applications, fostering innovation and delivering exceptional IT experiences across all business functions.   • Champion stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring seamless application delivery, proactive support, and effective change management. Maintain optimal application performance and availability, taking ownership of incident and release management processes.
  • Enforce rigorous security standards and compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies. Develop and manage the enterprise applications budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and forecasting.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight, providing guidance and support to a team of 6 application specialists. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and self-service resources to enhance user experience. Ensure the “follow the sun” support model across different locations, adhering to aggressive SLAs.
  • Provide mentorship to team members, promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years in enterprise application management for organisations with 10,000+ users).
  • Proven expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and vendor management. Demonstrated experience leading and developing application delivery teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.  Deep understanding of enterprise application security best practices.
  • Experience with Atlassian, Google Workspace and Slack administration and best practices.

Qualifications

At Consumer Product Analytics, you will have the opportunity to access high volume, rich user behavior data, engage in end to end product development cycles, work on complex product problems, and learn from many experienced data professionals.

The main responsibilities of the Product Analytics Team include:

You will handle advanced and complex inquiries from employees, complete transactions, and manage data reporting with precision. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations within our People & Culture department, ultimately contributing to our inclusive and collaborative workplace.

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in our Krakow office (Unity Centre).

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Deliver outstanding customer support when addressing advanced and intricate questions from employees, business partners, and managers through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems
  • Resolve inquiries accurately and timely by accessing knowledge guides and information in multiple HR systems
  • Apply a case tool to capture all inquiries, customer information, case data, and updates, and communicate resolutions or raise issues as needed
  • Maintain acute knowledge from operating within a P&C Tier 1 customer care environment, managing local benefits, talent acquisition, and Workday data processes and policies
  • Perform employee data maintenance, including mass EIB loads into the Workday system, and validate business process data mapping
  • Act as a point of contact for Tier 1, using the case tool for comprehensive inquiry management
  • Perform deep benefit administration transactions, consult with employees, engage internal collaborators like payroll, and work with third-party vendors to ensure compliance
  • Handle executive requests, elevated inquiries, and blocking issues timely and accurately
  • Support recruiters and candidates directly, performing all recruiting administration transactions
  • Effectively communicate HR policies and programs, and explain sophisticated subjects
  • Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments within established service level agreements (SLAs)

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Over 2 years of experience in a P&C or HR contact center/shared services setting, handling inquiries and transactions across various HR functions
  • Over 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, EIB mass load, and reporting
  • Genuine interest in working within an HR or People & Culture operations team
  • Enthusiasm for outstanding customer care, adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data
  • Capability to work independently under general direction
  • Proficiency in applying knowledge guide materials for research and inquiries

The Global Product Strategy Team drives product strategy and innovation by leveraging data to provide actionable insights on customers and products, contributing to business success. This particular role is based in Berlin.

The main responsibilities of the Product Analytics Team include:

  • Data Strategy & Ownership: Define key metrics and ambitious goals for workstreams. Own the development of data pipelines and self-service dashboards to foster a self-serve analytics environment within the team. Ensure efficient tracking, reporting, and quality assurance (QA) of data.

Our platform collects games for the iGaming industry, including Engagement Tools, Back Office Systems, Core Business Logic, and various third-party integrations. As a Product Systems Analyst, you will help define the logical architecture, data flow, and integration framework that support these experiences in regulated markets. This role suits someone skilled in abstract thinking, systems modeling, and turning product ideas into organized, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to break down requirements into actionable system specifications.
  • Define and detail high-level system design and interactions across client applications, services, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain logical component models, module interaction diagrams, and data flow diagrams (DFDs).
  • Build and manage logical data models (ER diagrams) and data dictionaries for entity and relationship descriptions.
  • Define UI screen flows and navigation logic, including optional mockups or wireframes.
  • Invent and document security layers, including authentication and authorization flows.
  • Lead logical integration build for internal modules and external systems, detailing APIs and data contracts.
  • Maintain a traceability matrix between business requirements, system behavior, and functional specifications.
  • Lead grooming and system analysis sessions with development teams to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Evaluate system impact for feature improvements or third-party integrations, detailing interdependencies.
  • Support QA teams and UAT processes by clarifying system behavior and data expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
  • 3+ years of experience in system analysis, solution development, or technical business analysis within complex software environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced system architecture, logical components/modules, DFDs, process/UML diagrams, ER diagrams, and data dictionaries.
  • Strong grasp of microservices, client-server systems, distributed architectures, and API-based platforms.
  • Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Preferred: Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other real-time, high-availability environments.
  • Understanding of DevOps pipelines and deployment models.

$409,500 - $760,500 per year
