The Role & Responsibilities

As Legal Counsel, you'll be a key member of our small but mighty Legal team, helping Possible navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage risk, and support innovation and business growth. You’ll work closely with our General Counsel and cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll handle a wide variety of legal work, including contracts, consumer credit regulation, and litigation management. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in fintech and consumer lending law while helping build scalable legal processes for a passionate company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contracting and Commercial Support: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, partnership, technology, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Pre-Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Lead intake and strategy for pre-litigation disputes. Supervise response coordination, risk appraisal, and case planning—partner with outside counsel as needed. Manage in-house arbitration filings and hearings, including preparation of pleadings, discovery, and case strategy.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Support: Research and interpret federal and state consumer credit laws and regulations—partner with the Compliance team on regulatory change management and implementation.
  • Perform legal research and provide practical mentorship to internal collaborators after analyzing risks.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Support internal teams on product development, marketing review, and other operational matters with a focus on mitigating legal risk while enabling growth.

Requirements

----------------

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 3-5 years of legal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or a combination of both.
  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills; ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Self-starter comfortable handling a broad range of legal work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a practical perspective.
  • We prefer experiences with litigation or arbitration, privacy/data protection, or financial regulatory issues. A curiosity about learning and working within consumer finance and fintech regulation.

We work in the office three days a week, and our office is centrally located in downtown Seattle.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $150,700 - $159,100. We benchmark every role to market data to ensure competitiveness; however, actual compensation is highly dependent on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

As aDirector in the Global Payments Productteam, you will be responsible for the suite of products and services that power and optimize billions of annual transactions across over 65 countries across the world. You will define and deliver an impactful roadmap of global capabilities, align strategic priorities and tactical execution across global and regional product teams, and benchmark successful execution both within and outside the Delivery Hero family of brands. We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our Logistics - Payments team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a Payment Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for revolutionizing the payment experience for our global rider community. Your role will involve owning the definition, calculation, and optimization of rider payments metrics, as well as managing the product roadmap for all rider payment touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a product strategy that meets business objectives, improves the rider experience, and optimizes the Cost per Order (CPO) efficiency.

  • Develop and enhance payment algorithms to accurately calculate rider payments based on dynamic variables such as location, distance, delivery volume, and time factors.
  • Implement flexible payment rules and dynamic schemes to optimize CPO efficiency while ensuring fair compensation for riders.
  • Be able to analyze impact and drive product decisions based on the impact.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap for all rider payment touchpoints, including rider and manager-facing tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements that align with business goals and regional requirements.
  • Collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and user-friendly payment interfaces for both riders and managers.
  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify key areas for product improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in rider payments, leveraging insights to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
  • Own a clear set of KPIs to measure the impact of implemented solutions and ensure continuous improvement.

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus in logistics/ride hailing/food delivery businesses

  • High standard for execution; track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products, on web and/or mobile devices (iOS/Android)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping quality across complex systems and features.   • Define testing scope across manual, automated, performance, and security domains to ensure optimal coverage.

Execution, analysis & defect management

  • Execute and analyze manual and automated tests across the full stack, identifying root causes of defects.
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle with clear reporting and timely issue resolution.
  • Track and communicate key quality metrics to provide insight into product health and release readiness.

Technical excellence & mentorship

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with QA tools and systems (e.g., bug tracking, test case management, SQL).
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of API and client-side test automation frameworks.

What You'll Do

Land-Based Product Submissions:

  • Must provide fully assembled product submission packages within a 10-day timeframe  

    

  Submission package completion and responsibilities consist of the following:

  • Compile and digitally sign source code to generate secure software binaries.
  • Validate game submission help screens for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy.
  • Complete various signature calculations (e.g., GAT 3.5, SHA-1) and document results.
  • Develop emulation environments for reel strip and combination testing.
  • Deploy and validate game software on production cabinets to ensure build integrity and compatibility.

Online/Interactive Product Submissions:

  • Must deliver submission packages within 2-day turnaround.  

    

  Submission package completion and responsibilities consist of the following:

  • Perform technical review of digital assets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Validate parts and ECO entries for consistency and traceability.

Copy Protecting Site Administration:

  • Handle software/hardware compatibility to ensure only validated game software is released to Integration Centres (IC).

  • Own two evaluations end to end with defined success criteria and timelines.
  • Serve as the named technical partner for one or two strategic AEs. Run weekly technical deal reviews and prepare objection-handling packs.
  • Take point on higher-signal tickets related to your evaluations, coordinating fast fixes with Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Deliver one live demo that becomes a reusable asset for the region. Pair with a Solutions Architect on a production launch to learn handoffs and escalation paths.

  • Act as the primary pre-sales technical owner for several opportunities and expansions within strategic accounts.
  • Close at least one complex technical win with a measurable impact on revenue.
