Parachute Health is modernizing healthcare through digital connectivity.

The Parachute Platform empowers healthcare providers with delightfully simple ePrescribing for medical equipment (DME), supplies, and services and powers suppliers with digital transformation tools - to streamline workflows, increase clinician satisfaction and improve patient outcomes.

ePrescribing DME on the Parachute Platform generates clean, complete orders, with no re-work required. This means fewer hassles for providers and insurers, all to enhance patient care.

About Parachute

Parachute Health is the industry leading ePrescribing Platform for durable medical equipment (DME) and supplies - think everything from state of the art glucose monitors to walkers. And we are changing industry and improving patient care by destroying the ever-present fax that is still used for many of these orders!

The ordering process is convoluted and fax-based, leading to high cost of care, clinician dissatisfaction and poor patient outcomes. While the drug industry adopted ePrescribing long ago, the transition to digital is only now underway for DME, and Parachute Health is leading this transition. At Parachute Health, it is our mission to make sure that every patient gets the medical equipment and supplies they need, when they need it. We achieve this by driving efficiency through digital connectivity into every aspect of the ordering process, making it delightfully simple.

Parachute Health is looking for a Product Marketing Manager interested in the intersection of product development and the voice of our customers to help us expand the impact of ePrescribing for DME on the Parachute Platform for our healthcare professionals and medical equipment suppliers. The right candidate for this role will thrive collaborating with a wide range of Parachute Health teams, including Product, Design, Sales, Account Management, Implementation, and Operations.

About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will play a key strategic role in bridging our product roadmaps with the voice of our myriad stakeholders leveraging the Parachute Platform, including healthcare providers, suppliers of home medical equipment, patients, and payors.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to both ‘zoom out’ and create succinct and effective messaging, while also ‘zooming in’ to understand important details of our products and customer workflows.

Here’s what you will do:

  • Product Packaging and Messaging

+ Develop a deep understanding of our product functionality, integration capabilities, and how they address the needs of our target audience.

+ Collaborate with implementation and support teams to gather insights on solution adoption, satisfaction levels, and support requirements, incorporating these insights into messaging and positioning strategies.

  • New Products and Features

+ Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Design to define target products

+ Support for product launches, from defining product positioning to tracking KPIs for success.

+ Develop assets and collateral for product launches, ensuring alignment with overall messaging and positioning strategies.

  • Commercial Enablement and Content

+ Identify and spearhead the development of new tools and assets to support go-to-market teams.

+ Partner with the rest of marketing team to create engaging content such as presentations, webinars, blog posts, data sheets, and whitepapers

+ Work across marketing to ensure the Parachute Health narrative is consistently represented across all channels

  • Market intelligence

+ Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends and communicate market, customer, and user insights internally.

+ Engage in buyer and user outreach to inform targeted go-to-market strategies.

  • Thought leadership

+ Continuously build a reservoir of comprehensive thought leadership insights that articulates our value, brings consistency to our client engagement, and sharpens our selling effectiveness to our target markets.

What We'll Expect From You

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product, strategy, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling messaging
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or software industries preferred.

  • Comfortable both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, producing on-brand, TikTok-first content that entertains, inspires, and spurs engagement.
  • Passion for cars and automotive industry knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools and software, including TikTok's in-app features, Adobe Premiere, iMovie, or Final Cut.

Our Journey at Keep

=======================

At Keep, we embarked on a mission with a powerful question: Why hasn't the banking experience caught up with the rapid pace of technology?

This continues to fuel our passion for reshaping the Canadian fintech landscape. We provide businesses with a comprehensive suite of cross-border banking services, offering everything from credit cards to deposit accounts, currency conversions, and revenue financing.

With a team of seasoned global startup veterans with successful exits, Keep is committed to leading the charge as Canada's next-generation fintech institution. Backed by VCs in the fintech sector, we're racing ahead, expanding our reach and impact like never before.

About the Role

==================

We’re looking for an Embedded Web Design Expert to elevate Keep’s online presence through a variety of marketing pages, including case studies, ad landing pages, and downloadable content. This role is crucial to our mission, allowing us to create compelling user experiences that drive engagement and conversions. You will own the process from start to finish—strategizing, designing, and implementing your vision. Your work will not only impact our team but also enhance the experience of our clients.

Who We're Looking For

=========================

  • We seek a talented individual with 5+ years of experience in web design and development. You should be a full-stack web developer who can strategize, create beautiful designs, and bring them to life in Webflow. Strong proficiency in Webflow and Figma is essential, along with a knack for creating persuasive illustrations. You should possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, aligning with Keep’s values of innovation and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

=========================

  • Strategize and Build Landing Pages:

Develop landing pages for a variety of marketing funnels that drive user engagement and conversions.

  • Maintain and Improve Existing Website:

Continuously enhance the trykeep.com site to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

  • Create Compelling Web Pages:

Design rich web pages that inspire action and engagement from our audience.

  • Utilize Webflow and Figma:

Leverage your expertise in Webflow and Figma to create visually stunning and functional designs.

  • Full Stack Development:

Combine your graphic design skills with web development to create cohesive and compelling digital experiences.

Why You Should be Excited About This Role

=============================================

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Canadian fintech by driving key financial strategies and initiatives that fuel our growth.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the company, gaining a comprehensive view of our operations and contributing to the success of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Be part of a dynamic, innovative environment that values continuous improvement and where your contributions will directly impact the way businesses utilize cross-border banking solutions.
  • Join a passionate team that fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth, allowing you to continuously evolve and take on new challenges.

Why Join Keep?

==================

  • We're obsessed with investing in data-driven solutions and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Be a part of a team that's rewriting the playbook for the Canadian fintech industry.
  • Data is the fuel for our growth engine, and you'll be in the driver's seat shaping our data strategies.
  • Embrace a fully inclusive and remote-friendly company culture that values diversity and work-life balance.
  • Help us bring modern banking solutions to businesses, reshaping the banking experience for our customers.

Why This Might Not Be a Good Fit

====================================

  • If you're a stickler for a highly structured environment with constant hand-holding, you might find our culture of autonomy and trust a bit different.
  • If you're more of a slow-and-steady-wins-the-race kind of person, our fast-paced, dynamic environment might be a bit of a rollercoaster.
  • Given the nature of our industry and our rapid growth, ambiguity and uncertainty are all part of the ride. If you prefer clear-cut structures or roles, you might find our dynamic environment a bit too adventurous.
  • Collaboration is the heartbeat of Keep, and if you prefer to work in your own little bubble without engaging with the wider team, you might find our approach to teamwork a tad unconventional.

What’s the Interview Process Like?

======================================

  1. People Screen with Aleja Bedoya
  2. Portfolio review
  3. Interview with our Marketing Lead, Kolby
  4. Interview with our CTO, Helson
